I premi fanno sempre bene, specie se prestigiosi. Azimut Benetti Group arricchisce la sua bacheca.

Doppio successo per Azimut-Benetti all'Asia Boating Awards 2015. Il celebre gruppo nautico ha guadagnato due dei riconoscimenti più prestigiosi con i suoi yacht: l'Azimut Grande 95 RPH si è imposto come “Best Worldwide Production Motor Yacht (25 metri e oltre)”, mentre il Benetti Illusion V ha vinto nella categoria “Best Yacht Design”. Questi premi, assegnati dall'editore delle riviste “Asia Pacific Boating” e “China Boating”, sigillano la leadership della compagnia sul mercato asiatico, nel cui territorio è presente in modo costante da 30 anni. La consegna dei trofei è avvenuta nel corso di un lussuoso gala in occasione della serata inaugurale dell’Hong Kong Gold Coast Boat Show (1 3 Maggio).

Sul 28 metri Azimut Grande 95 RPH, ogni dettaglio è stato studiato per migliorare la funzionalità, nel pieno rispetto dello stile e del family feeling che caratterizza la collezione Grande. A partire dalla separazione tra la zona di pilotaggio e il ponte principale, una modifica che non incide sulla linea esterna dell’imbarcazione, ma ne mantiene intatta l’eleganza, aspetto per il quale la collezione Grande si distingue. Altro importante atout dell’Azimut Grande 95 RPH è l’ampiezza degli spazi esterni. Il layout interno include 4 cabine VIP con bagni privati (cui si aggiunge un bagno per gli ospiti) e può ospitare fino a 10 persone, includendo la suite armatoriale. Questo modello è equipaggiato con due motori MTU 16V2000 M84 che combinati con la carena planante (progettata in collaborazione con l’Ingegner Pierluigi Ausonio di Studio P.l.a.n.a) e lo skeg, offrono un significativo miglioramento della stabilità direzionale, consentendo una velocità massima di 26.5

Illusion V è uno yacht dislocante di 58 metri in acciaio e alluminio, dotato di 4 ponti e costruito presso i cantieri Benetti di Livorno. Lo stile degli esterni e l’arredo sono stati progettati dalla talentuosa coppia Green & Mingarelli che ha collaborato con il team interno di Benetti per creare quello che può essere definito come un capolavoro di design e uno degli yacht più belli realizzati ad oggi dai cantieri Benetti. Su esplicita richiesta dell’armatore, il team ha prestato particolare attenzione al comfort dell’equipaggio dedicandogli ampie aree di lavoro e per lo svago. Progettato per la famiglia in senso ampio, Illusion V è uno yacht perfetto per l’uso charter. Illusion V offre ottime prestazioni, è estremamente stabile e agevole da manovrare. Ha una velocità di crociera di circa 15 nodi e una velocità massima di oltre 16. Ad un’andatura di 12 nodi ha un’autonomia di 5.000 miglia marine. La propulsione è garantita da due motori CAT 3512C. I due generatori CAT C9 di nuova generazione hanno una potenza di 200 Kw ognuno e c’è anche un terzo CAT C4.4 da 82 Kw. Classe ed eleganza, sono queste le salde basi su cui il marchio Azimut - Benetti affonda le proprie radici e qui, nel modello Classic Supreme 132', le manifesta. Una lunghezza di 40,24 metri in lunghezza per 8.28 metri di baglio massimo e uno studio attento dei grandi volumi sia interni sia esterni, che presentano molte caratteristiche innovative: la cabina armatoriale, ad esempio, si caratterizza per il terrazzo esterno estensibile che permette di avere una veranda privata che si affaccia sul mare, mentre a prua sull'upper-deck e sul sun-deck c'è una doppia Jacuzzi. Il sun deck è di ben 100 mq e si divide in quattro zone ottimamente divise, per avere la totale privacy degli ospiti. L'upper-deck esterno ha un tavolo da pranzo che accoglie 12 persone. In questa zona c'è la scala "aerea" con struttura in acciaio e gradini in teak, che rende il ponte molto spazioso e luminoso. Il main deck è arioso e luminoso inondato di luce naturale e grazie alle ampie finestrature. Il lower deck prevede 2 Vip e 2 Twin, tutte over size rispetto alla media degli yachts di eguale metratura, tutte ricche di luce e affacciate sul mare. Questo yacht prevede un equipaggio di 7 persone e la cabina del comandante si trova nell' upperdeck. Con grande soddisfazione Benetti annuncia la vendita della 7^ unità Classic Supreme 132', modello leader nella fascia di mercato fino a 40 metri grazie anche alla collaborazione con il broker Ocean Independence. "Questo contratto firmato è stato il risultato di una collaborazione duratura e positiva con il team di Ocean Independence che ha rappresentato il cliente per questo progetto e che ha saputo interagire in modo estremamente professionale con il team del cantiere" così dichiara Fabio Ermetto, Chief Commercial Officer di Benetti "Tutto questo a conferma del trend di una collaborazione a livello commerciale di Benetti con tutto il network del brokeraggio mondiale e specialmente con le major brokerage houses". Peter Hürzeler, Managing Partner di Ocean Independence aggiunge: "Per questo Cliente di Marc Händle, broker tra i più esperti, il valore e il volume erano in cima alla lista delle priorità. Insieme siamo riusciti a raggiungere il volume richiesto su uno yacht che aveva una lunghezza inferiore se paragonato ai competitor, esattamente all'interno di un range che il Cliente aveva richiesto come misura massima; ed è stata questa combinazione unita alla flessibilità professionale, l'ampia gamma di opzioni e lo stile di Benetti che hanno vinto."

