A marca italiana Benetti lançou recentemente seu mais novo iate, o FB 700 de 45 metros, nomeado de Domani, construído sob encomenda para um cliente da América Central. O proprietário colaborou com o estaleiro na criação do seu quarto modelo da marca. Com exterior assinado pela equipe Benetti, o modelo possui a assinatura do designer Carlo Galeazzi nos espaços interiores, com destaque para o uso eficiente deles. O sky lounge no deque superior com vista para a área ao ar livre através de uma ampla porta de vidro cria um efeito especial, unindo o interior ao exterior. A embarcação conta, também, com uma agradável área de refeições.

The third and last stage of the project “Azimut Benetti Yachtmaster Superyachting On A Global Scale” was successfully held in Miami, keeping the yacht commander's community in constant touch throughout the year Two days in Miami Beach brought the 16th edition of the annual event, dedicated by Azimut Benetti to the captains, surveyors, owner's representatives and sponsors of their megayacht fleet, to a successful close. Following Hong Kong in November 2015 and in Italy this last February, the third and final stage brought the principle events of the Azimut Benetti Yachtmaster Superyachting On A Global Scale project to a close, even though the community involved will remain in constant touch throughout the year through workshops and other minor events that will be held off-season from September to May to guarantee continuity, together with technical sessions and in-yard meetings.

The first day was centered on partners and sponsors taking part in an enjoyable speed-dating encounter, where they had the possibility to meet and greet the participants before introducing their company and services oered. Again, the workshops were pertinant and interesting, cornerstones of the Yachtmaster spirit, an important moment where experience and knowledge were exchanged. Harald van Exem, director of Yacht Services Worldwide at Fraser Yachts illustrated the complex world of maritime insurance, helping discover added value present in insurance packages. This was followed by an important overview and breakdown of reading yacht certificates from Clive McCartney, Senior Manager Yacht Services at Fraser Yachts. Alessandro Gallifuoco, Benetti Quality and After Sales Manager, took us through the challenges for captains when dealing with crew and personnel management.

The external design of the four-decked steel and aluminum yacht, is the result of Benetti’s in-house design team, also appointed along with Carlo Galeazzi to design the interior layout with considerable input from the owner and his design team. The efficient use of space is one of the peculiarities of this below 500 GT full displacement yacht. The sky lounge on the upper deck overlooks the outdoor area through a huge glass door at full height and full width (about 8 metres) creating a unique indoor-outdoor effect. Italian yacht manufacturer Benetti launched the Crystal 140’ M/Y EQUUS for her European owner on March 15.

The Crystal 140' represents the benchmark for semi-custom yachts in the range. First introduced in 2011 to satisfy the needs of diversified clientele for spacious above and below decks areas, the 140' has since sold six units. EQUUS was purchased by an experienced owner, new to Benetti, who was looking for a model that would bring together family and friends without being excessively large. With the Crystal 140', he found the ideal size. Contemporary interiors were designed by François Zuretti and the Benetti in-house design team in collaboration with the owner's designer, Polly Sturgess' POD Interior Style studio, who personally created the decorative detailing.

The living area's decorative panels imitate zebra skins, while all the door and cupboard handles are in dark woven leather. EQUUS was designed for the owner's private use and his desire to have the yacht dedicated to hosting his family and friends. The most important feature is the spacious sun deck that includes a large zone towards the stern with settees and lounge chairs, while the Jacuzzi has been moved forward. The same deck hosts a TV screen for guest entertainment. The interior dining area is on the upper deck and features a special table personalised by the owner, an admirer of ebony artwork. The main deck is characterised by a large living area without tables. The owner's apartment is forward and includes a study, walk-in closet, bathroom suite and bedroom with a 180-degree panorama of the sea.

The Miami stage of the 16th edition Azimut | Benetti YachtMaster was dedicated to captains, surveyors, owner's representatives and sponsors of the Group’s megayacht fleet.

Following a Hong Kong event in November 2015 and an Italy event in February, the third and final stage brought the principle events of the project to a close. The project’s main objective is to keep the Azimut and Benetti communities in constant communication throughout the year with workshops, technical sessions and in-yard meetings. The first day of the Miami event allowed partners and sponsors the chance to speak before introducing their company and services offered to guests on the second day. Director of Yacht Services Worldwide at Fraser Yachts Harald van Exem illustrated the complex world of maritime insurance during the second day, helping attendees learn the added value present in insurance packages. O estaleiro italiano Benetti entregou o casco número 06 (BY006) da linha Crystal 140. “Equus” é um iate refinado com o interior todo feito sob o tema África, que reflete a paixão do proprietário europeu pelo continente e principalmente pelo polo (esporte a cavalo). O designer Polly Sturgess desenvolveu o interior personalizado que inclui até uma parede que imita a pele da zebra, um pedido inusitado do proprietário. O design interior lembra uma atmosfera colonial e evoca a paixão da família pelo mais glamoroso esporte do mundo, conhecido como o “esporte dos reis”. No lado técnico, “Equus” é alimentado por motores MTU 1,800kw atingindo uma velocidade máxima de 15,5 nós e cruzeiro de 14 nós, alcançando 4.400 milhas náuticas a 11 nós. Projetado para uso privado ele tem um deck espaçoso, que inclui uma zona grande na popa com sofás e cadeiras, enquanto a jacuzzi foi posicionada mais a frente. O deck principal ainda tem uma TV grande para o entretenimento dos hóspedes. O convés principal é caracterizado por uma ampla sala de estar, sem mesas. DOMANI LAUNCHED FOR 4-TIME BENETTI BUYER
There are loyal customers, and then there are really loyal customers. You can’t get much more loyal than the owner of Domani. This is th e fourth megayacht he’s commissioned in about 20 years from Benetti.
This same buyer has stepped up in size over the years, too. For example, 11 years ago, he took delivery of a Benetti Classic 115. A Bene tti Classic 121 followed in 2011. All of the yachts have been christened Domani as well.
The new Domani is 148 feet (45 meters) LOA. She’s a custom project, with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure. (You might recall th at Benetti has all-composite yachts in the same size range. Those are part of its semi-custom offerings.) The build time was shorter than usual, despite her being custom, since the yard based her on an existing technical platform. Benetti has not revealed how much time was

