Message from the MCPe 15/16 Dear Brave Applicant, I am very glad to release the application of the MCVP 1516 for AIESEC in Cote d’Ivoire. Being part of the MC Team is an amazing experience and challenging leadership journey at the same time because you are going to lead AIESEC in Cote d’Ivoire in term 15/16, challenging yourselves every single day to prepare the types of leader we want to develop in Cote d’Ivoire. It is very crucial to understand AIESEC in Côte d’Ivoire is one of the fastest growing entity in Africa and globally too. We have members today who are really passionate about the organization and who need clear direction and assistance to create a deep impact we want in our community, we work with Multinationals, co-create mutual social projects with multiples stakeholders to grow as Organization. By taking the bold stand to apply, you are about to open the new door for a Journey; where leadership matters, where creating opportunities for others, putting others before yourself, break your limits and going out of your comfort is going to be your daily routine. WORKING CONDITIONS Term Dates: 1st July 2015 – 30th June 2016 (as full-time job) Workload: 40 Hours per week (which can be higher around special events and lower in calmer periods) Days off: Sunday (with the exceptions of National conferences), National Holidays, additional 14 days off during the year, 1 day off after each National conference. But you can work on Saturday specially when we have priorities. LC Visits: transport costs covered by MC budget National Conferences and Meetings: accommodation and transport costs covered by MC budget International Conferences and Meetings: Partially covered, depending on the MC budget Performance Internet in office: covered by MC Budget Laptop Materials : Only 4 laptops are provided By MC Working space: is provided By MC

LIVING CONDITIONS The stipend in MC: Allowance of 50 USD per month, but it can fluctuate according to the MC capacity to generate revenue Accommodation: is supported from MC Budget, it is advisable to also have your own source for revenue in case the MC might face financial problems Visa: is covered by MC Budget for international MCVP(s)

Application
The application package should include: a) Application form – max 15 pages (including cover page) b) Values Tests – on a separate file, in a readable format (will be found at the end of the MC VP Questionnaire) c) Motivation Letter – no more than 1 page d) CV – no more than 1 page (include picture here) e) Blank Page – on a separate file, just 1 page, you have full freedom to choose what it should contain f) 3 Endorsement Letters ** -1 from a member or alumnus from your MC or LC ** MC applicants cannot give any Endorsement Letters! Please check art. 60 of the COMPENDIUM for the conditions to apply as MCVP of AIESEC in Côte d’Ivoire and make you sure you fulfill those criteria for your application to be eligible.

Vote Of Confidence
Assessment Center & Interviews
All applicants will undergo a vote of confidence by all entities IN Cote d’Ivoire. Please check annexe part of the COMPENDIUM to get aware of the Vote of Confidence Process. This will happen online
All applicants should be assess to see what kind of person they are. It is required for Local applicants to be presence during the assessment. For the international applicants the assessment will be online. The assessment Center should be stressed out on Personal Values, Leadership skills Interviews will be set later after the Assessment Center depending of availability of interviewer (Focused on Skills, Knowledges, Competencies)

Final Decision
The final Decision will be taken after all those steps. It will be the final roadmap of the selection. We are expected to select the right candidates whatever where they are come from.