Accadrà dal 25 al 31 maggio, quando si terrà la prima edizione del Montenapoleone Yacht Club, evento organizzato dall’associazione Montenapoleone – ente che cura gli interessi di oltre 115 global luxury brand presenti nel quadrilatero della moda milanese – in partnership con Audi e che porterà i settori della moda, della nautica, dell’alta gioielleria e orologeria a presentarsi insieme per la prima volta. “È una sfida entusiasmante portare il mondo della nautica direttamente nel cuore pulsante di Milano, ma l’idea di creare una sinergia tra aziende leader assolute nel campo della nautica e del fashion ci è apparsa subito come una possibilità concreta per valorizzare l’eccellenza italiana, e non solo, nel settore del lusso”, ha commentato Guglielmo Miani, presidente di Associazione MonteNapoleone. I CANTIERI PRESENTI. Associazione MonteNapoleone è lieta di presentare la prima edizione dell’iniziativa MONTENAPOLEONE YACHT CLUB che si svolgerà dal 25 al 31 Maggio 2015 in collaborazione con la Casa automobilistica Audi, che torna nuovamente nel cuore di Milano, ribadendo così la propria vicinanza a tutti quegli eventi che si contraddistinguono per innovazione, fascino e creatività - valori che fanno parte del DNA della Marca. Un evento unico dove i mondi della moda e del lusso - nautica, alta gioielleria e alta orologeria si presenteranno insieme per la prima volta. I più importanti cantieri nautici e yacht club nazionali e internazionali saranno presenti all’interno delle Boutique del Quadrilatero aderenti all'iniziativa con riproduzioni e fotografie dei loro migliori Advanced Italian Yachts, Azimut Yachts, Baglietto, Benetti, Brenta Design, CRN, Holland Jachtbouw, Lürssen Yachts, Nautor’s Swan, Panerai Classic Yachts Challenge, Perini Navi, Riva, Tenders.Toys, Vitters Shipyard e VSY sono i partner nautici che animeranno Via MonteNapoleone durante la settimana Sempre per la prima volta Associazione MonteNapoleone presenta l’evento Unique durante il quale le più importanti Boutique di gioielli e orologi della Via esporranno alcune tra le loro creazioni più esclusive, pezzi unici provenienti da tutto il mondo. A tal proposito Guglielmo Miani, Presidente di Associazione MonteNapoleone, ha commentato: “È una sfida entusiasmante portare il mondo della nautica direttamente nel cuore pulsante di Milano, ma l’idea di creare una sinergia tra aziende leader assolute nel campo della nautica e del fashion ci è apparsa subito come una possibilità concreta per valorizzare l’eccellenza italiana, e non solo, nel settore del lusso. Da questa idea è nato un format completamente nuovo, volto a rafforzare, per una settimana intera e con il supporto dell’esposizione di pezzi unici della più alta gioielleria e orologeria, la visibilità di cantieri navali, yacht club e prestigiosi studi di design all’interno del Quadrilatero”. L’iniziativa sarà celebrata con due serate speciali: l’Opening del 28 maggio in cui ogni Brand ospiterà, all’interno della Boutique, i propri clienti per un cocktail speciale e il Gala Dinner del 29 maggio riservato solo ad un ristretto numero di invitati. Benetti is one of the top exhibitors at Singapore Yacht Show 2015, the most successful yacht show in the Far East Asia has become strategically important for the superyacht market. As its wealth increases, more High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) decide to invest their time and money purchasing luxury items such as yachts. According to the latest statistics, Asia-Pacific continues to be the driving force behind the growth of HNWIâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s in 2013. At 17.3% Asia has the highest regional growth, for a total of 4.32 million, and reduces their gap to the leading region, North America, to just ten thousand individuals. The combined worth of HNWIâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s in the Asian Pacific in 2013 was the equivalent of 14.2 billion USD (+18.2%).