Unfortunately, Benetti is keeping most details about Domani close to the vest for now. These include the interior configuration and decor highlights. We do know that the master suite aboard Domani has a fold-down balcony. There’s also a skylounge with full-beam (nearly 26 feet, or 8 meters) sliding-glass doors, for an indoor-outdoor effect.
Domani bears styling by Benetti’s own design department. That same department joined forces with Carlo Galeazzi for the general arran gement. Of course, the owner made special requests; he further brought his own design team into the equation.

Some superyacht watchers simply don’t believe a semi-custom yacht can truly be personalized. They also argue not much can be done i n certain “small” LOAs. They may change their minds if they take a tour of Lady M. The seventh Crystal 140 megayacht from Benetti, the 138-footer (42-meter) is every bit her owners’ home at sea, meant for making the most of family time.
Throughout Lady M, the ambiance is warm and welcoming. It’s particularly easy to see the family getting together here in the skylounge. I f this seating arrangement (with an extra dining area fully aft) doesn’t encourage togetherness, nothing does. Rich wenge wood underfoot and bright punches of color from fabrics underscore the atmosphere.

Spending time aboard a superyacht is often likened to living like a king. And some guests aboard Lady M are indeed treated like kings— with two king-size staterooms. The beds’ bigger size does leave a little less floorspace. But, the rooms by no means look or feel uncomfo rtable or cramped.
Speaking of comfort, obviously the owners of Lady M gave careful consideration to their own suite, on the main deck. Look carefully at th e wenge wood underfoot. It runs athwarthships, rather than the length of the room, to accentuate the 29’7” (9.05-meter) beam. Lounges f or lingering and enjoying the view are positioned in front of the stacked, large ports to each side. The forward raked ports rimming the roo m spill a little extra natural light down over the wife’s vanity (cleverly hidden, designated by the chair seen in this photo). And, to accomm odate the long dresses the wife enjoys wearing, the wardrobe, tucked aft of the sleeping space, has abundant hanging space.
Further featuring crew’s quarters all with en suite facilities and with woods and carpeting akin to guest areas, Lady M makes a compelling argument for semi-custom’s strengths. If any non-believers still remain after reviewing her personalized touches, they can get aboard Lad y M in a few months. She’ll make her debut at the annual Yacht & Brokerage Show in Miami in February.

Launched in the presence of her owner and friends March 15th, the Crystal 140' represents the benchmark for semi-custom yachts in the Class range, a gamma with an incredible success in recent years. First introduced in 2011 to satisfy the needs of diversified clientele for spacious above and below decks areas, this innovative 140' shuttle has since sold an incredible six units. The BY006 Crystal 140' EQUUS was purchased by an experienced owner, new to Benetti, who has always admired the yard's yachts and was looking for a model that would bring together family and friends without being excessively large. With the Crystal 140', he found the ideal size. The living area's decorative panels imitate zebra skins, while all the door and cupboard handles are in dark woven leather. The BY006 Crystal 140' EQUUS was designed for the owner's private use and his desire to have the yacht dedicated to hosting his family and friends. The most important is the spacious sun-deck that includes a large zone towards the stern with settees and lounge chairs, while the Jacuzzi has been moved forward. The same deck hosts a TV screen for guest entertainment.

BY006 Crystal 140 M/Y Equus è stato acquistato da un esperto armatore, ma nuovo cliente Benetti, che ha da sempre ammirato le imbarcazioni Benetti e che cercava un modello che fosse in grado di riunire famiglia e amici, senza essere eccessivamente grande, trovando nel Crystal 140’ le proporzioni ideali. Gli interni, dai tratti contemporanei, riprendono il design originario, firmato da François Zuretti e sono stati curati dal

