This class will include training and education in mindfulness, hypnosis, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and sports psychology. A mobile app will also be able to enhance the learning experience. Join Leah Kohlstrom and Claire Philbrook the first Tuesday of each month to explore grief with tea and the occasional activity. Breastfeeding Support Group Wednesdays, Nov. 2-30, 11 a.m. to noon Beebe Center, 15 Anchor Drive, Rockport This informal support group for breastfeeding families providers interaction as well as individual assistance when needed. Women wanting more information about breastfeeding are also welcome. Facilitated by a lactation consultant from the Women and Infants unit. Because of room occupancy constraints, we are limited to a maximum of seven moms with babies in arms. Siblings will not be allowed at this time. Please call 301-8337 for more information. The clinic is open to adults 18+. No appointment necessary. Naloxone Training Monday, Nov. 14, noon to 1 p.m. Virtual class Naloxone is a life-saving medication used to counter the effects of drugs like heroin and prescription narcotics. Join providers from Pen Bay Medical Center to learn how to use naloxone to save the life of anyone who is experiencing an opioid overdose.