Based on these trends and the commercial success over the last five years, Benetti has increased their presence in the Far East and Asia Pacific, in order to take advantage of the area’s big potential. Benetti, the first builder in the world for yachts over 24 meters in the last 15 years, has the main Far East office in Hong Kong. Led by Luigi Adamo as General Manager, with Alberto Giannerini as Service Manager and Natalie Ye as Marketing Manager, the office is located in the luxurious Gold Coast Marina. Benetti is confident they will be able to count on a well prepared and competent team to develop their presence in the Regional market, reinforcing their relationships with Owners and their representatives. In the last five years Benetti sold in Asia super yachts for a total of 390 meters: two Delfino 93’ (28m), one Classic 121’ (37m), one Classic Supreme 132’ (40,2m), three Custom of 55m and one Custom of 60m. LIVORNO – Il grande scheletro azzurro dei nuovi maxi-capannoni del cantiere Benetti – due hangar di 35 metri di altezza e dal costo complessivo preventivato di 20 milioni – cresce di giorno in giorno con moto progressivamente accelerato, affacciato su largo Bellavista. Sta diventando il simbolo del successo del marchio più prestigioso del mondo nel comparto dei maxi-yachts: e anche la conferma che il gruppo diretto dall’ingegner Vincenzo Poerio sta spingendo l’acceleratore, in controtendenza con un comparto, quello della nautica italiana, che ancora si lecca le ferite per la crisi epocale che l’ha investito. I due capannoni saranno pronti presumibilmente entro la fine dell’anno: giusto in tempo per accogliere i primi settori prefabbricati della nuova scommessa di Benetti, i mega-yacht da oltre 100 metri si lunghezza che rappresenteranno l’ulteriore salto – in dimensioni ma anche in qualità – del cantiere livornese. Detto fatto: dal 25 al 31 maggio l’Associazione Montenapoleone, presieduta da Guglielmo Miani organizza – in collaborazione con Audi – la prima edizione del Montenapoleone Yacht Club dove moda, alta gioielleria, orologeria e nautica dialogheranno, presentandosi insieme.

Sia chiaro, si tratta di mondi che interagiscono già tra loro e da parecchio tempo, ma vederli affiancati, nella stessa boutique nel cuore di Milano non è comune. Anzi, è proprio la prima volta. Gli abbinamenti sono interessanti e sarà curioso vedere come i modellini delle barche o le gigantografie di yacht in navigazione dialoghino con i pezzi e le collezioni esposti in boutique. Qualche esempio? Louis Vuitton ospiterà Perini Navi, il cantiere numero uno al mondo nella costruzione delle grandi navi a vela che, per l’occasione, esporrà il modellino (scala 1:50) di Sybaris, un due alberi a vela di 70 metri che il giorno del suo varo, previsto nel 2016, inaugurerà un nuovo, rivoluzionario e iper tecnologico concetto di “superyacht”, spazzando via tutti i precedenti. Sempre restando nella vela, anche Ferragamo (29 maggio) farà spazio nella sua boutique a foto e modellini dei bellissimi Swan, i “sailing yacht” per eccellenza, il cui cantiere (di proprietà di Leonardo Ferragamo) nel 2016 festeggerà 50 anni di vita e di successi. Partecipano all’iniziativa anche Brenta Design (con Buccellati), uno degli studi di progettazione più creativi e conosciuti a livello internazionale, Officine Panerai che promuove il circuito per barche d’epoca di cui è main sponsor dal 2005 e, ancora, il pluripremiato AIY (con Fedeli). Per lo yachting a motore c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta: da Riva e CRN (entrambi gruppo Ferretti), rispettivamente con Vhernier e Larusmiani, al gruppo Azimut Benetti, primo produttore mondiale di yacht e megayacht: i lussuosi Benetti troveranno spazio accanto alle fantasiose e sofisticate collezioni di tessuti, abiti e accessori di Etro, mentre le imbarcazioni Azimut si affiancheranno ai preziosi di Damiani, Maison icona della gioielleria italiana. «Aderire a questa iniziativa è stato, come è facile comprendere, un passo naturale. Ci è sembrata una perfetta opportunità per valorizzare e, se possibile, amplificare la visibilità di brand apprezzati nel mondo. E chissà che questa temporanea unione possa dar vita, in futuro, a partnership durature e di successo», ha detto a proposito dell’iniziativa Giovanna Vitelli, della famiglia proprietaria del Gruppo Azimut Benetti e membro del Consiglio di Amministrazione. By Gemma Fottles The Italian brand Benetti has announced a new 5 year yacht full care programme. Named Dedicato, the programme offers Benetti owners technical assistance, maintenance, administration and crewing services at a fixed yearly rate.

