OUR GOALS
PleaseNotes was started to allow women to create a life they love. We deserve to have our goals and dreams, but how do you figure out what you want and how to get it? The easiest way is to equip yourself with tools, and by using them you can get there faster and easier then if you attempted it on your own. Those three tools are;

C) CREATIVITY
BY PRACTICING WITH POSITIVE MESSAGING, BUILDING SELF-ESTEEM, AND EXPANDING SELF-IMPOSED LIMITS, YOU BECOME THE PERSON YOU’VE ALWAYS WANTED TO BE, ONE AFFIRMATION AT A TIME.
The PleaseNotes are packaged in sets of 3 and includes one of each theme, Cheeky is bright pink, fun and sarcastic, Carefree is full of messages of joy, love and ease and Confident is all about clarity, creating and grounded action. Each pad has 5 different messages that reinforce the theme, allowing an individual to instill those values within themselves as they use them for work or for play. Growing on the PleaseNote, we have expanded into a full scale lifestyle brand. The second product we released was The Journal, which launched in late 2016 with a Kickstarter Campaign. Soon after, the “Mirror Mirror“ (Mirror and Wall Decals), the “Label of Love” (Dual-Sided Water Bottle Labels) and The Notebook rounded out the rest of the core line.

OUR STORY
I have always struggled with my confidence and own sense of self, even though no-one around me would of thought so. I had been so focused on being what I thought everyone else needed me to be that I lost myself in the midst. I knew I had something important to give, and I was frustrated because I didn’t know what that was, or even how to find that out. So I took a risk. I quit my job, and took time for me. I read, journaled, worked with affirmations and started listening to myself. I started building up my self-confidence and as a result, was able to value my own gifts and the things I really loved doing. I discovered my passion was that light bulb moment, the “Aha” when people realize life could be so different then what they were allowing themselves to have, and that they had the power to create a life they love. One day I thought to myself, I wish I could surround myself with affirmations, and that’s how PleaseNotes was born.
I DECIDED TO CURATE TOOLS THAT I HAD LEARNED OVER THE YEARS INTO A EASY, PLAYFUL, EFFECTIVE PACKAGE THAT COULD BE THE FOUNDATION OF A NEW BEGINNING, A GIFT THAT PEOPLE WOULD LOVE TO GIVE, RECEIVE AND USE AS A CATALYST TO CHANGE THEIR LIVES. Cheryl Sutherland Founder
