Drop-in Activities

PP&R community centers offer a variety of drop-in activities throughout the week. Enjoy group fitness classes, basketball, swimming, and more! Activities vary by location. Drop-in admission is $5, which includes access to all scheduled drop-in activities for the day.

Yoga In Chairs

Designed so almost anyone can participate. Gently works muscles and joints to enhance strength, range of motion, balance and circulation. Reaches beyond typical exercises as it encourages quiet reflection, proper breathing and better posture. Feel relaxed, refreshed and re-energized.

Would you like to release your fear of falling down? Better Balance Yoga will boost your confidence to maintain your balance no matter where you are! We will explore the five principles and seven postures required for good balance. We will learn how to “adjust the wobble” and realize where we are weak so we can grow strong and confident—together!