Benetti è ancora una volta lieta di annunciare il varo del Crystal 140 BY006 M/Y EQUUSdi proprietà di un armatore europeo. Lo stile, in particolare, ci riporta a un’atmosfera “coloniale” e a un mood africano, essendo la famiglia dell’armatore appassionata di questo affascinante continente oltre che di uno degli sport più eleganti al mondo, il polo, conosciuto anche come lo “sport dei Re”. Nell’area living si trovano delle pannellature decorative che imitano la pelle delle zebre, così come tutte le maniglie delle porte e degli sportelli sono di pelle intrecciata scura. In questi, siamo stati molto fortunati nell’avere avuto al nostro fianco ospiti di livello e realtà come Fraser Yachts che hanno dato un contributo di qualità. Il successo ottenuto in questa edizione rafforza ovviamente la nostra volontà di trasformare questo Yacht Master Worldwide in una tradizione consolidata, e siamo già al lavoro per il prossimo anno!”. Gli interni, dai tratti contemporanei, riprendono il design originario, firmato da François Zuretti e sono stati curati dal team di architetti del Cantiere in collaborazione con il designer del Cliente, lo studio POD Interior Style di Polly Sturgess, che si è dedicata alla personalizzazione dell’imbarcazione con dettagli decorativi. Lo stile, in particolare, ci riporta a un’atmosfera “coloniale” e a un mood africano, essendo la famiglia dell’armatore appassionata di questo affascinante continente oltre che di uno degli sport più eleganti al mondo, il polo, conosciuto anche come lo “sport dei Re”.

Nell’area living si trovano delle pannellature decorative che imitano la pelle delle zebre, così come tutte le maniglie delle porte e degli sportelli sono di pelle intrecciata scura.

BY006 Crystal 140’ M/Y EQUUS sarà destinata a un uso privato dell’armatore che ha voluto dedicare molte aree alla convivialità per la famiglia e gli amici. Prima fra tutte lo spazioso sun-deck su cui è stata creata una grande area con divani e sedute a poppa, mentre la Jacuzzi è stata spostata a prua. Su questo ponte si trova anche uno schermo TV per intrattenere gli ospiti.

Titoli La sala da pranzo interna si trova sull’upper deck ed ha la particolarità di avere un tavolo da pranzo con il top direttamente personalizzato dall’armatore, grande appassionato di ebanistica. Il mail deck, invece non prevede tavoli, ma offre un’unica grande area salotto. Su questo ponte, a prua, c’è anche l’appartamento dell’armatore, composto da studio, cabina armadio, suite da bagno e camera da letto che beneficia di una vista panoramica sul mare a 180 gradi. Fabio Ermetto CCO Benetti: “Questo varo segna una ulteriore conferma del successo del modello semi-custom Crystal 140’, sicuramente lo yacht più voluminoso della sua categoria. La terza e ultima tappa – dopo Hong Kong a novembre 2015 e in Italia lo scorso febbraio 2016 – ha rappresentato la conclusione delle manifestazioni principali dell’Azimut Benetti YachtMaster Superyachting On A Global Scale, anche se questa comunità rimarrà in comunicazione costante per tutto l’anno attraverso workshop ed eventi minori che si terranno fuori stagione da settembre a maggio per garantire la continuità, insieme alle sessioni tecniche e a incontri presso il cantiere. La prima giornata ha visto i partner e gli sponsor dell'evento partecipare a un divertente “speed dating” in cui hanno avuto la possibilità di incontrare e salutare i partecipanti prima di introdurre l'azienda e i loro servizi. Attuali e interessanti i consueti workshop, fulcro dello spirito dello Yacht Master, in quanto importante momento di confronto di esperienze e di trasferimento di competenze.
Alessandro Gallifuoco, Quality and After Sales Manager Benetti, ha invece illustrato le sfide che un comandante deve affrontare nella gestione dell’equipaggio.

Due giornate a Miami Beach per chiudere in bellezza l’annuale evento – al 16° anno consecutivo – che Azimut|Benetti dedica ai comandanti della sua flotta di megayacht, surveyor, rappresentanti armatori, oltre agli sponsor.
Harald van Exem, direttore Yacht Services Worldwide di Fraser Yachts ha illustrato il complesso mondo delle assicurazioni marittime, aiutando a trovare il valore aggiunto all’interno di pacchetti assicurativi. Questo è stato seguito da una importante panoramica e analisi su come leggere i certificati degli yacht da Clive McCartney, Senior Manager Yacht Services a Fraser Yachts.

