8. CONFIDENTIALITY Confidentiality and privacy require that all parties to a dispute must ensure that information is restricted to those who genuinely need to know. Furthermore, those people should only be told as much as they need to know and no more. For example, some people may need to know of the issue so they can provide advice, but not the identities of the persons involved.
