CODE OF CONDUCT The Community Health & Wellness program at Pen Bay Medical Center (PBMC) and Waldo County General Hospital (WCGH) is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all participants. Conduct that does not support the mission or core values of PBMC and WCGH are not acceptable. Be responsible. You are responsible for your behavior. If you have a concern or problem, please contact Manager of Community Health & Wellness Rachael McCormick at 207-9213957. Be caring. No fighting, physical or verbal confrontation is allowed in PBMC or WCGH programs or facilities. Refrain from abusive or profane language. No yelling, shouting, arguing or raising your voice in a confrontational manner. Be respectful. All participants must be respectful. Intentional damage to another person’s property, PBMC or WCGH property will not be tolerated. Mistreatment or harassment of staff, patients, volunteers or other participants is strictly prohibited. Be honest. You are expected to be honest and polite with other participants and staff. Be healthy. Unsafe or dangerous behavior will not be tolerated. Use or possession of drugs, alcohol or weapons is not allowed in PBMC or WCGH programs or facilities. No tobacco is allowed at PBMC or WCGH facilities or grounds. PBMC and WCGH reserve the right to refuse admittance, participation or to request individuals to leave PBMC or WCGH programs or facilities at any time. Any fees paid will be refunded. CANCELLATION POLICY Journey to Health reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment or unexpected events. If either occurs, we will notify you by email and your class fees will be refunded. If Journey to Health cancels a class due to weather, we will put a message on our voicemail at 921-3950 at least two hours before the class start time. You can also find cancellations posted on our Facebook page: facebook.com/J2HWellness.

REFUNDS Class fees will be refunded if a class is cancelled. No refunds will be given within 24 hours of a class start time or after a class has started. Refunds will be issued in the manner payment was made and may take up to three weeks for processing. To request a refund, please call 921-3950.
