The Matt Dishman Community Center Fitness Program offers a wide-range of amenities and classes for all levels. Access to the fitness center is included with daily admission. Teens age 14–17 must have guardian release form on file and complete an orientation prior to access.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Individual Personal Training

Make an appointment with a personal trainer, who will oversee your progress and hold you accountable. Our excellent personal training staff will motivate you to make a fresh start, or reach a new level in your fitness.

• Single session: 1 hour—$45

• Package deals: 3 hours—$110 / 6 hours: $200

Group Fitness Classes

Age 14 & up

Strengthen your community, body, and mind with a group fitness class! Classes are offered for every age, shape, and fitness level. With over 10 classes to choose from, you’re sure to find one for you! Access included with daily admission.

Boxing—Bootcamp

Age 17 & up

This high intense workout packs a punch! Exercise, condition and reduce stress using footwork skills, body movements, and equipment such as jump ropes, speed, heavy, and double-end bags. Increase your cardio vascular, agility and core training.

Boxing—Fitness For Women

Age 17 & up

Step inside the ring for an exciting workout. Punch the heavy bags, jump rope, strike the speed bag and fancy footwork helps to reduce stress, increase endurance, burn calories and build strength through this non-contact activity.

Teen Nights

Looking for a positive, safe way to wrap up your week? Join us for social time in a recreational environment surrounded by caring adults. TeenForce pass holders get space to engage in pro-social fun like video games, open gym, creative pursuits, and all around FUN every Friday night!
