Prayer of Confession
Eternal Father of steadfast love, we confess today that we are not perfect in our ability to love. We put limitations on the love we extend to people we know, make affection conditional in our families, and withhold acceptance from others. Forgive us for our cold hearts and the ways our loveless behavior prevents us from embracing Your love of us. Drive the dark of doubt away, and create in us clean hearts, O God. We admit our shortcomings in the name of Jesus, even as we continue our confession in silence…
Milestones
Just as families keep in touch about joys and sorrows, our church family at Peachtree wants to do the same. During your prayers this week, we ask you to lift up these people to God.
