Almost 700 people (half of the total population of Pata Rât) got involved and have been impacted by the PataCluj project activities within the first 20 months of project implementation.
160 families benefited from crisis intervention and family counseling.
28 young people attended a 4 month professional qualification program of Habitat for Humanity Cluj and its partners.
346 families participated in the community consultation, decision-making and implementation process under thread Urgent/Community needs (firewood, building materials, disinfecting, cleaning campaign, electric pylons).
45 children and adults are enrolled in the Second chance educational program.
26 persons benefited from medical consultation at the Mobile Unit (Prompt Urg SRL) and medical insurances have been issued for 8 people.
The renovation of the building which will host the Youth Center for cultural activities has been started.
174 persons have been facilitated access to obtaining ID documents.
50 people found jobs through the project and 100 benefited from professional counseling.
148 persons benefited from legal counseling. 50 persons benefited from representation at court (including cases of late registration for adults and children), and were accompanied to court by case managers.
10 people from Pata Rât made business plans for their small businesses and 4 business plans will be financed through the project. 16 families with 24 children were assisted in enrolling their children, and 14 out of those 24 children are assisted through the project at all levels (hygiene, meals, transport to school and back, lunch, after school program, meetings with parents etc.). 32 social apartments will be provided for people from Pata Rât in integrated areas of the city of Cluj and in its Metropolitan area by the end of the project.
3 artworks (performance, theater play, sculpture) and 45 cultural events (dance and talent performances, football championships inolving 120 children, creative workshops involving 25 children, theater plays involving 25 children) have been organised within the project. Published in June 2016
