Room Mate Hotels Grows 37% In Sales In 2023 And Expects To Obtain Recurring EBITDA
Of
24 Million Euros By The End
Room Mate Hotels, a hotel chain born in Spain in 2005 with a strong international presence, launches its new image and a second brand “Room Mate Collection” backed by a strong 2023 financial year.
The chain chaired by Kike Sarasola has closed the year with “zero debt” and a 37% growth in sales and normalized billing of 106.5 million euros; which represents a normalized EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) of 15.7 million euros, with a margin on sales close to 15%.
In addition, the company expects to end this fiscal year 2024 with a normalized EBITDA of 24.1 million euros, this is an EBITDA growth compared to the actual data for 2023 of 8.5 million euros (53.5% in relative terms) with an equivalent conversion ratio to operating cash in a 1 to 1 ratio; and aims to reach a sales figure of around 150 million euros, once all the hotels are renovated and open.
Room Mate Collection, the new brand In this favourable context, the chain announces not only the rebranding of its parent brand, but also the launch of Room Mate Collection for 4-star plus hotels, which emerges as an evolution of the Room Mate brand itself for those clients who are demanding “a silent luxury, far from excess or ostentation,” says Sarasola.
Of 2024
The hotels with less than 80 rooms will have the same essence of the brand, but with a more serene and elegant decoration and more personalized customer service “without losing the other flagship qualities of the chain such as the location in the centre of the city or the tranquility of being at home, hallmarks of Room Mate throughout its history,” he points out.
Of all the current hotels, for now, two will become part of the Room Mate Collection: Gerard (66 rooms) in Barcelona and Giulia (85 rooms) in Milan. In addition, the chain is studying all the operations that come to it located in city centres whether in the form of purchase, rental or management- and is immersed in negotiations to incorporate new properties at the end of 2024 or early 2025 in the United Kingdom (London), France (Paris), Italy (Sicily, Rome and Milan) and Germany (Berlin, Hamburg or Munich) with the focus on growing mainly in Europe.
A growth that is supported by various American, European, and Middle Eastern funds aiming to purchase properties to be managed by the company. Room Mate Collection is the response to the demand of the Room Mate client which, according to Sarasola, “represents a ‘level up’ in disruption and attention to our already high standard of affordable luxury, just as it once demanded of us to create tourist apartments under the brand and that’s what we did.”
Room Mate Hotels Room Mate Hotels leads this new stage with a brand rebranding accompanied by new hotels that will be added by the end of the year, as well as renovations in the current ones, new customer service ideas or technological improvements so that “our client’s pre, during and post trip is always a unique experience,” clarifies Sarasola.
How to Keep Dogs Cool When Travelling In The Summer
While the summertime means longer days and beautiful weather, there are some risks to be aware of when travelling with your dog. Hot temperatures can increase the chance of heatstroke, and busy public transport can be stuffy and uncomfortable for your dog.
Being prepared can help you and your furry friend get the most out of your summer adventures. Thank goodness for dog-friendly hotels, because every dog owner knows the guilt of leaving your dog at home for a few hours, let alone a week. After all, they just want to be part of the action, and dogs love a beach or forest to roam in as much as we do (if not more!).
Britain has always been a self-confessed nation of dog lovers, and with that in mind hotels of all kinds right across the country are becoming more pet-friendly by the day. Many hotels don't just stop at dog-friendly rooms.
Some even go as far as providing special doggy beds, snacks, even special doggy rooms. It's important to double-check a hotel's pet policy about staying with a pet.
You may have to do this by phone or email. The rules aren't always clear when booking through a third party online, and not knowing about restrictions until you arrive can cause problems with your travel plans.
Many hotels, particularly the budget chain hotels, charge a pet fee. This is to cover a "deep clean" of the room after you've vacated it. Fees are typically around £20 per dog per night.
Sunburn warning
It’s perhaps one of the most important precautions you can take for your dog in the sun – keeping them as protected as possible from direct sun.
•Don’t allow your dog to be in the sun for long periods of time, as this can cause issues such as heat stroke, dehydration and in some cases, pets can get sunburn just like humans, especially if they have light-coloured skin or have a thin or patchy coat.
Dogs on the London Underground
While the London Underground is a great way to get across London quickly, you should avoid travel on the tube at peak times in the summer. Busy tubes can cause stress for dogs, while also feeling far hotter – during hot spells it can reach over 30 degrees Celsius.
