ELLA RINGROSE How To Play The Frequency Game

Frequency Lee Harris

welcome to Winter 2024/25

“Everything changes when you start to emit your own frequency rather than absorbing the frequencies around you, when you start imprinting your intent on the universe rather than receiving an imprint from existence.”

You’re the boss, you’re the signal, you are the chooser. Wake up in the morning and listen to your thoughts—don’t become them. Just be silent and observe. When you take them on board, they affect your mood; they decide your frequency. Don’t do that. Stop. Think. Realise thoughts are not who you are. They are simply noise from a collective lower frequency. Nothing wrong with that—it’s just time to work with a higher vibe, creative consciousness, rather than reactive.

Choose your frequency from within. Calm your nervous system using whatever practices you have. Allow the divine to pour through you; be the light in this world. Now choose your frequency, and beam it out to the collective. Let it ripple and meander and light the way. No more ups and downs—just you deciding how you wish to be.

Now, that’s FREQUENCY.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

Craniosacral therapy is one of our faves. It is a gentle, hands-on technique to help detect and correct imbalances in the craniosacral system that may be the cause of sensory, motor or neurological dysfunction. The craniosacral system comprises the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding and protecting the brain and spinal cord. It extends from the bones of the skull, face and mouth which make up the cranium down to the sacrum, or tailbone area.

The 4-day CranioSacral Therapy I (CST I) workshop is designed to teach you the detailed anatomy and physiology of the craniosacral system and its relationship to health and disease. Coming up in February 2025. upledger.ie

GOOD NEWS FROM AROUND THE GLOBE.

ONE WOMAN’S JOURNEY TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

1 Practice & Connect

been living in Ireland for nearly seven years. I moved here with my young son while pregnant with my second child. This new chapter—a new country, job, baby, home, and friends— was truly life-changing.

I immediately felt a deep connection to Ireland’s stunning landscape: the lush vegetation, cold sea, and fresh breeze. I believe we are all naturally tribal, drawn to community, which has been essential for our survival. I quickly found people who shared my values: family, nature, health, and a positive mindset. Over time, I realized that my natural gift for uplifting others could be harnessed to make a greater impact.

I currently run a six-week Transformation Program for Women, helping participants develop healthy habits. Once a month, I organize Blissful Breath classes in Dun Laoghaire, where we practice breathwork and movement to release stress, anxiety, and grief. We end with a cold dip at Dun Laoghaire Baths, coffee, and chats, leaving us feeling empowered and open.

I also offer a monthly one-day retreat in the Dublin Mountains. Here, we practice breathing techniques and explore the benefits of cold exposure for boosting immunity and energy. We finish the day in a sauna with beautiful mountain views.

Additionally, I co-host a monthly Social Hike, incorporating mindfulness and breathwork in nature, empowering participants to feel more connected and be more active.

In today’s busy world, I believe these practices can help you reconnect with nature, others, and yourself.

For advanced hikes and adventure seekers I’m organizing in collaboration with Niall O’ Murchú Winter Travel to Poland. Join us for unforgettable adventure that will push your limits and connect you with nature. martaverawellness.com

2 Music for Mushrooms

THE HEART OF FILM-MAKING.

In the fertile void of the pandemic, our personal and professional lives were in a state of flux. During that time my husband, the artist known as East Forest, casually floated the idea, “I might make a doc…” I know how much creative projects mean to him so I have always strived to be supportive. I simply said, ‘Sure, hon. Sounds great.’ Little did I know how the project would evolve – many hundreds of thousands of dollars later, 20+ terabits of footage, countless edits, an expanding team of industry professionals. ‘Music for Mushrooms’ was on a mission.

I have felt incredibly vulnerable with the film’s release. Strangers are literally seeing into our home, our bedroom, behind the veil of our lives as we hold space for transformation and healing. What I feel from viewers is an emotional depth they are surprised by. The heart of the film touches on our collective pain as a species yet delivers a message of hope for getting back to the simplicity of life’s joys. The film is about much more than music or mushrooms, it shows how we are all suffering, whether from personal or collective pain or both; existential and eminent dangers are ever present in our modern lives. With courage and honesty, we inspire each other, and hope spreads like a mycelial web. Love coexists with fear – for me the message is of holding paradox, coming out of polarization and into our shared humanity, which is both messy and perfect at the same time, like every creative process always is.

3 Magical school among the olive groves

FIND YOUR TRIBE.

Below is the story of one woman’s journey to find her tribe, a group of people who support her highest vision of life and living;

“I had been visiting, volunteering and hosting Yoga and holistic healing retreats in the south of Spain at a resort called Suryalila since 2018. After my ‘Align & Restore’ retreat at the end of August this year, I decided to make a relocation there with my beautiful 3 and a half year old son BodhiKai.

