To make the search for the best machine/rotary table combinations significantly easier, all practical applications have been clearly summarised in this catalogue. The assembly position on the machine table differs by «Standard» and «topPos» as well as «X position» and «Y position:

CU 2007

– Standard: The rotary table is screwed on the machine table using the standard mounting elements.

CU 3007

– topPos: To be able to use the machining space within the colli­ sion area as best as possible, a special base plate is necessary (not included with delivery) – X position: the divider axis position must be aligned parallel to the machine›s X-axis (A-axis) – Y position: the divider axis position must be aligned parallel to the machine›s Y-axis (B-axis) Note: The assembly position and type of mounting elements are suggestions without guarantee and must be adapted to the application (type of machining, device and machine) as well as the accuracy specifications of the respective workpieces. Spindle speeds and cycle times

Requirements to be met for their validity and achievability are that the maximum speed of the motor as well as the acceleration and jerk limitation values can also be parameterized on the respective CNC control unit. All calculations are based on the respective standard load according.

Highly precise universal quick dividing / indexing head More than 35 years ago, pL LEHMANN already built a hydromanual collet clamping system (silvery clamping lever).

An accomplishment in the early 1970s: direct division without different perforated discs and without shears. Integrated, powerful clamping was also being considered back then. Even if only operated by hand using a (black) clamping lever.