Peak times on the Underground are between 6.30am and 9.30am, and between 4.00pm and 7.00pm. On weekends, the tube is generally quieter before noon and after 6.00pm. It is also advised that you use lifts wherever possible, or ensure you can carry your dog up escalators for their safety. Hair can become trapped in escalator steps, resulting in serious injury.
Top tips for travelling with your dog during the summer
• Carry water at all times and offer this to your dog regularly. Collapsible water bowls are useful for being on the go.
• Consider travelling with a cooling mat so that your dog can choose to lie on this if they wish
• Never leave your dog alone in the car in the heat
• Consider having your dog groomed at the start of the warmer season. Regular grooming and a tangle-free coat helps your dog to regulate their own temperature.
“
Four-poster dog beds, taillored tasting menus, puppacinos for breakfast –hotels are pandering to the paw patrol more than ever...
”
Dogs in cars
Most of us will use a car with our dog at some point –however, you should never leave your dog in a cab or car unattended. Temperatures rocket inside a car on a warm day. When it’s 24 degrees Celsius outside, in minutes your car can reach temperatures up to 38 degrees Celsius.
Dogs cannot sweat in the same way that people can which means they struggle to keep cool. Never leave a dog in a hot car, even for a moment.

A New Chapter For The Cavendish Hotel At Baslow
Chatsworth Estate hotel unveils extensive refurbishment by designer Nicola Harding
The Cavendish Hotel at Baslow unveils a new look after a total refurbishment, bringing together the very best British designers and local makers to transform it into an exceptional hotel.
The Cavendish Hotel is set on Chatsworth Estate, with doorstep access to its historic house, garden and parkland, as well as the beautiful landscapes, wildlife, heritage sites and villages of Derbyshire and the Peak District. From expertly planned walking routes and world class fishing to local crafts and arts, and locally sourced food, the hotel offers an authentic rural escape.
Design
The hotel has been redesigned by renowned interior designer Nicola Harding working in close partnership with Laura Burlington, taking inspiration from Chatsworth’s art collection and interiors and celebrating the best in local craftsmanship and furniture design.
The artwork has been sourced from the family’s private collection, and contains artists such as Elizabeth Frink, Phyllida Barlow, Lisa Brice, Elizabeth Peyton and Jeremy Deller. Watercolours of the house and grounds sit alongside more contemporary works, whilst black and white historic family photos adorn the bar.
With a desire to reconnect the building with its history and to reignite a sense of place, the design draws on elements from the surrounding Derbyshire countryside and Chatsworth, resulting in a timeless and very personal feel
Laura Burlington comments:
. Nicola has created a hotel that manages to be wonderfully comfortable and full of insights to Chatsworth and its collections.
The 28 characterful and comfortable bedrooms, including two suites, feature countryside views across the estate. While antique furniture, stone fireplaces and traditional elements remain throughout, punches of colour add a sense of fun, from the playful lamps that were made by a member of the household staff to the upholstery and fabrics, which were woven in Derbyshire and Yorkshire. Nicola Harding comments:
The interiors grew out of the personal story of the Devonshire family and their connection to the Chatsworth Estate. The objectives and values of Chatsworth and the hotel chime so closely with our own, with a strong emphasis local community. “ ”
This summer, Chatsworth has an exciting programme of exhibitions and events lined up. From 22 June to 20 October, guests will be able to visit Imaginary Conversations, An ERDEM collection inspired by Duchess Deborah, a stunning exhibition celebrating the legacy of the late dowager Duchess Deborah Devonshire and the Devonshire Collections, which inspired the Spring Summer 2024 collection of fashion design Erdem Moralioglu.
Other exhibitions include Picturing Childhood: A New Perspective at Chatsworth, available until 6th October, which invites guests to explore the many different versions of childhood as represented in art that spans five centuries, from Tudor times to the present day.
For families, the inaugural Chatsworth Family Festival, from 24th – 27th May, is a highlight. With a schedule of activities designed to unleash creativity and let imaginations run wild, kids can master gravity-defying circus skills, make their own kites, walk in the footsteps of dinosaurs, learn to illustrate in drawing workshops and be transported to far off lands by story time.