The motivation for the shift in our living environment was for BodhiKai to join the children at “Escualita De Olivas” aka the ‘little school amongst the Olive groves’. It is a classic Montessori and Forest School, based on free play. The school was created by three families of the staff members at Suryalila.

BodhiKai had spent accumulated weeks, and even months, at the school since he was a mere 6 months old, me by his side as he ate sand and rolled in the dusty, clay earth you often find in Andelucia.

So now we find ourselves living in a small village just 10 minutes drive

“With courage and honesty, we inspire each other, and hope spreads like a mycelial web.”
“ I truly believe the world would be a better place if children were treated consciously.”

along a dusty, dirt road to BodhiKai’s daily playground. The kindness, softness and patience that I have experienced in this magical school is like a daily meditation, when I was privileged enough to watch from under a tree as the children played.

‘Ahimsa’, non violence is a strong yoga principle I honour and live my life by. This school follows the ethos of ahimsa and all the laws of nature. I feel happy knowing BodhiKai is there and his emotional body is always respected and nurtured. I truly believe the world would be a better place if children were treated consciously, - “our children are the future”.

Living here, I feel soft in my body and heart.

I feel supported and held by the community that surrounds me; the parents, the staff at the resort, the guests that come, everyone is doing self- enquiry so the healing frequency is high and sensitive!”

1 Unravelling Old Stories

WINTER LISTENING FOR LETTING GO.

As we head into winter and watch nature let go and release all that is now dying, once bloomed, there’s a great lesson to be learned. One that nature so generously offers us, year after year.

If we zoom out from the individual invitation to let go and release...out beyond our street, our city and to the edges of this Isle we live on, we find that much of Irish society is in the process of letting go. We don’t know what will come of it just yet. We just know that it has to be done and we do so in faith, for a brighter, more positive future.

The more we investigate the shadows, the more that comes into the light. It’s brave work. It’s rewarding work.

When I heard Niall Breslin speak about his podcast ‘The madmen’s hotel’ I felt the cords of my heart strung so deep and hard. I also recognized the action of ‘speaking out’ that so much of Irish society is so bravely engaged in. As we let go of the old stories, give them voice finally so they can be heard, rest and live compassionately in our memories, we create space for new ways of living out the stories of our lives.

Niall gives voice to the stories of people who were wrongfully sent to the Mullingar asylum over a hundred years ago, for life;

“I couldn’t run away from it. I can’t describe it really and when I spoke to Julie’s grand-daughter she talks of this dream

“It only takes a few minutes, just a few breaths”

she kept having of Julie standing over her bed telling her ‘please tell this story.’ And that was the thing that got me, the dream, because another family member said she has the same dream. I didn’t have the dream but I just had this feeling that we had to do something here.”

2 The Power of a Pause

FIND BALANCE.

I recently attended a meditation and breath workshop led by the lovely team from The Art of Living. While some of the concepts they shared weren’t new to me, it was a wonderful reminder of the power of something as simple as… breathing.

Two exercises stood out. One was for an energy boost—think the invigorating feeling of a five-minute jog or a cold shower. The other focused on complete relaxation, grounding, and connection. Both took just a few minutes. Gauri Gupta, who led the workshop alongside the team, joked that a few minutes of breathing could offer the same pick-me-up as a cup of coffee. And honestly? Having experienced it myself, I couldn’t agree more.

Breathwork is one of those things we hear about constantly—whether from holistic practitioners or inspirational teachers. It’s foundational, they say. And yet, even knowing all this, I’ll admit that actually doing it is often the challenge. Isn’t it funny?

It only takes a few minutes, just a few breaths, and still we struggle to make the time.

Recently, amidst looming deadlines and the constant buzz of information coming at me, even meditation felt like a little challenge. My mind was as busy as the city streets. As the season slows down (or as we try to), I’ve revisited a trick that’s helped me in the past.

I’ve started putting my phone away— screen down and out of reach—two hours before bedtime and not picking it up for two hours after waking. Life doesn’t always allow this perfectly, but even a few days back into the habit, I feel calmer. My sleep is deeper, my focus sharper, and I’m rediscovering the joy of those off-grid moments.

Five minutes or an hour—those precious moments of silence can change the course of a day. I invite you to join me. We all need that little switch-off time, now more than ever.

Low vibrations are stagnant energies that need movement to dissipate and transform. Whether it’s a negative thought or low energy, transformation begins with a shift in mindset. What you create internally manifests externally. I value living in harmony—clutter and disarray are simply not for me. Clearing unwanted items and fixing what’s broken are essential practices in my life, often inspired by Feng Shui principles. Dostoevsky’s words, “Beauty will save the world,” deeply resonate with me. I believe that a beautiful, harmonious state of mind can shift ideas and emotions quickly. To nurture this, I practice mantras and affirmations, and listen to high-vibration music.

