Companies Markem-Imaje acquired Blue Bite LLC, a manufacturer of innovative workflow software solutions for brand owners and product marketers. Bosch Rexroth launched The Rexroth Store, an e-commerce portal that provides easy access to product and account information, CAD files, and the ability to verify system designs with Rexroth product engineers. BluePrint Automation acquired Jongerius Hanco B.V. Fanuc recently produced its 750,000th robot, representing a record high point in the robotics industry. ePac Flexible Packaging entered into a global agreement with Scantrust. Ranpak Holdings Corp. invested in the Pickle Robot Co., a manufacturer of robots designed for automated sorting, loading, and unloading of packaged goods within logistical lines. ABB acquired ASTI Mobile Robotics Group.
Handling up to three 2,500-pound pallets at a time, the LoPro automatically separates the pallets for wrapping. Then the MA-DX’s 28 RPM counter-balanced rotary arm secures the load using Orion’s proven Insta-Thread® film delivery system that maximizes the load stability and containment, all while using the least amount film. Once the load is wrapped, the Lo Pro consolidates the pallets for pickup — knocking loads out quickly and efficiently.
