The New Testament church functioned with a plurality of leadership. One group focused on the spiritual needs of the church family, while another addressed the day-to-day and physical needs.
GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE 2003-2014 Three groups to direct the ministries of PORTICO: the elders, the operations committee and the ministry team.

All the activities of the church are carried out under the watchful care and supervision of the elders.
