The Mt. Scott Community Center fitness program offers a wide-range of amenities and classes for all levels. Access to the fitness center is included with daily admission. Teens age 14–17 must have guardian waiver on file and complete an orientation prior to access.

Open for drop-in during regular business hours.

Fitness center orientations

• Monday–Thursday: 10:00am–1:00pm

• Tuesday and Thursday: 4:30–6:30pm

• Teen orientations: Wednesday and Thursday: 6:00–7:00pm

Personal Training

Personal training gives you the opportunity to find real, achievable goals and to meet those goals in a safe and timely manner. Stop by MSCC or call 503-823-3183 to get started! Register for an Access Pass to receive reduced pricing up to 90% based on your total income.

The Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) helps our trainers design a workout plan fit to your specific needs. Fill one out now to get started on reaching your fitness goals!

Individual Personal Training

Stop by to learn more about our professional Personal Trainers Marnie Quitugua, Nic Seybold, Thais Denmark, and Kim Yaudas! All of our Personal Trainers are trained to work with people at any fitness level and will create an individualized plan to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Make an appointment with a personal trainer, who will oversee your progress and hold you accountable. Our excellent personal training staff will motivate you to make a fresh start, or reach a new level in your fitness.

One 1-hour session: $45

Three 1-hour-sessions: $120

Six 1-hour sessions: $215

Group Personal Training

Set-up a personal training session with a friend. Personal training with friends is a great way to stay motivated, workout with your friends, and save money!

Group of 2 people:

One 1-hour session: $30 per person

Three 1-hour-sessions: $78 per person

Six 1-hour sessions: $153 per person
