NEWFARM NEWYORK explores the relationship between the faรงades in a mixed-use housing and retail centre located in the heart of Tribeca. Addressing the pressing need of housing in high-density city planning, NEWFARM NEWYORK seeks to coordinate the residential and urban farm typologies into the urban environment. The design begins with research of faรงade geometries, in order to arrange the functions inside the building, and to analyse the circulation, which ultimately forms the skin.
