The epitome of suave and sophistication, James Bond is the ultimate cool guy that men look up to for his gadgets, his women, and his style.

JAMES BOND - STEAL HIS STYLE Although a fictional character, his presence is very real with hordes of designers and prestigious brands choosing to collaborate with the infamous 007. James Bond, played by Daniel Craig, will ditch his trademark smart tuxedos for cashmere sweaters in the forthcoming 007 film ‘Spectre’.

Craig as Bond will get to drive a Range Rover Sport SVR, Jaguar C-X75, Land Rover Defender Big Foot, as well as his signature ride the Aston Martin DB10 . He will also be seen sipping Belvedere vodka martinis and Bollinger champagne.

This comes as the film’s producer Barbara Broccoli has become more open to product placement, so much so that she wants to introduce an “additional placement fee” for any products used in 007 films. As a result Craig will now be seen wearing N.Peal cashmere sweaters which would cost consumers £200 per piece.

‘Spectre’ is set for release on November 6, 2015.

The 007 star wore his new attire at the launch of the film last year. 4

Star of the movie Daniel Craig, handsomely rugged, his looks and macho demeanour appeal to both men and women. Which is why, we bring you our style guide featuring Daniel Craig as Mr Bond for inspiration.

THE SECRET AGENT EMSEMBLE

Oozing sleek sophistication whilst looking strong and masculine, a suit is a powerful outfit choice. The key to wearing a suit is that it shouldn’t look stuffy, maintain a balance of conservative and contemporary. Daniel Craig mainly wears inky blue and charcoal shades which keep it fresh and stylish. Never to be seen without a slick tie and pocket square the look pulls together to be both classic and modern. Be sure to stick to tailored, slim fits to keep the shape strong and structured.

THE CASUAL LOOK

This look is the ultimate lesson in casual dressing. Laid back yet striking, comfy but still with a smart edge. Certain little tweaks give this outfit a personal edge, the sunglasses, the turned up denims, the belt left slightly undone and the strategic buttoning of the cardigan. It screams, “I just threw this on and I still look effortlessly cool and stylish.”

Be Safe InThe Sun Do you know your factor 8’s from your factor 30’s and your UVA protection from your UVB? Browsing a display of sunscreens can certainly be confusing, so here’s a little help. First to the basics: how do sunscreens work? Sunscreens, also commonly referred to as sun block, sun tan lotion and sun cream, are products which contain a combination of ingredients which help to prevent the sun’s harmful ultraviolet (UV) radiation from reaching the skin. There are two types of radiation, UVA has longer wavelengths and can cause lasting skin damage, skin aging and skin cancer, because they are not absorbed by the ozone layer and so can penetrate skin deeply, potentially causing the most harm. UVB has shorter waves, is partially absorbed by the ozone layer but can still cause sunburn and also skin damage and skin cancer. Most products focus on protecting against UVB rays, but those that describe themselves as broad spectrum provide protection against UVA and UVB.

have been in the sun for 30 times as long as that which is 300 minutes. You should remember that this is only a guide. You will also find additional guidance about which factor to choose depending on how fair your skin is as the fairer you are the faster you will generally burn. The time of day you are out will also have an impact. For example protection won’t be as good if you are exposed to full strength mid day sun compared to early morning rays. You should also remember that you will need to reapply sunscreens regularly throughout the day.

Sunscreens both absorb and reflect the sun’s harmful rays.

There are a huge range of products to choose from. Sunscreens now come in lotions, creams, gels and oils. Many have additional ingredients to make them smell nicer, be water resistant, show up as a colour or be easy to rub in. There are also special varieties developed for the face and lips.

You will see the expression ‘sun protection factor (SPF)’ on products. This is a measure of the products ability to prevent UVB from damaging the skin. For example if your skin would usually start to redden in the sun after 10 minutes, using a sunscreen with a factor of 30 suggests that you will not redden until you

One final thing to remember is that certain health conditions and medications can make a person more sensitive to sun exposure, so you might need to use a higher SPF if on antibiotics or antihistamines for example. If you are on medication it is best to seek professional advice.

The county is a delicious and well-stocked larder that tempts foodies from far and wide. Lanarkshire takes in parts of Glasgow, market towns surrounded by fertile farmland, as well as the Clyde Valley, where the river feeds orchards, soft fruit, heritage tomatoes, vegetable crops and pasture land.

Soft drink producer AG Barr, based in Cumbernauld, makes Irn-Bru, the bright orange fizzy pop that has become Scotland’s other national drink. Meanwhile, Uddingston is home to Thomas Tunnock, best known for their Tea Cake, which featured so memorably in the Commonwealth Games opening ceremony last year – and not forgetting the Snowball and Caramel Wafer.

Tablet, fine chocolate, free-range pork, artisan cheese, honey, ale and handmade baking are just some of the delights from specialist local producers and can be found in farm shops, farmers markets and niche shops. Thanks in part to excellent transport links, the area is also home to a number of famous food and drink brand names that not only contribute to the local economy but also carry a distinctive piece of Scottish identity around the globe.

Borders Biscuits are made in Lanark, while Airdrie is the home to Albert Bartlett, which supplies one in five of the UK’s potatoes and is best known for its Rooster range, and Robert Wiseman Dairies is based in East Kilbride. Despite the uncertain weather, Lanarkshire boasts excellent ice cream made by Scots-Italians who settled here generations ago, and also established fish and chip shops, many of which have won awards. Food and drink boost the economy and tourism trade, with research showing that visitors will pay up to 15 per cent more for traditional dishes, regional specialties and fresh local produce, according to VisitScotland. VisitScotland Regional Director Annique Armstrong said: “Food and drink is Scotland’s fastest growing sector and incredibly important to our country’s tourism industry. It is Scotland’s Year of Food & Drink, which gives us the opportunity to promote our incredibly diverse natural larder and the superb quality of our produce to visitors as well as local markets.” Chair of the Lanarkshire Tourism Association, Mark Calpin, said: “Food is an essential part of the visitor experience and tourism in Lanarkshire supports around 10,000 jobs and is worth around £300 million to the region’s economy. VisitLanarkshire is committed to ensuring Lanarkshire is recognised as a world-class destination to experience the very best food and drink that Scotland has to offer.”

Already 17 businesses have won ‘Taste our Best’ awards and the hope is that the numbers will go up by 20 per cent by the end of Scotland’s Year of Food and Drink.

MAGIC MIKE XXL back to the grind Release Date 3rd July 2015 (Comedy) Rated 15

Three years after Mike, Channing Tatum, bowed out of the stripper life at the top of his game, he and the remaining Kings of Tampa hit the road to Myrtle Beach to put on one last blow-out performance.

Channing Tatum was born in a small town, Cullman, Alabama, 50 miles north of Birmingham. He is the son of Kay (Faust), an airline worker, and Glenn Matthew Tatum, whose occupation was in construction. Growing up, he was full of energy and somewhat troublesome, so his parents decided to enrol him in different sports such as track and field, baseball, soccer, and football to keep him out of trouble. In the ninth grade he was sent to catholic school. It was there that he discovered his passion for football and his hopes became centred on earning an athletic college scholarship. Channing's goal was finally met, and in his senior year in high school, he was recruited and earned a full athletic college scholarship to a school in West Virginia. Tatum is also skilled in Kung Fu and in Gor-Chor Kung Fu, a form of martial arts, in which he has earned belts in both. Channing later left college and, in the meantime, worked as a construction worker, a stripper, a mortgage broker and salesman. He has modelled for Abercrombie & Fitch, Nautica, Gap, Aeropostale, Emporio Armani.