Daily walks and a curious mindset are also vital. Curiosity generates positivity, while an unstimulated mind risks falling into stagnation. The saying, “An idle mind is the devil’s workshop,” serves as a reminder to keep learning and exploring, which brings me immense joy.

To reset and energize, I use cold water therapy, body tapping, and deep breath retention. These simple yet powerful practices ground me in the present moment and help me maintain balance.

February of 2023 saw my mental health at its lowest point in my entire life. A combination of factors coalesced to make a perfect storm which destroyed my state of mind. My wife suggested I needed help, so for the first time in my Gen X life, I reached out to a dear friend. Dr. Mary Helen Hensley, from Athlone, is a Metaphysical Healer who uses a combination of tonal frequency, a vibrating bed, and her own style of hands-on healing.

I had two deeply intense sessions, then was given homework in the form of listening to certain frequencies every day for a month. The transformation was nothing short of a miracle. I wasn’t ever a bad person, but I was far from easy to live with. I’m now the best version of myself, living my best life. I’m even writing a series of short stories to help women in the menopause as a result.

Shane MacGowan’s vibration was high, with God’s grace we successfully raised his vibration. Phil Lynott’s mum, Philomena, sent me to Shane to give him a mini statue of Philip. I did that, and became close friends with him. I gave him a pendant of St. Anthony, and he put it on the statue of Phil. I knew I was to do a St. Anthony’s trezena for him, a 13-week prayer. Each Tuesday, you distribute three copies of the prayer and tie a knot in a ribbon on your original prayer.

I won’t share Shane’s request, but I did the prayer for 13 weeks. On the final Tuesday of the 13 weeks, what I had prayed for came through, raising both our vibrations. When Shane later returned to Heaven, the Holy Spirit even had me end up being his pallbearer, arm in arm with a man called Anthony. Thanks be to God.

At 23, I hit rock bottom—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I felt utterly alone, depressed, and hopeless, ready to end it all. But what I didn’t realize was that my journey into the extraordinary was just beginning.

It started with The Secret, a book that promised to change my life—and it did. That moment marked the beginning of a profound path of self-discovery, filled with lessons, challenges, and awe-inspiring, “out of this world” experiences. I began to learn about energy, frequency, and the incredible power of manifestation.

I discovered that the mind and heart hold the key to unlocking infinite possibilities and more fulfilling experiences. What stands between us and what we truly deserve is often trauma. But by shifting our frequency, we can release that burden and align with the life we are meant to live.

The magic was always there—I just had to find it.

Justin Caffrey

Victoria Mary Clarke

I started communicating with angels thirty years ago and over the years I have asked them what is the quickest and easiest way to raise my vibration. This is the advice they have given me, and I use it all the time!

‘Your vibration as a human being is as colourful and as multifaceted as your planet! You are continually shimmering with your ever-changing shades! When you can joyfully accept, embrace and appreciate yourselves in all of your myriad shades and moods, there will be no need to think about raising your vibration. When you align with your soul’s perspective of your human self, everything about you becomes glorious. When you appreciate yourself and encourage yourself and simply offer yourself some time, some attention, some loving words and gentle touch, you immediately align with your soul, and you make way for the bountiful and boundless unconditional love that is you, to be known and felt and experienced by you.’

My body was under attack. I could feel it in every cell, and my wearable tech’s HRV stats confirmed it. A sinus infection and virus were draining my energy, leaving me depleted. At first, I turned to painkillers, desperate for quick relief, but they only masked the symptoms. Within days, I made a pivotal choice: to stop numbing the pain and start truly healing the root cause.

I leaned into holistic practices, amping up my meditation to deeply listen to my body and nervous system. I incorporated daily red light and infrared therapy, acupuncture twice a week, and a Qi Gong bouncing movement—lifting onto my toes and gently bouncing for 5-8 minutes each morning to move Qi and restore energy flow. Recognizing that mold, or ‘dampness’ as Chinese Medicine calls it, was contributing to my condition, I began addressing this underlying factor as well.

Within 48 hours, everything started shifting. My energy surged, and my HRV stats reflected the transformation, showing my body transitioning from stress to recovery. By combining mindfulness, ancient wisdom, and modern tools, I not only healed but reconnected with my body’s innate ability to restore balance and vitality.

the power of

play

BOOST YOUR PARENTING WITH LAUGHTER.

“Every laugh helps your child release tension and build confidence.”
“Ten minutes of play can change your whole day” – Kirsten Nottleson

Today, more than ever, we all need some play in our lives – to lighten the load, lift our moods, and keep hope (or courage when hope falters) on the table. When working with parents, I often see how seriousness creeps in when we’re tired or worn down by the daily demands of raising the next generation. It’s easy to forget how small, frequent moments of goofiness can shift everything for the better.

