Portland Parks & Recreation has partnered with BodyVox to offer a one-hour dance introduction courses. This workshop is designed to engage participants in the community with a complete movement and holistic art experience to different forms of dance including ballet and modern dance.

AARP Smart Driver Course

Age 50 & up

The AARP Smart Driver Course is one of many programs offered by AARP Driver Safety. It’s the nation’s largest classroom and online driver safety course and it’s designed especially for drivers age 50 and older. Become a smarter, more confident driver today and you could save money on auto insurance. Bring cash or check payment to the first class: $20 for AARP members, $25 for non-members.

This class series will focus on exercise to address common areas of weakness and tightness in parents of infants and toddlers. This class is hosted by Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy St. Johns.
