Information For All Delegates Cloak Room A secure cloakroom situated at the entrance to the conference area will be manned from 09:45am until 16:30pm on the day of the Conference.

Mobile Phones We would advise delegates to have their mobile phones switched off during the seminars, presentations and workshops.

Refreshments and Bar Refreshments will be available throughout the day. A complimentary drinks reception, courtesy of Purchasing Card News, will be held at the end of the days agenda, and a pay bar will be available from 16:00hrs until 17:30 hrs.
Delegate Passes The delegate’s pack and name badges will be available at registration from 09:45hrs on Thursday 24th September 2009. For security purposes delegates are advised to display their name badges whist attending the conference.
Photography Our staff photographer will be on site on Thursday 24th September 2009 to take general interest photographs of the exhibition and stands for publication in forthcoming issues of Card Payment Solutions/Purchasing Card News Conference 2009 review issue.
Conference Agenda The organisers reserve the right to amend the conference agenda, timing and dates up to six weeks prior to the event.
Information For Exhibitors Exhibitors will have access to set up from 07:00hrs on Thursday 24th September 2009. All exhibition stands need to be completed no later than 09:30hrs Thursday 24th September 2009. Ground level access is available from the car park at area W. Exhibition stands can be dismantled at the close of the conference from 16:30hrs to 17:30hrs on Thursday 24th September 2009. Wireless Internet Connection can be provided to exhibition stands - cost on application. Plasma display screens can be provided for exhibition stands - specifications and cost on application.
Seminar Presentations All presentations from your own laptop, there will be a technician on site throughout the conference to assist with set-up.
Cancellations & Substitutions
Note
Delegates cancelling six weeks prior or more before the conference date will be entitled to a 50% refund. Cancellations received thereafter will not be entitled to a refund. Delegates can be substituted at any time prior to the event. Notification of cancellations/substitutions must be received in writing or e-mail to info@purchasingcardnews.co.uk
Manchester United Football Club Limited is private property and their terms and conditions for security and access do apply, admission to the conference is strictly by invitation only from approved Conference booking forms received.
Caxton House Marketing Ltd, the conference organisers, reserves the right to amend the conference agenda, timings and conference dates up to sixty days prior to the scheduled event.
