Meet Regional Chief Operating Officer, Cindy Wade, RN, BSN, MHA, CPHQ and Regional Chief Nursing Officer, Tiffany Love, PhD, FACHE, GNP, ANP-BC Cindy Wade is the Executive Vice President and Regional Chief Operating Officer for LincolnHealth, Pen Bay Medical Center and Waldo County General. Cindy graduated from St. Joseph’s College in 1987 with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing and graduated from St. Joseph’s College with her Master’s in Health Care Administration in 2015. Early in her career, she spent 7 years in the Navy in various positions including Intensive Care, Cardiac Care, Emergency Care, Outpatient Care and Education and Training. Updates PBMC PHARMACY & WCGH EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT Construction on the PBMC retail pharmacy began in mid-October. The installation of this containment wall (pictured left) will reduce the width of the hallway, but it will remain accessible for patients and colleagues throughout construction.

Construction on the WCGH Emergency Department is well under way (pictured left) and is scheduled for completion in the spring/ summer of 2019. When complete, this expansion will include six new private rooms, updated trauma facilities, and dedicated spaces for patients in psychiatric crisis. Thank you for your flexibility while we make these important upgrades.
