The New Testament church functioned with a plurality of leadership. One group focused on the spiritual needs of the church family, while another addressed the day-to-day and physical needs.

GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE 2003-2014 Three groups to direct the ministries of PORTICO: the elders, the operations committee and the ministry team.

All the activities of the church are carried out under the watchful care and supervision of the elders.

The ministries of the church are supported by the elder policies and financial resource allocation determined by the operations committee.
