RETURN INFORMATION: Your tour terminates in Maui or Kauai after breakfast on the final day. Big Island Tour ends in Kona. Hotel check-out time is 12:00 noon. Hospitality rooms, based on availability, may be made available to guests with flights departing after 3:00p.m. Due to the time difference, most passengers actually arrive back home the morning after they leave Hawaii.

PRICES: All prices are subject to increase due to any increase in our costs, such as, but not limited to: increases in air, land or sea fares, fuel cost, etc.

All taxes, fuel surcharges, security charges and any other taxes or charges imposed by airlines, airports, governments, etc. are not included in air price.

Tour members who have not purchased their air tickets from Perillo Tours, or are arriving early or extending their stay in Hawaii, must arrange their own transportation from airport to hotel and hotel to airport.

Car rental insurance and gasoline costs are not included.

No refund will be made for any accommodations or services included in the tour that you do not use.

In case of any printing typographical error, computer error, or human verbal or billing error, we reserve the right to invoice/or re-invoice participants with corrected billing.

TICKET REVISION/CANCELLATION FEE: Once tickets are issued, a $150 per ticket revision/cancellation fee will apply to each ticket plus the cost of express mail charges.

GRATUITIES NOT INCLUDED: The customary gratuities to your personal tour escort and occasional narrating tour drivers are not included and should be extended on a voluntary, individual basis and not as a group.

SPECIAL REQUESTS: We’re happy to inform the hotels of any special requests, such as “king bed”, “lower floor”, etc., provided we are advised at the time of booking. Such requests cannot be guaranteed as availability is often limited.

BAGGAGE: Each tour member is limited to one large suitcase and one small carry-on due to limited baggage area on buses. Airlines are now charging for excess baggage as well as for overweight and larger suitcases. Check your airline’s website or call the airline directly for updated information. As Perillo Tours cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged luggage, the Perillo Protection Plan outlined below is highly recommended.

Early this afternoon, we’re off on a scenic, narrated tour along the Windward Coast to the Polynesian Cultural Center. DAY 3 Oahu

Breakfast / Pearl Harbor Arizona Memorial and Honolulu Sightseeing / Society of Seven Cocktail Show and Dinner Linger a little longer with another breakfast in paradise. Then we set off for Pearl Harbor to commemorate the “day that will live in

infamy,” December 7, 1941. Few Americans who set foot on the Arizona Memorial can avoid a few goose bumps…

We continue on to the Historic Punchbowl National Cemetery followed by a panoramic sightseeing tour of downtown Honolulu.

DAY 4 Oahu/M aui Flight

Flight to Maui / Tour the Iao Valley & Lahaina Town / À la Carte Dinner at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort After breakfast we jet to Maui, the “Valley Island.”

In 1778, captain James Cook arrived in “Mowee” ending the idyllic life of the Polynesian natives. In Cook’s wake came traders, missionaries and whalers. At the height of the whaling era (1840 to 1865), Lahaina Town served as the anchorage for more than 500 ships!

We’ll visit the Iao Valley to view the famous Iao Needle and drive through Lahaina town on our way to our hotel.

You’ll gasp upon entering the vast, open-air lobby of the AAA Diamond Award-winning Hyatt Maui. We’ll check-in, get our bearings, and enjoy a great à la carte dinner with wine or soft drinks at the exquisite Son’z Maui restaurant or Umalu Restaurant, poolside.

The sample rates below are based on current airfares (Sept 2010) and include your roundtrip airport transfers in Hawaii, provided you arrive and depart on the scheduled tour dates. Departure cities and airfares are subject to change or withdrawal and do not include air taxes or fuel surcharges.

We recommend you book early as airfares are capacity controlled and limited. They are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Arranging your own flights?

If you are purchasing your own flights (not through Perillo Tours), you should arrange to fly into Honolulu and return from the last island of your tour, accordingly: The ‘Two Islander’ ends on Maui.

The ‘Three Islander’ ends on Kauai.

The ‘Big Island’ Extension guests will require return tickets from Kona.

Don’t worry about your inter-island flights as they are all included in the above ‘Land-Only’ rates.

Also be advised that transfers on arrival in Honolulu and departure from Maui, Kauai and the Big Island are not included when you purchase your own air ticket.
