Actually, I have not known about the title until now. It is more like a jingle, when one of the most famous street food in Indonesia, called Tahu Bulat, is being sung to everyone to make them buy and enjoy. It served best while its hot.
Tahu Bulat is basically a rounded tofu, there is a hollow inside that melts away in your mouth and it is also a bite sized. Tahu Bulat is sold with a car, which all of the cooking equipment is in the back of the wagon, usually brought by two seller: the one who drives the car, and the other one is singing the jingle while he is frying the Tahu Bulat.
The reason why I chose this song because I felt like people tend to overlook about how precious the existence of our street food, which they have to be very carefully picked and treated in terms of the way its sold, the way its introduced, and also displayed. Because the case of Tahu Bulat is one of the emerging case that we feel like we lack of public space to access these venders.
