The Sky in A Room
Phillips is pleased to present The Sky in A Room, a special selling exhibition curated by Francesco Bonami. Taking its name from an Italian song written in 1960 by Gino Paoli, the exhibition is inspired by the idea that art has the unique power to transform mental and physical space. Each work in the exhibition comes from a single-owner collection and is presented, not as a singular work of art, but as part of a group, creating autonomous constellations within a very specifc universe: the mind of a collector.
