Adaptive Standart Universal residential building that can be adjusted and adapted to external needs. All essential elements such as apartment layout, structural grid, façade, floor heights, are a complex system, which can create more than 40 different housing buildings, and in the same time remain the part of the same system.

Economic indicators are average. Preferred floor is 6-9 floors.

Usage of a module B1 in a suburban urban environment.

Module B1 - intended for use in the suburban areas of the city. Passive facade. Improvement of comfort at the expense of apartments with terrases on the ground floor level. Economic indicators are below average. Preferred floor is 4-6 floors.

Each module has its weaknesses and strengths. Using all the modules - C1, B1 and K1, it is possible to form a high-quality and comfortable residential quarter.
