Welcome to the 2017 Parade of Homes Plus presented by the Builders Association of Elkhart County and sponsored by Mid-City Supply. This year, there are 12 beautiful homes and one remodel project to tour and explore. Each will showcase creative innovations and the newest trends in home construction. Elkhart County Parade of Homes Plus, presented to you by the Builder’s Association of Elkhart County (BAEC.) Twelve builders have presented 12 homes for you to tour and experience, representing a range of styles, sizes and prices. We also have a builder who will be showcasing a remodeling project – that’s the “Plus” part of this year’s show. As you tour the homes most of the finishes and features you will see have been provided by members of your (BAEC). It is truly your builders association, the local, state and national builders associations serve you by making sure residential housing stays safe and affordable. Whether you are looking to purchase one of the homes for sale, trying to find a builder, getting ideas

The Standards address the most prevalent issues that arise between the builder and the customer before the project, during the project, and most importantly, after the project is completed. All too often it is the unrealized or undiscovered expectations that create the majority of the problems encountered in the building/remodeling process. The Standards will help eliminate these problems before the project even begins. The Indiana Quality Assurance Builder Standards provide you with the confidence that professionals in the industry are handling your project. Make sure your builder of remodeler is a member of the Builders Association of Elkhart County and a Standards Builder and/or Standards Remodeler, and be sure that you receive your Standards manual at contract signing or at closing.
