Tulsa Expo Square Facility Rules to Remember Move-in begins at 2 p.m. CST on Tuesday, July 8. No one will be allowed to unload horses or move into stalls prior to this time.

- All trailers must be parked in the camping area or designated trailer parking areas. - Manure must be dumped in the approved and designated areas. - Ponies are not to be bathed anywhere but the wash rack areas. - Bikes, scooters, golf carts, etc. must be parked on the street or designated parking areas only, not in the entryways to stalling areas or exhibit areas. - No practice cones allowed in the make-up area or holding pens. - All dogs must be on a leash (six foot maximum). Absolutely no dogs are allowed in any of the buildings. - No smoking allowed in any of the barns or buildings. - Stickers on Stalls and Stall Card Holders: The use of stickers on our stalls and stall card holders is prohibited. Please utilize the stall card holders by using a 5”x7” sized card that will easily slide into the card holder to number your stalls. - Horse Stalls: Please help us keep our new stalls looking nice and new by informing your exhibitors that defacing our stalls in any form is prohibited. The most common form of defacement we have seen is screwing through or

2014 POA National Congress stapling into our poly siding. -Stall Electric: Blocking access to, moving from grade level, and covering electric boxes is prohibited by the National Electric Code. Please inform your exhibitors. - Propane, Gas, and Bottled Butane: The use of propane, gas, bottle butane, and any open flames are prohibited in any building/structure on the Fairgrounds. Please inform your exhibitors. - Freight Office: Our freight office hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8:30-11 a.m. and 12:30-4 p.m. Please inform all your exhibitors/venders of the shipping address and how to properly address their package. Yale Construction

Currently, there is a construction project on Yale, which is a main roadway to the Fairgrounds. In an effort to prepare you and your exhibitors, below are few friendly tips and details. Please call us if you would like to discuss in further detail. - The construction is currently taking place between 21st and 31st and is down to just two lanes. - The construction prohibits north bound traffic from making a left turn onto 21st street, so all traffic north bound on Yale wishing to enter the Fairgrounds must go down to 15th street to make a left turn and enter in Gates 7 or 5. - Our recommendation is all traffic from south of 31st access the Fairgrounds from either Harvard or Sheridan, whichever is more convenient, to avoid the construction delays on Yale.

Sportsmanship Policy

Any person acting or inciting or permitting any other to act in a manner contrary to the Rules of the POAC or in a manner deemed unsportsmanlike, improper, unethical, dishonest, intemperate or prejudicial to the best interests of the POAC shall be reported to the POAC and subject to disciplinary procedures.

Important Order of Go Announcements for all Congress Participants

In all classes requiring an order of go or classes having multiple cuts, orders and cuts will be posted no later than the morning of that day’s events. If you miss your turn in the “order of go” or your posted cut without a direct class conflict and without notifying the gate personnel of this conflict, you may not be allowed to participate in that class.

2014 POAC National Congress Official Merchandise

Official National Congress t-shirts will be available at the show from the Tioga Territory vendor booth. Be sure to get your shirts early while supplies last!