Locally Sourced Cuisine
The food offering at The Cavendish has been curated by Executive Chef, Adam Harper and champions the best of local produce. Working closely with the gardeners and farmers at Chatsworth, as well as local artisan suppliers from the estate and surrounding areas- the majority of whom are based within a tenmile radius of the hotel – Adam has developed menus that celebrate the Peak District’s best-known producers, including trout from Ladybower Fisheries, cold pressed rapeseed oil from Bakewell’s Brock & Moreton and pork from the family-run Moss Valley Farm.
Chatsworth
Set within the grounds of Chatsworth, guests can enjoy direct access to the estate’s spectacular parkland, with roaming deer herds, ancient woodlands and miles of riverside walks, as well as its garden and house complete with extensive collections of art, furniture and textiles built over five centuries. Guests have the unique opportunity to go fishing against the background of the Grade I listed house and enjoy private tours to learn more about its history, artwork, garden and the conservation and educational work of the Chatsworth House Trust.
The Peak District
The hotel’s location is arguably its greatest asset, with carefully curated British countryside experiences allowing guests to discover all that the Peak District has to offer. With unrivalled access to nature, guests can embark on expertly planned walking and cycling routes, spot bird and wildlife, or for those who want to raise their adrenaline levels, caving, rock climbing and abseiling can be arranged with professional, experienced guides.

Why Skin Care Is More Important Than Ever
Benefits Of Collagen
Collagen is the most abundant protein in your body It’s the main component of connective tissues that make up several body parts, including tendons, ligaments, skin, and muscles. It has many important functions, including providing your skin with structure and strengthening your bones.
Collagen is a key component in bones, skin, muscles, and other body parts. Not only does Collagen help improve skin health but also relieves joint pain and prevent bone loss.
Several studies have shown that collagen peptides or supplements containing collagen may help slow the aging of your skin by reducing wrinkles and dryness.
Skin Care Routines
Don’t underestimate the importance of a skin care routine —the experts don’t. When you’re establishing a skin care routine, you must take your skin type and lifestyle into account.
The best skin care routine includes a gentle cleanser, toner, moisturizer, sunscreen, exfoliant, and serum.
It helps your skin stay in good condition: You're shedding skin cells throughout the day, so it's important to keep your skin glowing and in good condition. An effective routine can help prevent acne, treat wrinkles, and help keep your skin looking its best.
Do I Need Eye Cream?
The first signs of ageing often become visible around the eyes. Good skin care for this area is indispensable. But you don't necessarily have to use a special eye cream. Eye creams often claim to have been formulated 'specially' for the thin, sensitive skin around the eyes.
Adding an eye cream to your daily skincare routine can help keep this skin moisturized to prevent dryness, while also helping to maintain a healthy skin barrier and promoting under-eye skin that appears smoother, plumper, and firmer.
How To Know Your Skin Type

Does Collagen Prevent Aging Skin
Collagen production decreases as we age, giving rise to wrinkled and sagging skin that disturbs many middle-agers as they contemplate their reflection in a mirror. Collagen supplements, reputed to be the “Fountain of Youth,” promise to reverse skin aging.
There are some studies which support the effectiveness of eating hydrolysed type-I collagen on improving hallmarks of skin ageing by inducing collagen production, reducing wrinkles and improving skin elasticity and increasing hydration and collagen density in the skin.
MERGING SUSTAINABILITY AND CREATIVITY
The root-to-fruit, nose-to-tail menu focuses on traditional recipes rooted in food upcycling
Located on the South Bank, Art Yard Bar & Kitchen at design-led Bankside Hotel, Autograph Collection has announced a fresh menu ahead of the summer season, blending artistic creativity with zero waste.
Renowned for its innovative culinary concepts and commitment to sustainability, Executive Chef Sofiane Kaced has crafted the new menu placing a strong emphasis on three key elements: local produce, minimising food waste, and recycled ceramics. The new menu adopts a comprehensive eco-friendly approach, incorporating sustainability into every aspect.
Executive Chef Kaced employs a holistic cooking method, ensuring that every dish is rich in flavour, nutrients, and visual appeal, whilst creatively utilising all parts of each ingredient. He follows a root-to-fruit, nose-to-tail approach in the kitchen, reflected in his approach on each dish.
