New windows and doors, modifications to the limestone façade to widen a ground floor entrance, and architectural retaining walls were added.

CM at Risk, occupied, phased interior and exterior renovation of a 4-story building built in 1897. Work to the building included a complete roof replacement, window restoration, and new storefront at the back entrance and in the courtyard. A ground level courtyard sandwiched between the building and an adjacent building was excavated to below the foundation, requiring underpinning to the building’s foundation and a new granite-clad architectural retaining wall in the courtyard. All new HVAC systems were installed, new art lighting, new architectural finishes, and new millwork including a custom reception desk and bookcases throughout.