Nell’area living si trovano delle pannellature decorative che imitano la pelle delle zebre, così come tutte le maniglie delle porte e degli sportelli sono di pelle intrecciata scura. BY006 Crystal 140’ M/Y EQUUS sarà destinata a un uso privato dell’armatore che ha voluto dedicare molte aree alla convivialità per la famiglia e gli amici. Prima fra tutte lo spazioso sun-deck su cui è stata creata una grande area con divani e sedute a poppa, mentre la Jacuzzi è stata spostata a prua. Su questo ponte si trova anche uno schermo TV per intrattenere gli ospiti. La sala da pranzo interna si trova sull’upper deck ed ha la particolarità di avere un tavolo da pranzo con il top direttamente personalizzato dall’armatore, grande appassionato di ebanistica. Il mail deck, invece non prevede tavoli, ma offre un’unica grande area salotto. Su questo ponte, a prua, c’è anche l’appartamento dell’armatore, composto da studio, cabina armadio, suite da bagno e camera da letto che beneficia di una vista panoramica sul mare a 180 gradi. Due giornate a Miami Beach per chiudere in bellezza l’annuale evento – al 16° anno consecutivo – che Azimut|Benetti dedica ai comandanti della sua flotta di megayacht, surveyor, rappresentanti armatori, oltre agli sponsor. La terza e ultima tappa – dopo Hong Kong a novembre 2015 e in Italia lo scorso febbraio 2016 – ha rappresentato la conclusione delle manifestazioni principali dell’Azimut Benetti YachtMaster Superyachting On A Global Scale, anche se questa comunità rimarrà in comunicazione costante per tutto l’anno attraverso workshop ed eventi minori che si terranno fuori stagione da settembre a maggio per garantire la continuità, insieme alle sessioni tecniche e a incontri presso il cantiere. La prima giornata ha visto i partner e gli sponsor dell'evento partecipare a un divertente “speed dating” in cui hanno avuto la possibilità di incontrare e salutare i partecipanti prima di introdurre l'azienda e i loro servizi. Attuali e interessanti i consueti workshop, fulcro dello spirito dello Yacht Master, in quanto importante momento di confronto di esperienze e di trasferimento di competenze. Alessandro Gallifuoco, Quality and After Sales Manager Benetti, ha invece illustrato le sfide che un comandante deve affrontare nella gestione dell’equipaggio. Ches King, Business Development Manager di Rina, ha concluso la giornata di lavoro con una interessante panoramica sulle prossime normative in materia di tutela ambientale nel settore. Molto soddisfatto Alessandro Gallifuoco, per i continui feedback positivi che ha ricevuto il team: “Lo Yacht Master si è concluso con un successo al di là di ogni aspettativa. Abbiamo visto grande entusiasmo sia da parte degli sponsor sia da parte degli ospiti, che fossero comandanti, surveyor o altri professionisti del settore, testimoniato anche dalla partecipazione molto attiva durante i workshop. The third and last stage of the project “Azimut Benetti Yachtmaster Superyachting On A Global Scale” was successfully held in Miami, keeping the yacht commander's community in constant touch throughout the year Two days in Miami Beach brought the 16th edition of the annual event, dedicated by Azimut Benetti to the captains, surveyors, owner's representatives and sponsors of their megayacht fleet, to a successful close. Following Hong Kong in November 2015 and in Italy this last February, the third and final stage brought the principle events of the Azimut Benetti Yachtmaster Superyachting On A Global Scale project to a close, even though the community involved will remain in constant touch throughout the year through workshops and other minor events that will be held off-season from September to May to guarantee continuity, together with technical sessions and in-yard meetings. The first day was centered on partners and sponsors taking part in an enjoyable speed-dating encounter, where they had the possibility to meet and greet the participants before introducing their company and services offered. Yachtmaster spirit, an important moment where experience and knowledge were exchanged. Harald van Exem, director of Yacht Services Worldwide at Fraser Yachts illustrated the complex world of maritime insurance, helping discover added value present in insurance packages. This was followed by an important overview and breakdown of reading yacht certificates from Clive McCartney, Senior Manager Yacht Services at Fraser Yachts. Alessandro Gallifuoco, Benetti Quality and After Sales Manager, took us through the challenges for captains when dealing with crew and personnel management. Ches King, Rina Business Development Manager, ended the day with an interesting panorama covering the coming regulations regarding environmental protection. Alessandro Gallifuoco was very satisfied with the continuous positive feedback that the team received: “Yachtmaster ended with a success well beyond our expectations. We witnessed great enthusiasm from both the sponsors and the guests, including captains, surveyors and other members of this sector, as their very active participation in the workshops demonstrated. Here we were very lucky to have at our side guests at the level of Fraser Yachts who contributed highly in quality. Il Crystal 140’ è oggi un modello di riferimento tra i semi custom della gamma Class di Benetti. Una navetta che in meno di 140 piedi offre grandi spazi sopra e sotto coperta. Dal 2011, data dell’ingresso nel mercato di questo yacht, sono state vendute sei unità (e il settimo è previsto a fine anno). Gli interni di Equus, dai tratti contemporanei, sono stati curati dal team di architetti del cantiere in collaborazione con il designer del cliente, lo studio POD Interior Style di Polly Sturgess, che si è dedicato alla personalizzazione dell’imbarcazione con dettagli decorativi. Lo stile, in particolare, ci riporta a un’atmosfera “coloniale” e a un mood africano.

Molte le aree dedicate alla convivialità. Prima fra tutte lo spazioso sun-deck su cui è stata creata una grande area con divani e sedute a poppa, mentre la vasca idromassaggio è stata spostata a prua. La sala da pranzo interna è nell’upper deck e ha la particolarità di avere un tavolo con top direttamente personalizzato dall’armatore, grande appassionato di ebanistica. Niente tavoli sul main deck, ma un’unica grande area salotto. Su questo ponte, a prua, c’è anche l’appartamento dell’armatore, composto da studio, cabina armadio, suite da bagno e camera da letto che beneficia di una vista panoramica sul mare a 180 gradi.

Dal 2011, data che segna l’ingresso nel mercato di questa innovativa navetta – che in meno di 140 piedi o[re grandi spazi sopra e sotto coperta riuscendo ad andare in contro alle esigenze di una diversi\cata clientela – sono state vendute ben sei unità BY006 Crystal 140 M/Y EQUUS è stato acquistato da un esperto armatore, ma nuovo cliente Benetti, che ha da sempre ammirato le imbarcazioni Benetti e che cercava un modello che fosse in grado di riunire famiglia e amici, senza essere eccessivamente grande, trovando nel Crystal 140’ le proporzioni ideali.