Available from May 2024, the menu emphasises upcycling and repurposing ingredients to keep waste to a minimum, whilst maintaining a refined level of gastronomy. Sofiane innovatively reinterprets traditional recipes rooted in food upcycling and names them ‘Sustainability Heroes’, offering modern twists on classics like slow-cooked beef croquettes, using offcuts of brisket beef from nearby Bermondsey’s O’Shea’s Butchers, and red mullet bouillabaisse, a recipe founded on the use of leftover ingredients from the South of France.
A number of dishes employ zero waste, such as the cherry tomato arancini and heirloom tomato, which use dehydrated tomato vines as both a garnish and edible powder. The heirloom tomato is accompanied with burrata, a by-product of cheese born out of the need to minimise food waste. Another highlight is the confit globe artichoke, dressed with an artichoke and truffle pesto and artichoke crisp, making full use of the vegetable.
Other sustainable highlights include the tiramisu marc de café, which uses repurposed coffee grounds, and the Cornish crab salad, which draws upon flavourful brown meat, often overlooked in traditional crab recipes, which encapsulates the flavours of summer. Art Yard’s commitment to sustainability also extends to its choice of crockery, using the NO.W Collection from Revol, the brand’s first collection made of recycled wastewater paste.
“We're proud to offer our guests not only a memorable dining experience but also a sustainable one," adds Chef Sofiane. "With each dish on our new menu, diners can indulge in delicious flavours while knowing they're supporting sustainable practices that help protect our planet."
The new Art Yard Bar & Kitchen menu is available now and invites guests to savour the flavours of sustainability and creativity, making every bite a conscious choice for a better future.
Chef Sofiane Kaced commented:
At Art Yard, sustainability isn’t just a trend – it’s our way of life. With our new menu, were showcasing our dedication to our planet by carefully sourcing ingredients, creatively using every part of the, and incorporating sustainable practices into every aspect of our culinary experience.

Elevating guest experiences with lifts
In today's competitive hospitality scene, every detail matters with the ultimate luxurious guest experience shaped by elegant interiors, impeccable service, wellthought-out amenities, and logistics
If you run a high-end hospitality business today, lifts play a pivotal role in overcoming logistics and accessibility issues.
Types of lifts for hotels, restaurants & hospitality
Broadly speaking, restaurants, bars, and shops with a step change or more than one floor should look to install a platform lift to enable access for all. This can be a simple step lift where steps can be an obstacle to overcome or a larger platform lift to enable easy movement for people, pushchairs, and light goods between floors. Most platform lifts can be fitted in 1-2 days, meaning minimal disruption.
For hotels and larger hospitality venues, a passenger lift should always be the first choice. Ideally, it should be at least 8 person, though this depends on the number of guest rooms and floors. For smaller hotels, if a passenger lift is not practical, a platform lift can be considered an alternative. The key is having the right number of lifts to reduce hotel guests' wait times and aid the overall customer experience.
Look for a lift that blends seamlessly with its surroundings. Today, an array of finish options are available to match the design vision, whether ultra-modern, antique, or anything else.
For back-of-house, service lifts are pivotal yet often underappreciated, with dumbwaiters and larger goods lifts playing a vital role. These lifts discreetly maintain operations, allowing staff to focus on faultless service, whether it’s a dumbwaiter moving food and drink or a larger goods lift that takes hospitality essentials such as laundry or beer barrels.
Look for a lift company prepared to work around your customers and busy periods to minimise disruption. Our engineers are fully qualified and have years of experience, maintaining and, repairing all types of lifts, not just Stannah. We’d always recommend a 24/7 maintenance package to ensure ongoing support when you need it.The importance of using an experienced company to find the right solution for a hospitality project should never be underestimated.

Hospitality Trends & New Products for 2024
With the hospitality industry getting ready for summer 2024 we at Alliance have taken the opportunity to research the top emerging trends set to take hold this summer season. We have identified four trends so far which are beginning to permeate through to the current hospitality scene:
Super Senses
Guests of hospitality are expecting more from their visit. No longer satisfied with simply good food or a nice drink, guests are expecting a full experience from their visits, this means engaging all their senses, visually appealing service with drama and theatre, considered lighting, texture and tactile properties across tableware, crockery, glassware and cutlery. Glassware such as the Luminarc Concepto are perfect for stimulating the senses.
