We all make New Year’s resolutions to change something in our life. Maybe it’s to lose weight or spend more time with family. How a b o u t starting 2015 with a learning resoluMa Bullock tion? Board Member H o w great would it be if at the end of this year, you could say that you learned a new

language, or learned more about the founding of our country and the Constitution, or read one good book every month, or discovered your ancestry? Knowledge is the gift that continues to give and can be passed on to anyone at any time. While we are talking about a knowledge resolution, how about the gift of knowledge? Surprise a family member or friend with a book or article on something you know

they have been wanting to learn. Sharing a passion for learning creates bonds that will last a lifetime and gives you a lot of things to talk about. Learning something new also provides another gift: doors of opportunity will open up in your life which gives you more options to grow. Make 2015 a learning year and I guarantee you won’t regret it.
