DOCUMENT STRATEGY (D) The definition, form or shape and mechanisms of the document or corporate communication are continuously reinventing itself at a lightening pace. Organizations are not only challenged to keep up with such transformations, oftentimes, requiring extensive, timeconsuming restructure of processes and policies, but to do it well. Successful enterprises utilize thoughtful, well-planned document strategies to remain ahead of the market. This track will address strategic implementation of document management, project management and multi-channel communications, discuss security/compliance of emerging technologies, such as social networking, review market analysis and document trends as well as analyze the processes of electronic adoption and customer personalization.

OUTPUT MANAGEMENT/PRODUCTION (O) Intelligent and data-rich one-to-one customer communications have become the standard, not the exception. This demand for cultivating personalized relationships between customer and service provider has put a heavy burden on an organization’s output processes and their bottom lines, especially in high-volume environments that have complex regulations and billing cycles to be met. FORMS MANAGEMENT, DESIGN & WORKFLOW (F) Forms management involves cost-benefit analysis, consultation, project management and environmental and safety awareness. Forms administration involves version control, identification and filing systems, software distribution, warehousing, standards, operating procedures, obsolescence, forms repositories, business continuity, procurement and inventory management.

TECHNOLOGY & INNOVATIONS (T) Technology principles include electronic technologies involving digital demand imaging, recognition systems, post processing, data merge printing and production principles.