Botanical & Natural
Nothing says vibrancy and effervescence quite like natureand with venues placing an emphasis on sustainability and environmentally conscious sourcing, these factors are getting reflected in venue decor and service. Colours and materials that reflect and imitate a natural environment have been a consistent theme in dining trends over the past few years, and after a slight hiatus between 2020 and 2023, this theme is picking up momentum again. Steelite’s Performance Petra works brilliantly alongside this theme allowing your meals to
Alfresco
Servicing Ghost Kitchens
Virtual restaurants or Ghost Kitchens are a food service business that serve customers exclusively by delivery and pick-up based on phone and online ordering. Virtual restaurants are stand-alone businesses that either operate out of an existing restaurant's kitchen or from a separate kitchen set-up away from a restaurant. This style of venue catapulted to popularity following the closure of “dine in” venues during the COVID-19 pandemic and although those restrictions are a distant memory, consumers never forgot the enjoyment of having restaurant quality food delivered to the comfort of your home.
Dining and drinking outside is quintessential with the British spring and summer months, but with dining outside comes the added risk of breakages. Polycarbonate and melamine have grown and developed so much over recent years we want to shine a spotlight on the more durable tableware and glassware alternatives available to Alliance. A great melamine range is Creative’s Copenhagen range which is combines beautiful colours and shapes with the durability of melamine.
“At Alliance we are always up to date with the latest hospitality trends and products so call your nearest Alliance Local to see how we can help you with all your needs.”
New Products
At Alliance we have seen many large new product launches from our suppliers during the start of the year, especially where restaurant and bar equipment is concerned. In particular, our Artis glassware ranges of Speakeasy, Speakeasy Swing and Onis New Era which we presently have on sale at 10% off. The glasses are beautiful show pieces which are perfect for displaying your venues signature cocktails.
From Steelite we have added their Mogogo Display Cart System and their Hollowick Lighting selection. The Mogogo Carts can help establishments create beautiful and unique displays, particularly for areas with buffet / serve yourself areas. The Hollowick range includes lamps, tealights, flameless candles, votives and more which all bring an intimate and close aesthetic.

Lucent Lighting Illuminates New Social Dining Hub In Riyadh
A revolutionary social dining hub in the Middle East has been brought to life with a plethora of LED solutions from leading manufacturer of performance architectural lighting, Lucent Lighting.
The Al Mamlaka is a luxury food hall found in the Saudi Arabian capital Riyadh. Located in the popular Kingdom Tower, it sits within the shopping mall that is found inside this uber-impressive skyscraper. With around 500 seats, the new venture brings together high-quality food from different global cuisines offered by a staggering 21 vendors. It has replaced the outdated food hall that was no longer fitting for the exquisite nature of the Kingdom Tower.
With food available for almost 24-hours each day, the lighting needed to reflect the time of day for diners.
From early morning coffee and breakfast to late night refuelling, diners would be enjoying the culinary options at all times of the day. The lighting also needed to enhance the luxury and refined experience offered by the new dining hub.
Renowned lighting designers Lighting Design International (LDI) were appointed to the project. Their team chose a wide range of solutions from Lucent Lighting’s expert portfolio to deliver their stunning lighting scheme. These were the uplights, spike lights and downlights required across the expanse of the dining hall.
Lucent Lighting’s InGround40 uplights, in a sophisticated Bronze finish, have been used for floor-recessed lighting in the exterior decorative panels and pots. These provide a superior CRI of 90, and a high-level of protection as an IP67 rated luminaire. This is ideal in a busy and bustling space, as well as being exposed to the elements.
The InGround40 has also been used to provide light at the window reveals, and the decorative panels of the dining hall’s numerous columns.
Spike lighting has been provided by Lucent Lighting’s Vista Mini Spot spike lights, and Vista Mini Flood spike lights. These have been used to provide illumination from the dining hall’s planters. The Mini spike delivers a narrow beam angle, while the Flood balances this with a wide 120° beam angle.
Also selected from Lucent’s expert portfolio, are a number of downlights that have been integrated into the lighting design. Pinhole90 recessed downlights c/w LED51/2 modules have been used as exterior downlights at the entry canopy.
Across the dining hall, Lucent Lighting’s Edge90 and Edge60 fixed recessed downlights provide lighting at various points. This includes ceiling recessed downlights at the false ceiling, and the restroom downlights. The Edge60 is also being used as a bulkhead recessed downlight for task area illumination, and in the canopy for plate illumination.
