Human Resources Manager Role Overview Evaluate proper allocation of human resources to ensure that the local chapter is functioning at optimal capacity while monitoring member development. Ensuring that AIESEC members have proper skill development and understand the AIESEC message.

Main Responsibilities -

Track all new members into salesforce and expa

-

Take attendance at all general events and trainings through an excel spreadsheet

-

Track VPs KPIs and team minimums by contacting them monthly

-

Attend team meetings of assigned portfolio to monitor team progress (through minute-taking)

-

Collect monthly PDTs from your assigned VP and assess them with your VP TM

Key Performance Indicators -

# of members that attend socials & GAs % of member retention NSP score (survey at the end of the semester) of VPs & members

Team Minimums -

Attend GAs and “big socials� Take minutes during weekly team meetings Ability to manage time well; very organized; dedicated