Using a specialised team working with various experts, Benetti aims to offer owners the opportunity to optimise the value of their asset and dedicate their time on board to the pleasure synonymous with the yachting lifestyle. Benetti Dedicato also includes yacht management, the extension of contractual warranty to 5 years as well as the extension of the yacht’s warranty for the duration of the service. Furthermore, yachts will be recommissioned at the end of the period to maximise its residual value and protect the initial investment

With one hull already launched, the Sanlorenzo Alessandro Gallifuoco, Quality and After Sales Manager at Benetti comments, “Dedicato is a true innovation in the yachting industry, ensuring Owners have the shipyard at their side 24/7 during the yacht operation, for a 5year period and for a pre-agreed fee. It will be offered to Benetti Owners during the construction period. With a much broader scope, Dedicato does not replace the existing yacht management services already available on the market.”

By Gemma Fottles Pictured here is the latest photograph of the 63 metre superyacht project from the Italian shipyard Benetti. Constructed with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, she has a Gross Tonnage of 1,150 and is Lloyd’s Registered.

Superyacht 'Illusion V' Wins Asia Boating Award The 58m/190ft superyacht 'Illusion V' took home the Baccarat crystal trophy for 'Best Yacht Design' at the 11th edition of the Asia Boating Awards. The Asia Boating Awards was organised by the Asia-Pacific Boating and China Boating magazines to acknowledge the best of the maritime industry across 21 categories. They took place on the on the opening night of the Hong Kong Gold Coast Boat Show (May 1-3) to an audience of nearly 200 industry professionals and VIP guests. Delivered last year by Benetti, motor yacht Illusion V was carefully selected as winner of the design award on behalf of her originality, functionality, layout and overall effectiveness. Commenting at the ceremony, Editor-in-Chief of Asia-Pacific Boating magazine Glen Watson said, "Congratulations to this year's Asia-Boating Awards winners and nominees. These are the brands, builders, yacht clubs, marinas, companies and people who are working so hard to keep up with the rapidly growing popularity of boating in the region.”

Megayacht owners sometimes have one company for yacht management, another for insurance, still another for crew hiring. Benetti (http://www.benettiyachts.it) wants to be a one-stop-shopping solution for these and other issues. That’s the reasoning behind the creation of Dedicato. Dedicato (“dedicated” in Italian) brings together Benetti staff for maintenance and other technical assistance along with specialists in some of the above-named industries. It’s a five-year program (shorter terms are not permitted), being offered to clients during the construction stage. To be clear, Benetti says that Dedicato is not intended to replace existing yacht-management services provided by other companies. Alessandro Gallifuoco, Benetti’s quality and after-sales manager, says it has “a much broader scope,” and that Dedicato will ensure “owners have the shipyard at their sice 24/7 during the yacht operation.” Dedicato provides: yacht management maintenance, including scheduled maintenance and unexpected breakdowns warranty extension, to five years crew hiring, plus overseeing salaries, insurance, and related matters yacht insurance At the end of the five years under Dedicato, a Benetiti yacht is then re-detailed. This is intended to provide owners with good resale value and of course bolster Benetti’s reputation.
