LAST MATCH RECAP The Portland Timbers battled Sporting Kansas City to a 0-0 draw before a soldout crowd of 21,144 fans at Providence Park on June 9. With the result, the Timbers recorded their ninth straight game without a loss and their fifth clean sheet across all competitions in the 2018 campaign. With the 0-0 draw, Portland is unbeaten in all six (4-0-2) of its home games to start the 2018 season. Additionally, the Timbers are currently unbeaten in their last 12 regular-season matches at Providence Park, with Portland’s last home loss occurring on July 19, 2017.

NO PLACE LIKE HOME Providence Park opened on April 14, 2011, in front of a sold-out crowd in the Timbers first-ever home match as an MLS team. The club proceeded to sell out all of its regular-season home games in the team’s first eight MLS seasons. Spanning the 2013 and 2014 seasons, the Timbers compiled an MLS-club record 22-game unbeaten streak (12-0-10) at Providence Park from April 6, 2013 to June 1, 2014. The streak ranks as the third-longest all-time in MLS history.