Gli interni, dai tratti contemporanei, riprendono il design originario, \rmato da François Zuretti e sono stati curati dal team di architetti del Cantiere in collaborazione con il designer del Cliente, lo studio POD Interior Style di Polly Sturgess, che si è dedicata alla personalizzazione dell’imbarcazione con dettagli decorativi. Lo stile, in particolare, ci riporta a un’atmosfera “coloniale” e a un mood africano, essendo la famiglia dell’armatore appassionata di questo a[ascinante continente oltre che di uno degli sport più eleganti al mondo, il polo, conosciuto anche come lo “sport dei Re”. Nell’area living si trovano delle pannellature decorative che imitano la pelle delle zebre, così come tutte le maniglie delle porte e degli sportelli sono di pelle intrecciata scura.

Prima fra tutte lo spazioso sun-deck su cui è stata creata una grande area con divani e sedute a poppa, mentre la Jacuzzi è stata spostata a prua. Su questo ponte si trova anche uno schermo TV per intrattenere gli ospiti. La sala da pranzo interna si trova sull’upper deck ed ha la particolarità di avere un tavolo da pranzo con il top direttamente personalizzato dall’armatore, grande appassionato di ebanistica. Il mail deck, invece non prevede tavoli, ma o[re un’unica grande area salotto. Due giornate a Miami Beach per chiudere in bellezza l’annuale evento – al 16° anno consecutivo – che Azimut|Benetti dedica ai comandanti della sua Sotta di megayacht, surveyor, rappresentanti armatori, oltre agli sponsor. La terza e ultima tappa – dopo Hong Kong a novembre 2015 e in Italia lo scorso febbraio 2016 – ha rappresentato la conclusione delle manifestazioni principali dell’Azimut Benetti YachtMaster Superyachting On A Global Scale, anche se questa comunità rimarrà in comunicazione costante per tutto l’anno attraverso workshop ed eventi minori che si terranno fuori stagione da settembre a maggio per garantire la continuità, insieme alle sessioni tecniche e a incontri presso il cantiere. La prima giornata ha visto i partner e gli sponsor dell’evento partecipare a un divertente “speed dating” in cui hanno avuto la possibilità di incontrare e salutare i partecipanti prima di introdurre l’azienda e i loro servizi. Attuali e interessanti i consueti workshop, fulcro dello spirito dello Yacht Master, in quanto importante momento di confronto di esperienze e di trasferimento di competenze. Harald van Exem, direttore Yacht Services Worldwide di Fraser Yachts ha illustrato il complesso mondo delle assicurazioni marittime, aiutando a trovare il valore aggiunto all’interno di pacchetti assicurativi. Questo è stato seguito da una importante panoramica e analisi su come leggere i certifcati degli yacht da Clive McCartney, Senior Manager Yacht Services a Fraser Yachts.

Alessandro Gallifuoco, Quality and After Sales Manager Benetti, ha invece illustrato le sfde che un comandante deve agrontare nella gestione dell’equipaggio. Ches King, Business Development Manager di Rina, ha concluso la giornata di lavoro con una interessante panoramica sulle prossime normative in materia di tutela ambientale nel settore. Molto soddisfatto Alessandro Gallifuoco, per i continui feedback positivi che ha ricevuto il team: “Lo Yacht Master si è concluso con un successo al di là di ogni aspettativa. Abbiamo visto grande entusiasmo sia da parte degli sponsor sia da parte degli ospiti, che fossero comandanti, surveyor o altri professionisti del settore, testimoniato anche dalla partecipazione molto attiva durante i workshop. In questi, siamo stati molto fortunati nell’avere avuto al nostro fanco ospiti di livello e realtà come Fraser Yachts che hanno dato un contributo di qualità. Il successo ottenuto in questa edizione ragorza ovviamente la nostra volontà di trasformare questo Yacht Master Worldwide in una tradizione consolidata, e siamo già al lavoro per il prossimo anno!”. displacement yacht hull number FB701, named M/Y Domani. FB701 M/Y Domani, build at the Viareggio Benetti shipyard, will be delivered in June 2016 to a long standing client, at his fourth Benetti yacht. Client is an expert sailor who loves cruising with his family around the world. His experience along with to Benetti’s professionalism allowed to build an exceptional superyacht suitable for an intensive use. The collaboration started from the first sketches of the project until the launch. The magnificent yacht was launched in the Benetti historical site – Livorno, actives for over 143 years – with a slide method “sleep-way”. The external design of this four decked steel and aluminum yacht, is the beautiful result of Benetti in-house design team – also appointed along with Carlo Galeazzi to design the interior layout with considerable input from the Owner and his design team. The efficient use of space is one of the peculiarities of this below 500 GT full displacement yacht. This unit construction is based on the technical platform FB700 so to allow reduced delivery time. Special features of FB701 M/Y Domani is her design that provides a sensation of luminosity and space with particular areas including the Owner’s cabin balcony. The sky lounge on the upper deck overlooks the outdoor area through a huge glass door at full height and full width (about 8 meters) creating a unique indoor-outdoor effect. The dining area becomes a pleasant “al-fresco” place. Preciousness of materials – expertly processed by Benetti craftsmen – characterize the interiors of FB701 M/Y Domani. Benetti will unveil further details about this yacht later this year.

New 45m Benetti superyacht Domani images After the first launch announcement of Benetti’s first FB 700 45 metre superyacht, Domani, last week, comes new details and images of the unveiling of this custom yacht built for a repeat Central American client. The owner collaborated closely with the yard in creating his fourth Benetti superyacht.

