Letter from the

Chairman & President Thank you for your interest in Petoskey Plastics! As you’ll quickly learn by flipping through this booklet, we’ve developed a community where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. We’re not just a collection of associates, facilities, and sales figures; we’re an interdependent team with a focus on the values that are so deeply rooted in the organization that we’ve built together. Foremost among them is family.

Paul Keiswetter Chairman & CEO

Jason Keiswetter

With initial conception giving way to decades of unprecedented growth, today we’re fortunate to celebrate our company’s considerable achievements. Along the way, generations of Keiswetters have dedicated themselves to the work that we perform. From the production floor to the Executive Committee, our family is proud to have shaped Petoskey Plastics with our own hands and minds, not to mention an extensive amount of help from our peers who you’ll get to know in the following pages. Since father and son founded Petoskey Plastics in 1969, our family has grown to include everyone who has contributed to our accomplishments as a business. Now, with father and son leading the way again, we welcome you to join our team, and our family, for many more years of industry innovation, dynamic collaboration, and sweeping success!

President

Our Team Our diverse team is made up of experienced, family-orientated associates who work together to meet company goals.

As·so·ci·ate We use the word "associate" in lieu of "employee" here at Petoskey Plastics. We feel that the word "associate" connotes someone working with others to reach a common goal rather than an "employee" that is hired to do a job.

That means, if you see someone struggling, help them; if you see trash on the floor, pick it up — we all do our part to make Petoskey Plastics a great place to work. We believe our growth is a result of our dedicated group of associates working towards achieving our mission of earning the appreciation and respect of our customers, associates, and communities. Our dedicated team members are our greatest asset. We encourage our colleagues to feel comfortable asking questions and offering suggestions. Our associates are the secret ingredient to our success and we strive to make every individual feel just as valued as the next.

EACH MONTH WE RECYCLE OVER

2.5 million lbs of landfill-bound plastic bags and stretch wrap.

We began recycling in 1978, before it was "in."

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT As one of the essential components of our mission statement, Petoskey Plastics has always considered the strength of our relationships with our communities to be an important measure of our business’ success. Time and again we have been honored to invest our resources back into our neighborhoods and witness the impressive growth that follows.

We couldn’t be more proud to have associates on our team who are willing to dedicate their time and talents to those in need after a long day of work. As an organization, we follow their generous example by offering financial support to local groups in an effort to earn the appreciation and respect of the communities where we operate.

Charitable Mission Statement In living true to our company mission statement, we contribute to our business communities with our giving focus on youth and their wellness.

Since 2013, Petoskey Plastics has donated over $750k to 250 organizations.

On average, we give monetary donations to 100 organizations a year.

13

2019 was the highest amount given in a year in company history with $144,500 donated.

Promoting Manufacturing Careers As with our corporate donations, education and the success of local youth has been the focal point of some of our most exciting community outreach programs. In response to the skilled labor shortage in the plastics industry, and in support of workforce development in our area, North Central Michigan College worked handin-hand with Petoskey Plastics to foster enthusiasm for the manufacturing program on campus. "The contributions that Petoskey Plastics and the Keiswetter family have made show true investment in our North Central student body and our local Petoskey community – we couldn’t be more proud to work with such a wonderful organization. Our relationship allows us to provide critical educational resources to our students, and in return, we offer the associates at Petoskey Plastics valuable training through our workforce development program."

- Cameron Burnet-Koch, President of North Central Michigan College

Donati on of a micro blown fi lm line to North Central Michigan College's manufacturing lab. We attend many local community events that allow us to teach students first-hand about skills and unique roles that are found within manufacturing.

Every year, Manufacturing Day is promoted through student tours of our facilities.

The skills gap for manufacturing may leave an estimated 2.4 million positions unfilled between 2018-2028.

This is why it's so important for student outreach!

Every year in October, hundreds of local students can be found touring our three manufacturing locations. Our associates lead students through our facilities and provide them with valuable insight into production and the skills they can start working on now if they choose a future in manufacturing. It's always an event that kickstarts many students into thinking about a career in manufacturing.

Associate Levels of Service in 2021

Dav Blankenhagen, Director of Quality, Research & Development Hire Date: 04/17/1995 Celebrated 25 years in 2020

I started my journey with Petoskey Plastics in 1995. I was working for a large company and getting lost in the corporate culture and wanted to work for a company where I could be recognized for my abilities and contributions. I started as the Quality Manager and as Petoskey Plastics grew, so did the opportunities. The diverse customer base and product lines means there is always something new to work on. I have been fortunate to wear many hats and get involved in all aspects of the business. Working with associates at all levels to solve problems, implement new ideas, and help support customers and communities where we work. Even though we continue to grow, Petoskey Plastics maintains that family atmosphere where we are all helping each other to contribute. It was a scary decision to leave the safe, corporate culture. It worked out better than I ever could have expected, and I am looking forward to that next opportunity.

Sarah Ciesielski, Planning & Marketing Manager Hire Date: 8/11/2015 Celebrated 5 years in 2020

My first experience with Petoskey Plastics dates back to elementary school. As an elementary school student, I remember touring the Petoskey plant and all of us kids getting to put our hands in a bin of resin pellets. A few years after college graduation, I applied to Petoskey Plastics and accepted a Sales Coordinator position where I stayed for three years. I then applied for the tuition reimbursement program and obtained an MBA in Logistics Management. This allowed me to grow into the role of Forecasting & Planning Analyst. I was most recently promoted to the Planning & Marketing Manager positions. One of the great attributes of Petoskey Plastics is the family culture. I encourage everyone to explore the different opportunities that this great company offers, whether it is help with going back to school, a new project, or an advanced position.
