Reception What a wonderful start we have had to our Reception year. We have had lots of fun with letters, putting them together to make words and learning how to form them correctly. Our topic this term is Fairy Tales. Every week we take an adventure through storyland and explore a different fairy tale each time. We have learnt some elements of fairytales and have even re-written the endings of some.

During our Science experiments we looked at soluble and non-soluble substances.

Reception class also had a fun time this half of term doing some planting. We planted beans, watered them regularly and have watched in wonder at the beautiful harvest we will be getting.
