BUS SERVICE UPGRADES

IMPROVED FREQUENCY, ACCESSIBILITY, AND RELIABILITY FROM JUNE 5TH ON THE SUNSHINE COAST

These improvements aim to increase the frequency of buses, enhance accessibility to public transportation, and ensure more dependable timetables.

“The changes include:

• a new bus route to connect Nirimba with Caloundra (route 608)

• extending route 622 further into Peregian Springs

• extending route 631 to a new bus stop at the Ginger Factory

• timetable changes for routes 606, 607, 610, 612,

615, 620, 622, 630 and 631.”

More specifically:Route 620 – Noosa Heads to Maroochydore via Peregian Beach

The first 3 weekday trips for route 620 will start at Maroochydore, instead of Mudjimba Beach. These extended trips will leave Maroochydore at 4:32am, 5:02am and 5:42am.

Route 622 – Maroochydore to Noosa Heads via Airport and Coolum

The extension of route 622 will see a service south of The Avenue further into Peregian Springs. You’ll be able to catch the bus from seven new stops
