2016 Year in Review RELOCATION TEAM
Thanks for a Great 2016 As we wrap up the last year, we look back and are proud of all the things we accomplished. Early in the year, our theme was set to #GiveMore. From hosting community event drives such as Paint Recycling, exclusive client parties at the Denver Zoo and Botanic Gardens, to charities we love, we gave in new and exciting ways this year in our beloved city of Denver. Our relocation agents also gave more in effort to each client, listing and potential buyer. We ended the year beating our closed conversion rate from the prior year, and had more relocation transactions than any prior year. We were also happy to certify more relocation agents in the past 12 months to assist with each new incoming referral we receive. They continued their training through CE classes, a specialized BMA training, and collaborative discussions throughout the year. As Denver continued another record breaking year in real estate, several new marketing pieces also gave our agents an edge in starting the relocation conversation, and we’ve seen a high success rate with each new piece being used by our agents. Over 1,400 guests joined us at the Denver Botanic Gardens, which we rented out for the evening on July 14. A buffet dinner, live music, and scenic views and art from the gardens entertained all. Perry & Co. is proud to be a corporate sponsor of the DBG’s Summer Concert Series.

We had more than 1,700 clients and guests join us for a private night at the Denver Zoo. We helped kick off the holiday season by viewing the 70 acres of lights on display, visiting Santa, and enjoying cookies and hot cocoa.

We followed through with our goal to Give More in 2016 in multiple ways. From hosting two paint drives to collect paint to be recycled, participating in Greenwood Village’s Summerfest to support the Adoption Exchange, and donating more than 70 gifts to the Salvation Army, we kept finding ways to give this year.

We got to combine two of our loves, the Denver Broncos and giving, for one cause!