Benetti launches sixth Crystal 140 superyacht Built for an experienced first-time Benetti owner, the sixth Benetti Crystal 140 superyacht was christened Equus during her recent launch. Benetti reports that hull number seven of the series is currently under construction and is expected to launch in December 2016.
The yacht has been designed for the owner’s private use, and features accordingly spacious exterior deck spaces. The most important is the spacious sun-deck that includes a large zone towards the stern with settees and lounge chairs, while the Jacuzzi has been moved forward. The same deck hosts a TV screen for guest entertainment. Contemporary interiors recreating her original design by François Zuretti were created by the Benetti in house design team in collaboration with the owner’s designer, Polly Sturgess’ POD Interior Style studio, who personally created the decorative detailing. It recalls a colonial atmosphere with an African mood, in reference to the family's passion for the African continent and polo, one of the world's most glamorous sports, also known as “the sport of the Kings”.

Sixth Benetti Vivace 125’ superyacht sold Arcon Yachts has announced that they have signed a new contract for the build of a new Benetti Vivace 125 superyacht. Measuring 38.1 metres, she is the sixth hull in the Italian shipyard’s range, with the first, Iron Man, making her debut at the Yachting Festival de Festival 2015. Arcon Yachts will act as project manager throughout her build.
The standard Vivace 125 layout accommodates up to 10 guests over several wellappointed cabins, including a full beam owner’s suite located forward on the main deck. A crew of eight are also accommodated for on board. She is equipped with an innovative series of azipod transmissions designed by RollsRoyce for Benetti, called carbon Azipull 65C pods. The yacht features a displacement planing hull, called D2P, equipped with wave piercer. The hull was specifically designed for the Rolls-Royce propulsion pod, by optimising the stern tunnel thrusters. The D2P hull enables the Fast Displacement series to reach higher speeds, or to cruise in displacement mode at an economical speed with a greater range.

Another successful edition of 16th Azimut Benetti Yachtmaster The Miami leg of the 16th Azimut Benetti Yachtmaster drew to a close yesterday in Florida, marking another successful edition of the event. Hosted at the Eden Roc hotel in the heart of Miami Beach from 6th to 7th April, guests enjoyed a full day of workshops regarding some of the most important issues facing superyacht captains and owner’s representative in the industry today.
The first day saw event partners and sponsors AWLGrip, Boero YachtCoatings, Jotun, Peninsula Petroleum, Peters&May Superyachts, Team Italia, Versilia Marine Service, Viraver, Butch Kemp Designs, Fraser Yachts, SLAM, Refit 3 Yacht Refit Service and Naiad Dynamics, take part in a fun speed dating exercise, in which the partners were given the opportunity to meet and greet participants before introducing the company and services. Harald van Exem, Director Yacht Services Worldwide at Fraser Yachts then kicked o a series of workshops with a presentation regarding the complexities of marine insurance and finding the added value in insurance packages. Benetti Launches the BY006 Crystal 140’ Benetti has announced the launch of the Crystal 140 BY006 M/Y EQUUS for a European owner. Launched in the presence of her owner and friends March 15th, the Crystal 140′ represents the benchmark for semi-custom yachts in the Class range, a gamma with an incredible success in recent years. First introduced in 2011 to satisfy the needs of diversified clientele for spacious above and below decks areas, this innovative 140′ shuttle has since sold an incredible six units.The BY006 Crystal 140′ EQUUS was purchased by an experienced owner, new to Benetti, who has always admired the yard’s yachts and was looking for a model that would bring together family and friends without being excessively large. Contemporary interiors recreating her original design by FrançoisZuretti were created by the Benetti in house design team in collaboration with the owner’s designer, Polly Sturgess’ POD Interior Style studio, who personally created the decorative detailing. It recalls a colonial atmosphere with an African mood, in reference to the family’s passion for the African continent and polo. Fabio Ermetto, Benetti CCO: “Her launch once again confirms the success of the semi-custom Crystal 140′ model, surely the most spacious yacht in her category. This strong point, coupled with timeless design and a quality and level of comfort unique for her category, are the perfect mix for this design. And thanks to our order backlog we are able to offer exceptionally rapid delivery times using our “on-spec”system. Hull number seven, to be delivered in December 2016, is an example of this rare opportunity.”

Benetti Announces Sale of Sixth Vivace 125’ The commercial success of Class FastDisplacement design continues as Benetti has announced the new sale of the sixth unit (hull BF106) of Vivace 125’, to be delivered in 2017. This new contract wasdeveloped with the collaboration and support of Broker Konstantin Kolpakov of ARCON Yachts.Benetti Class Vivace 125’ is a composite construction yacht to be built at the Viareggio shipyard; it is a 38.10m by 8.23m semi-wide body with three decks plus sun deck. Stefano Righini has designed this yacht with a sporty exterior employing generous amounts of horizontal windows to accentuate the sleeklines; its hallmark is a large central design element at the sides enclosing the upper deck stair.The interior layout is articulated in 4 suites for 8 guests and the owner’s apartments forward on the main deck,at full beam. The captain plus a crew of 6 is available to see to all the guest’s needs. Vivace 125′ is equipped with D2P_Displacement Planing hull with wave piercer and a unique pod propulsion system enableingtheVivace125’ Fast Displacement series to reach higher speeds without engine strain, or to cruise in displacement mode at an economical speed with a much greater range notwithstanding the limited draft.

