My fellow Americans, our world is upside down. The onslaught of socialism has crept into every facet of our government. Our government & elected representatives have forgotten who they work for and that our freedoms come from God himself! Our constitutions both federal and state are written to make sure that never changes.

All political power is inherent in the people, and governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed and are established to protect and maintain individual rights”. “Section 2 Supreme Law of the Land. The constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the land”.

America First! “We the People” need to demand truth and transparency in our country. We are being forced into “Indentured Servitude” through taxation for problems that never get fixed. American children are used in social experiments. There is a movement against our lord and savior while our government hides information from us. Our people, our children, our country, and god deserve better!

The soul of our country and state is under siege. May the blood of Jesus Christ protect the United States of America, Washington State and “We the People”.

Dave represents Pierce County on multiple boards and commissions including SS911 governing board, Pierce County Law & Justice Council, Economic Development Board, Zoo and Trek Authority, and Chair of Flood Control Zone District Board of Supervisors. Dave also serves as a board member of Argus Manor, a Puyallup low income 55 and older apartment complex.

Statement

Dear friends and neighbors, It’s been my honor to serve as your County Councilmember. Growing up on Lake Tapps and raising my family on South Hill, I appreciate the quality of life in Pierce County.

We are experiencing challenging times and I have worked to bring common sense leadership and accountability to Pierce County government. As a long time business owner and your councilmember, I understand that to be effective, you have to be willing to reach across the aisle, listen, learn and lead. I have been leading since I was elected in 2019. Whether the Republicans or Democrats are in control, I always have a seat at the table impacting major issues affecting Pierce County.

The challenges we face today need strong leadership which I have demonstrated, whether it is supporting law enforcement, dealing with homelessness, mental and behavioral health, rapid growth issues, or river flooding.

My plan as your councilmember hasn’t changed. Public Safety is my number one priority followed by reducing congestion, housing affordability, economic development, keeping taxes low and communicating with my constituents.