The adjustable variant, the Edge60 Accent, is being used in the canopy as a recessed downlight for counter illumination with the ability to position the light as required.
Completing the specification from Lucent Lighting is the Micro40 Ocolus, a recessed downlight that has been integrated into the joinery to illuminate the shelves. This is also an adjustable solution so the light source can be directed where it is needed the most.
All of the luminaires provided by Lucent Lighting offer a colour temperature of 2700K, delivering a consistently warm glow. To ensure clarity of colour, 90 CRI is the standard across all of the solutions provided by Lucent.

Named after a beautiful local shorebird, this charming getaway is the first of its kind in the destination – a stylish luxury retreat that feels like an eternal Southern summer home, embodying whimsical charm and unparalleled nature experiences that enliven the explorer within.
Located along the Charleston coastline within the exclusive waterfront community of Kiawah River, the Amanda Lindroth designed interiors invite guests to experience the bliss of coastal living in Charleston’s Sea Islands on 2,000 picturesque acres. With 20 miles of waterfront, scenic nature trails, abundant marshlands rich in native flora and fauna, two Auberge restaurants and a destination spa, The Dunlin celebrates the rich heritage of South Carolina and the simple wonder of life on the river.
“It’s with great excitement that Auberge Resorts Collection will soon welcome guests to the natural wonderland of the Sea Islands where they’ll be able to appreciate the timeless beauty and peace of life on the river while celebrating authentic lowcountry heritage that makes the area special,” said Michael DeCanio, general manager, The Dunlin, Auberge Resorts Collection.
The Dunlin’s architectural design is a testament to his creativity and commitment to quality and sustainability. Marrying whimsical Southern style with modern coastal living, the resort carefully respects both Sea Island architectural character – generous porches, gabled roofs and open space preservation – with the site’s natural features, to offer timeless spaces for seclusion and socializing alike. Classic, island-style interiors by acclaimed designer, Amanda Lindroth, feature sunny batik prints and soothing undertones reminiscent of the most elemental original Sea Island homes.
Effortlessly imbued with the essence of this serene natural landscape, each of the resort’s 72 cottage-style guest rooms and suites are delightfully appointed. The cottageinspired, Lowcountry aesthetic within features wicker, wood and textured linen combined with white-washed tones, mint-green accents and honey oak floors.
Outside, porches are the perfect place for morning coffee or a nightcap with spectacular riverfront views. Almost double the size of the generously-proportioned guest rooms, suites feature large living rooms, dining nooks, and soaking tubs that offer river views.
Various suites and rooms can be flexibly combined to accommodate families and friends traveling together. The signature Sweetbay Suite with its wraparound porch, indoor fireplace, and outdoor tub for bathing in nature can also be booked as a private, two-bedroom cottage. The resort will also feature 19 privately owned Dunlin branded residences, which are set to debut for pre-sale in 2024.
All accommodations are set in intimate guest house settings, while providing easy access to the resort’s array of exceptional amenities. These include the Meeting House with its expansive porch and atmospheric Willet Room bar designed for unwinding and the signature restaurant, Linnette’s with sweeping river views. Nearby the riverfront pool and the signature Auberge, Aster Spa offer total relaxation.
A Celebration Of Coastal Southern Cuisine
A new epicurean destination in the Charleston Sea Islands, The Dunlin, Auberge Resorts Collection celebrates soulful Southern cooking across its dining venues and through unique culinary experiences – from oyster roasts and whole hog BBQs to Lowcountry boils and riverside picnics.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Linnette’s is the hotel’s signature restaurant, paying homage to the heritage of Charleston with familiar and comforting coastal cuisine prepared with wit and sophistication. The open kitchen serves up woodfired dishes from a seafood-forward menu, with ingredients sourced from local fishermen and Kiawah River’s ‘agri-hood’ of local farmers. The perfect iced tea, all-day bites, cocktails and rare whiskeys can be enjoyed at the Willet Room, The Dunlin’s riverside lounge bar, with a side of southern hospitality. Poolside dining can be enjoyed at The Cove, The Dunlin’s glamorous, 1950s, bygone-beach-club atmosphere perfect for luxe lunch classics and cocktails beneath the striped umbrellas of the resort pool.
