Priority These terms and conditions have priority over any purchasing conditions of the customer Warranty 6 months (see ÂŤGeneral Terms and Conditions for Delivery of Machines and Equipment VSM 2006Âť; the usual costs for corrections under warranty cover all expenses incurred in our factory for the work performed.) Series 500 equipment has a factory warranty. Peter Lehmann AG does not accept any warranty for changes or adjustments requested by the customer (e.g. accessories not included in out catalog) that do not comply with our standards and for any resulting restrictions of performance and accuracy or consequential damage.

Spare parts Spare parts and wear parts are normally in stock at the factory. This excludes all service special parts that need to be manufactured or procured for this order. This applies in particular to all motors (except our standard morotrs for LEHMANN CNC and LEHMANN ServoPack) and all measuring systems. The ordering party bears the responsibility for all resulting downtime.

Wiring The equipment uses PU cables as standard; this normally ensures thes longest possible service life. However, depending on the cooling lubricant or lubricating oil used, the service life can be shortened significantly. We provide no warranty nor assume any liability for broken cables or malfunctions attributable to hardened or disintegrated cables caused by exposure to such fluids.