Benetti объявляет о спуске на воду новой построенной по индивидуальному проекту 45-метровой водоизмещающей суперъяхты Domani, корпус номер FB701. Судно будет передана владельцу, давнему клиенту верфи, в июне 2016 года. Для него это уже четвертая яхта Benetti.

Экстерьер этой четырехпалубной суперъяхты создан инженерами Benetti. Интерьером занимался Карло Галеацци вместе с владельцем и его командой дизайнеров. Эффективное использование пространства – одна из главных особенностей этой яхты с валовым тоннажем менее 500 тонн. Судно построено с использованием технической платформы FB700, таким образом удалось значительно сократить срок реализации проекта.
Domani отличается воздушным интерьером. Он светлый и просторный. В мастер-суите предусмотрен откидной балкон. Панорамный лаундж на верхней палубе имеет отличный обзор благодаря в том числе стеклянной двери во всю ширину корпуса (почти 8 м). Benetti раскроет другие подробности об этой яхте в течение года. Итальянская компания Benetti (Azimut Benetti Group) спустила на воду 45-метровую моторную яхту Domani. «Кастомная» новинка построена на базе водоизмещающего корпуса FB701. Строительство велось на производственной площадке Benetti в Виареджо (Тоскана).
Сейчас в продаже: В июне этого года суперъяхта будет доставлена владельцу – постоянному клиенту Benetti. Domani станет для него четвёртой (!) лодкой легендарного бренда. В официальном пресс-релизе компании сообщается, что клиент – опытный моряк, который предпочитает совершать круизы с семьёй. Его опыт и профессионализм команды Benetti позволили создать исключительное судно, подходящее для интенсивной эксплуатации. Сотрудничество началось с первых эскизов проекта и завершилось спуском яхты на воду. Церемония состоялась в Ливорно (Тоскана), историческом для Benetti месте: лодки бренда строятся там уже больше 143 лет. Domani была спущена на воду методом скольжения sleep-way. Дизайн экстерьера этой четырёхпалубной яхты из стали и алюминия – результат работы собственных специалистов Benetti. Дизайном интерьера – при серьёзном участии владельца Domani и его команды дизайнеров – занимался Карло Галеацци (Carlo Galeazzi). Одна из особенностей судна, валовой тоннаж которого меньше 500 брутто-тонн, – эффективное использование пространства. Судостроители использовали техническую платформу FB700, что позволило сократить срок реализации проекта. Внутренние помещения сделаны светлыми и просторными. В мастер-каюте есть балкон. Через огромную стеклянную дверь (её ширина – около 8-ми метров!) из скай-лаунжа, расположенного на верхней палубе, можно выйти на открытую площадку. Это удивительное пространство позволяет пообедать на свежем воздухе, любуясь восхитительным видом. Сообщается, что позже Benetti обнародует более полную информацию о суперъяхте Domani.

В понедельник BHS подала заявку на введение временной администрации, что может значить только одно: компания, долги которой превысили 1,3 млрд фунтов, на грани банкротства. 11 тысяч ее сотрудников оказались под угрозой увольнения, и многие из них небезосновательно задумываются, какую роль в банкротстве торгового бренда с 88-летней историей сыграл Грин, купивший BHS в 2000 году.

Benetti Lionheart — самая большая яхта, когда-либо построенная итальянской верфью. Над экстерьером трудился Стефано Натуччи (Stefano Natucci) в колаборации с командой дизайнеров Benetti. Интерьеры разрабатывала компания Green & Mingarelli Design. Lionheart — водоизмещающее судно со стальным корпусом и алюминиевой надстройкой. У него спортивный внешний вид, узнаваемый благодаря волнистым линиям надстройки, соединяющим его четыре палубы. Круизная скорость Lionheart — 15 узлов, максимальная -15,5 узлов. Стоимость мегаяхты оценивается в 100 млн фунтов. Среди двух других суперяхт в гараже Филиппа Грина есть еще одна Benetti — 63-метровая Lioness V (ex. Lionheart) 2006 года постройки.

Верфь Benetti анонсировала спуск на воду 45-метровой яхты Domani. Эта водоизмещающая custom яхта, известная прежде под проектным номером FB701, была построена на верфи в Виареджо. Domani принадлежит давнему клиенту и почитателю марки Benetti, ранее у него уже были три яхты этого бренда. О владельце Domani известно, что он опытный яхтсмен и любит путешествовать по миру со своей семьей. Его новая, четвертая, яхта Benetti была построена с учетом притязательных требований и рассчитана на длительные переходы.

Торжественный спуск состоялся на исторических мощностях Benetti в Ливорно, на этом производстве строят легендарные яхты уже на протяжении 143 лет. Дизайн экстерьера Domani создали дизайнеры Benetti, и это настоящий custom-дизайн от Benetti. Профиль яхты имеет некоторые характерные черты других известных яхт верфи: так например, окно изогнутой формы в верхней части надстройки напоминает блестящую 63-метровую яхту 11/11, спущенную на воду в прошлом году, а характерные контуры окон в носовой части — особенность, заимствованная у 58-метровой Illusion V, построенной в 2014 году. Domani была построена на базе технической платформы FB700, что позволило значительно сократить время производства. Из особенностей: балкон в мастер-каюте, скай-лаундж на верхней палубе отделен от открытого пространства сдвижной стеклянной дверью, которая помогает создавать непрерывное с al fresco пространство.

