MOBILE MEDICAL CENTER PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project is an alternative solution to the problem that has arisen since the adoption of medical reform in Ukraine. In the last 5 years, the number of hospitals has decreased almost three times, with hospitals in small towns and villages closed. The number of hospital beds also decreased by 23.5%. From the moment of Ukraine’s entry into the path of independence to the present day, the medical sector is characterized by insufficient funding and resources. As a result, most of the country’s population has ceased to trust domestic medicine. The health care system of Ukraine is ineffective in meeting the needs of the population - about 40% of the population in the event of

illness try not to seek medical advice because of the high cost of services and poor quality of care. Hence all the negative consequences: high death rate (16.3 per 1 thousand people), negative population growth (-5.7 per 1 thousand people), low life expectancy (one third of Ukrainians die prematurely before the age of 65 years) , and about half of those under 75 years of age could be avoided with proper prevention and treatment), and no evidence of overcoming TB and HIV / AIDS epidemics. With the help of the Mobile Medical Center it is possible to anticipate and suspend the growth of patients due to premature examination of people in any part of Ukraine.

ANALYSIS OF DESIGN A TYPICAL HOSPITAL First, when designing healthcare facilities, functionality was the main criterion, but in recent years, architects in Europe and America have proven that thoughtful architecture and design, without reducing functionality, have a more significant impact on the effectiveness of the healing process and the patient’s condition than previously thought. . It becomes clear that the future is behind the clinics, whose appearance will be more like a living space than a hospital in our traditional view. The planning solution is “morally” outdated. Disadvantages: the lack of modern methods of construction of energy efficient buildings, since these are buildings with a continuous cycle of work, which means that they must be independent of urban systems of heat, electricity and water supply, or have a significant autonomous supply of these resources for continuity of operation; lack of possibility of self-orientation of the patient within the walls of the hospital; large number of people in the same ward, there is no possibility of seclusion; not enough of daylight, natural materials.
