Prayer of Confession Eternal God, whose mercy knows no end; we come today acknowledging that our lives have not reflected Your grace. We box people in, and in our minds and hearts, exclude them from Your mercy. While not condemning them, we still dismiss too many people. Forgive our short-sightedness, and help us to see others through Your eyes. This we confess today, continuing our private confession in silence…
Milestones Just as families keep in touch about joys and sorrows, our church family at Peachtree wants to do the same. During your prayers this week, we ask you to lift up these people to God.

The beautiful flowers in the Sanctuary this morning are given to the glory of God and in loving memory of: Olivia Grace Hamilton by her mother, Barbara, and her brothers, Jacob and Caleb
In 1941, the Reverend Peter Marshall (originally from Coatbridge, Scotland), the pastor of the New York Avenue Presbyterian Church in Washington D. C., devised a ceremony called Kirkin o’ the Tartan to celebrate and recognize the roots of the Presbyterian Church in Scotland. To this day, a ceremony is held annually in many Presbyterian churches across the country. On January 26, Peachtree will celebrate this tradition in all of our worship services. Join us as we celebrate the Scottish heritage of the Presbyterian church with colorful pageantry, bagpipes, and drums!
Belong Communities at Peachtree are a place to gather, learn, serve, and care. Let us know your preferences and we will help find the right community for you. Name(s):