Benetti 45 m M/Y Domani Launch
Benetti, has the pleasure to announce the launch of a new custom build 45 meter displacement yacht hull number FB701, named M/Y Domani. FB701 M/Y Domani, build at the Viareggio Benetti shipyard, will be delivered in June 2016 to a long standing client, at his fourth Benetti yacht. Client is an expert sailor who loves cruising with his family around the world. His experience along with to Benetti’s professionalism allowed to build an exceptional superyacht suitable for an intensive use. The collaboration started from the first sketches of the project until the launch. The magnificent yacht was launched in the Benetti historical site – Livorno, actives for over 143 years – with a slide method “sleep-way”. The external design of this four decked steel and aluminum yacht, is the beautiful result of Benetti in-house design team – also appointed along with Carlo Galeazzi to design the interior layout with considerable input from the Owner and his design team. The efficient use of space is one of the peculiarities of this below 500 GT full displacement yacht. The sky lounge on the upper deck overlooks the outdoor area through a huge glass door at full height and full width (about 8 meters) creating a unique indoor-outdoor effect. The dining area becomes a pleasant “al-fresco” place Preciousness of materials – expertly processed by Benetti craftsmen – characterize the interiors of FB701 M/Y Domani. Benetti will unveil further details about this yacht later this year.

Launched in the presence of her owner and friends March 15th, the Crystal 140′ represents the benchmark for semi-custom yachts in the Class range, a gamma with an incredible success in recent years. First introduced in 2011 to satisfy the needs of diversified clientele for spacious above and below decks areas, this innovative 140′ shuttle has since sold an incredible six units. The BY006 Crystal 140′ EQUUS was purchased by an experienced owner, new to Benetti, who has always admired the yard’s yachts and was looking for a model that would bring together family and friends without being excessively large. With the Crystal 140′, he found the ideal size. Contemporary interiors recreating her original design by François Zuretti were created by the Benetti in house design team in collaboration with the owner’s designer, Polly Sturgess’ POD Interior Style studio, who personally created the decorative detailing. It recalls a colonial atmosphere with an African mood, in reference to the family’s passion for the African continent and polo, one of the world’s most glamorous sports, also knows as “the sport of the Kings”. The BY006 Crystal 140′ EQUUS was designed for the owner’s private use and his desire to have the yacht dedicated to hosting his family and friends. The most important is the spacious sun-deck that includes a large zone towards the stern with settees and lounge chairs, while the Jacuzzi has been moved forward. The same deck hosts a TV screen for guest entertainment. The interior dining area is on the upper deck and features a special table personalized by the owner himself, an admirer of ebony artwork. The main deck is characterized by a large living area without tables. The owner’s apartment is forward and includes a study, walk-in closet, bathroom suite and bedroom with a 180° panorama of the sea. Two days in Miami Beach brought the 16th edition of the annual event, dedicated by Azimut Benetti to the captains, surveyors, owner’s representatives and sponsors of their mega yacht fleet, to a successful close. Following Hong Kong in November 2015 and in Italy this last February, the third and final stage brought the principle events of the Azimut Benetti Yacht master Super yachting On A Global Scale project to a close, even though the community involved will remain in constant touch throughout the year through workshops and other minor events that will be held off-season from September to May to guarantee continuity, together with technical sessions and in-yard meetings. The first day was centered on partners and sponsors taking part in an enjoyable speed-dating encounter, where they had the possibility to meet and greet the participants before introducing their company and services offered Again, the workshops were pertinant and interesting, cornerstones of the Yachtmaster spirit, an important moment where experience and knowledge were exchanged. Harald van Exem, director of Yacht Services Worldwide at Fraser Yachts illustrated the complex world of maritime insurance, helping discover added value present in insurance packages. Alessandro Gallifuoco, Benetti Quality and After Sales Manager, took us through the challenges for captains when dealing with crew and personnel management. Ches King, Rina Business Development Manager, ended the day with an interesting panorama covering the coming regulations regarding environmental protection. Alessandro Gallifuoco was very satisfied with the continuous positive feedback that the team received: “Yacht master ended with a success well beyond our expectations. We witnessed great enthusiasm from both the sponsors and the guests, including captains, surveyors and other members of this sector, as their very active participation in the workshops demonstrated. Here we were very lucky to have at our side guests at the level of Fraser Yachts who contributed highly in quality. Crystal 140’ is a reference model among semi custom boats of Benetti’s Class range. A shuttle boat which, in less than 140 feet, offers great space above and below deck. Since 2011, when this yacht joined the market, the group has been selling six units (and the seventh one is expected at the end of the year) Interiors have a contemporary style and they have been designed by Benetti’s architects in collaboration with POD Interior Style of Polly Sturgess for the decorative details. The style is inspired to a colonial atmosphere and an African mood.

There are many areas dedicated to conviviality. First of all, the large sun-deck equipped with some astern sofas and seats and a fore jacuzzi pool. The inner sitting room is on the upper deck and it has a table with a top which has been totally customized by the shipowner, a great lover of carpentry. No tables, on the contrary, on the main deck but a big hall. On this deck there is also the shipowner’s apartment, made up of a studio, a walk-in closet, a bathroom and a bedroom enjoying a wonderful 180-degree-view on the sea.
