ICX PART ICX GCDP 1. Analyze the last three terms (including this one – 12/13; 13/14 and 14/15). What were the main strategies implemented? What strategies are you going to propose for the next 3 years ? 2. Evaluate the product « GLOBAL CITIZEN ». How could it be improved in terms of: - sales – to the corporate and non-corporate sector, Government, so that it becomes easier to sell Social Impact Model 3. On global level AIESEC in Cote d’Ivoire is in Cluster 3 regarding processes in iGCDP and regarding results. Why do you think there is a mismatch and how would overcome it? 4. How do you imagine iGCDP for AIESEC in Cote d’Ivoire in the context of AIESEC 2020? 5. What cross-functional synergies do you see as crucial for the development of iGCDP? How would you ensure that they are being executed and what cross-functional strategies would you propose for term 15/16?

ICX GIP 1. Evaluate the current state of iGIP as a programme and describe how you see its development in the next 3 years. 2. What are the three main challenges that we are facing in iGIP and how do you plan on overcoming them? 3. Describe the main standards that should be implemented in order to achieve growth in the area and ensure faster delivery of the programme.

4. What are the main benefits of packaging of iGIP as Global Talent and Global Entrepreneurs for companies (Start ups, SMes, Multinationals) what needs to be improved in order to be more visible as a provider of leadership experiences? 5. Build the portfolio for Global Talent for companies (sub-products Teaching, Sales, Enginner and IT) for different stakeholders.

OGX (oGCDP & oGIP) 1. Make an analysis of the past 3 years (terms 11/12; 12/13; 13/14 and 14/15) in terms of: -evolution of the process in the area -results -CY2CY cooperations – make a proposition on how to make them more efficient Make a forecast for the next three years. 2. Identify 3 global trends for oGIP & oGCDP and explain how AIESEC in Cote d’Ivoire can capitalize on them and grow in quality and quantity of exchange experiences. 3. What is the role of oGIP & oGCDP in the context of AIESEC 2015 for AIESEC in Cote d’Ivoire? What are the three main strategies will you use to support this. 4. What needs to happen in OGX GIP & GCDP in order to have growth in the country? 5. What is the impact of oGIP & oGCDP on the Ivorian society? 6. Make an analysis of our customer flow. Which are the things that could be improved?

7. What are the good case practices we can take from other countries in AIESEC network to achieve GIP & GCDP goals on the way to 2015 and why?


TALENT MANAGEMENT 1. Analyze the state & flow of TMP/TLP of AIESEC in Cote d’Ivoire for the previous 3 MC terms (12/13; 13/14 and 14/15). Identify the main bottlenecks & explain how you would ensure that each one of those experiences develops leadership aligned with the global LDM. 2. Create 1 year timeline for the term 15/16 for managing TMP/TLP both as front office& back office. Include HR planning, Talent marketing, selection, team minimums & L&D. 3. Based on the previous question, describe: - The main strategies & action steps to implement those strategies. - How each strategy will contribute to increasing the members’ productivity in GCDP and GIP? 4. What will be your contribution as MCVP TM in ensuring that the leadership development that we promise is delivered through GCDP/GIP/TMP/TLP? 5. How do you see the synergy with OD and MCP? What are the main other synergies that you will have and how will you ensure them?
