Painting Class: In just 2 hours you will finish a whole painting in acrylics on canvas with step by step instructions by the artist. You will learn amazing techniques like painting wet on wet, how to paint Florida wildlife, or a tropical seascape!

Go Fish!: Guests can test their fishing skills right off our T-Dock with a Coordinator’s assistance. We supply the rod and bait for you and will teach you what type of fish are brought up. This is a catch and release program that is great for beginners or guests that just want to get out for an hour. Check our Activities Brochure for selected days and time.

Beach Yoga: Whether you are seeking a physically challenging yoga class, a deep stretch after tennis or golf, pure relaxation, or a unique opportunity to connect with nature, you will find the perfect experience waiting for you at Ambu Yoga. Young adults 14 years old and up are welcome.

Nothing says fall like apples and fresh herbs. Since November is prime apple season and well, we LOVE cider, I figured it would be neat to combine a few other things that we enjoy! 1. Bring the Bourbon. We are a huge fans of a good bourbon. It is often our post dinner sipper-especially if we are at our favorite bar. 2. I love rosemary! If I had to only have one herb for the rest of my life- this would be it. I can't get enough of it when I'm cooking. So I figured why not throw it in a drink

RECIPE: 4 Oz Apple Cider (we used Tall, Dark & Handsome) -2 Oz Bourbon -2 Tablespoons Cinnamon -1 Tablespoon Sugar -Orange Slice -Rosemary Sprig

HOW TO MAKE IT AT HOME:

ROSEMARY GINGER MOJITO This modern take on the Cuban National Cocktail adds Ginger and Rosemary to the classic minty mix, a fragrant and flavorful, pairs perfectly with the vanilla tones of the rum. To release more flavor from the rosemary sprig, lightly bruise it before slipping it into the glass.

INGREDIENTS 2 OZ Crystallized Ginger 3 Muddle Lime Wedges Fresh Mint Leaves 2 OZ White Rum 1 OZ Fresh Lime Juice 1/2 OZ Rosemary Ginger – Simple Syrup 1 OZ Club Soda 1 Fresh Mint Sprig 1 Fresh Rosemary Sprig

1. Start by combining the cinnamon and sugar together on a plate- we will use this to rim the glass. 2. Run the orange wedge around the edge of your low ball cocktail glass. Set the rim of the glass in the cinnamon and sugar and fill the glass with ice. 3. In a shaker filled with ice, combine the cider and bourbon and stir to combine. Strain into your ice filled glass. 4. Garnish glass with the orange slice and rosemary sprig.

PRO TIP Try roasting your rosemary first! This will bring out a more intense flavour.

Dan Levine was born and raised in New York where he started playing tennis at the age of five. Dan played tennis at Ithaca College and was captain of the team his senior year. He played in the NCAA Tournament and was part of the first program NCAA victory in Nationals. Later, Dan went on to be an assistant tennis coach at Ithaca College. In 2017 Dan was introduced to Pickleball and fell in love with the sport and became a IPTPA Certified Level II Pro. He has been teaching Pickleball to all ages/levels since 2020 while also pursuing a professional playing career. He is a 5.0 player. Dan's approach to the game is to always have his clients leave the court with a smile on their face as well as improving their game.
