Plaid Cymru will make your health our priority We will: • Provide free social care for the elderly and those with dementia •

Train and recruit 1000 extra doctors to provide healthcare when you need it

Ensure cancer patients are diagnosed within 28 days by building three specialist diagnostic centres

•

Make an extra £55m available for new treatments and medicines across the nation

•

Boost NHS stafng levels to keep A&E and Maternity services

•

Aim to cut preventable deaths by 25% by 2025, saving 10,000 lives

•

Tax sugary drinks to raise revenue for the NHS and cut diabetes and obesity rates

•

Invest in new technology and telemedicine to ensure a 21st century digital and paperless NHS

•

Improve access to mental health services to ensure everyone gets the treatment they need

•

Integrate Health and Social Care to cut bureaucracy, end the postcode lottery, and prevent unnecessary hospital admissions

Whilst Labour has cut funding, Plaid Cymru will increase the NHS budget over the next ve years.
