Piano Primer | A ge 6–9

To master eighty-eight keys, start with the basics. Focus on sitting and hand technique, note names, beginning rhythms, dynamics and more. Feel the accomplishment of playing your first tunes! Uses Faber Piano Lesson Primer Book (available for purchase or loan at CMC).

Beginning

No beginning classes programmed for Spring Term as of this catalog printing. Inquire at CMC for beginning piano opportunities or look for new classes at CMC in spring term.

Continuing (Term 3) M

Piano Laboratory | A ge 7–14

Getting ahead of the class? Experiment with more individual attention. Enjoy making progress at your speed while benefiting from the chemistry of a small group setting. Prerequisite: at least two years of group piano class or the equivalent. $140/10-week term.

Call CMC for class days and times. Priority given to continuing students from prior terms. Inquire at CMC or look for new classes in summer or fall term.

Piano Adventures | A ge 8–14

A beginner class designed for older kids. Check with CMC staff on lesson book used if joining this class in progress.
