ANILA: Former Philippine President Benigno Simeon Cojuangco Aquino III died at age 61 on Tuesday, relatives and officials said. He is survived by his four sisters. Though details of his death were not immediately made public, Noynoy, as he is nicknamed, was undergoing dialysis and preparing for a kidney transplant, according to his former Cabinet official Rogelio Singson.
