God never promised that becoming a Christian would solve all your problems, answer all your questions, or end all your troubles. He does promise to provide wisdom, guidance, and support in times of difficulty, though. One of the main ways God does this is through community, groups of fellow Christians living in authenticity, serving and loving each other, celebrating joys and sharing sorrows.
Our commitment, as a Christian community, is to ensure that every person who calls Peachtree home has A Place to Belong. Our Belong Communities meet on Sunday mornings, during the week, during the day and the evenings, on campus and off. We have all men’s, all women’s, intergenerational, and life stage communities that best fit your preferences.
Find A Place to Belong and find the love and support God has prepared for you in community at Peachtree. Visit the Williams Center or the table on the front lawn today or visit our online site to find the best community for you:

Prayer of Confession Lord God, we have lost sight of what it means to truly share radical hospitality. While we will welcome people into our homes, we often do so without giving of ourselves fully. We will ensure that we show the outward appearance of openness, while inwardly we harbor resentment towards the times when we must share of ourselves with our guests. For these and our other sins, we ask forgiveness, as we continue our confession in silence…
Milestones Just as families keep in touch about joys and sorrows, our church family at Peachtree wants to do the same. During your prayers this week, we ask you to lift up these people to God.

CONGREGATIONAL MEETING
The Session has called a Congregational Meeting to be held at the conclusion of each worship service on Sunday, October 20, 2019, for the purpose of hearing and acting on the report of the Associate Pastor Nominating Committee as it relates to the Associate Pastor for Grand Adults role. After each worship service, we will ask Peachtree members to vote to call the Rev. Scott Tucker to the installed position.
