dylan@davidsonproperties.com Dylan is the President and Owner of Davidson Properties, Inc. headquartered in Alamo Heights. Dylan has over 10 years of experience in real estate investing and property management, as well as corporate finance and private equity. He holds a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, an MBA from The University of Texas at Arlington, and is a licensed Realtor in the State of Texas. Prior to joining Davidson Properties, Dylan worked as a member of the private equity group at USAA Real Estate, a subsidiary of USAA Bank focused on commercial real estate advisory and management with over $20 billion in AUM. Prior to his time at USAA Real Estate, Dylan spent several years in corporate finance management positions with TD Ameritrade and The ACTIVE Network, focusing primarily on M&A due diligence and underwriting. Dylan is a native Texan, and lives in San Antonio with his wife, Belle and their two children, Anna and Cooper. When not focused on work, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, playing golf, and Texas Longhorn sports.

Ken joined Davidson Properties in 2007 and was a top contractor for the organization for 12 years prior to coming on full-time. He brings over 35 years of professional experience in a variety of maintenance and service functions, as well as working effectively with both owners and tenants. Originally from Michigan, Ken now resides in Elmendorf, Texas with his wife and is a father of two. He enjoys sports, fishing, and spending time with his family.

kayci@davidsonproperties.com As Director of Operations, Kayci manages several key functions within the organization and is primarily responsible for ensuring efficiency in day-to-day operations. Kayci joined Davidson Properties in 2004 as an Office Assistant and has held numerous management roles during her tenure. Kayci earned a BA in Business from The University of Texas at San Antonio and has over 14 years of professional property management experience. She has worked in nearly every function of the organization and has in-depth insight into the operations of the business. Kayci is originally from Falls City, Texas and now resides in Cibolo, Texas with her husband and children. She enjoys spending time outdoors and with her family.