One of the most dynamic parenting mentors I know, Kirsten Nottleson at Hand in Hand workshops, reminds us that small, frequent moments of play can make a big difference. And she’s right! Dear parent, I dare you to follow the laughs of your little ones today.

Here’s a little secret: All play nurtures children, but a particular kind of play, when used frequently, can help dissolve power struggles and resolve everyday parenting challenges.

Playlistening – one of the five Hand in Hand Parenting Listening Tools – has a unique power. It boosts your child’s confidence and strengthens their connection with you and others. A strong connection fosters safety and equilibrium. A child who feels safe and balanced through a close connection with a parent or primary caregiver is better able to understand limits and cooperate. Playing frequently – even just for ten minutes a day – is a wonderful way to build connection. Playlistening helps laugh away tensions that block your child from thinking well about themselves and you. It also supports your child in recovering from scary or challenging experiences, all while having fun!

The two hallmarks of Playlistening are laughter and your child’s sense of being in charge during play. Whenever your child is full of unforced giggles and eager for fun, they’re making emotional gains. In safe, connected play, every laugh – literally every laugh – helps your child release lowlevel tension.

Every laugh brings your child closer to freedom from fears and worries. She’ll become braver, more cooperative, and more willing to try new things as you keep the giggles flowing, but... without tickling! While it’s tempting for many adults to use tickling to spark laughter, we recommend refraining. Tickling is a mechanical way to extract laughter, but we want the joy to come from within. If tickling is part of your family tradition, it’s okay, but remember, it disrupts the power dynamic and won’t help your child release tension or build confidence. Instead, try regular Playlistening. Children love it, and it allows them to feel in control.

So, what does Playlistening look like? How can you ensure your child feels in charge during play? Here’s a few ideas that most parents or caregivers can probably relate to:

Let’s say your young daughter laughs as she climbs on your back and you gently jiggle her. To Playlisten, keep her laughter going with just enough motion to elicit more giggles. Add affection and a playful tone to your voice, offer eye contact when appropriate, laugh along, and tune in to her body language for clues on how the play is going.

The ‘Listening’ part goes beyond just the words your child says – though those are important. Tune in with your heart, mind, senses, and ears. For example, during a piggyback ride, notice if she wants to climb down or grab a soft toy to put on your back, laughing when you jiggle it off. Follow her lead – children are natural play maestros! She might want to hold your leg as you “struggle” to walk around, laughing at your “confusion” over the weight. Let her ideas guide the play and the laughter.

Playlistening offers an effective strategy to help your child release tensions that hinder connection and cooperation during play. You can’t force it—coercion is the opposite of play—but you can gently introduce a playful idea or direction, mix it

with affection, and see where it leads. Laughter truly is the best medicine—it helps release the tensions you’re carrying too, and lightens the load. Playlistening works with one child, two, or even ten. For example, if one child is excluding another, offer warm affection and take the less powerful role. “I have smooshy hugs for you all! Who’s going to get my first hug?” With an expectant grin, start a slow chase around the house or playground. You might tug on a sweater or grab a shirttail, but play clumsily so they all escape. You could even “accidentally” hug the swings. As the warm, goofy chaser, you bring the children together, letting them playfully exclude you.

The beauty of Playlistening is that it takes challenges—like a child being excluded—and transforms them into the “play zone.” Issues like picky eating, potty troubles, sleep struggles, sibling conflicts, and other everyday parenting challenges can all be addressed through play, turning tension into laughter and connection. This tool works with children of any age, as long as the adult is patient and willing to get creative. Go ahead—give it a try! Follow the laughs, take the less powerful role, and use Playlistening to spark joy for both you and your child. Remember, just ten minutes of play can transform your entire parenting day!

This article is inspired by the work of Patty Wipfler and Tosha Schore. For more examples of Playlistening, see their chapter in Listen: Five Simple Tools to Meet Your Everyday Parenting Challenges, available from major online booksellers and at HandinHandParenting.org.

the vibrational symphony of Life

TUNE IN.

Imagine adjusting the dial on an oldfashioned radio, searching for that perfect station. Each movement aligns you with a specific frequency, delivering either a clear or crackling sound. This simple act of tuning in parallels a profound truth about our own existence and echoes Albert Einstein’s words: “Everything in Life is Vibration.” Just as tuning into different radio waves brings various sounds into our physical experience, the vibrations we send out into our world shape our reality.

The Science of Vibration

At the heart of everything, from the solid ground beneath our feet to the air we breathe, lies a dance of atoms in perpetual motion. The speed and arrangement of these atoms determine whether a substance appears as a solid, liquid, or gas. Similarly, sound is a vibration—an invisible wave of energy that reaches our ears and evokes emotion. But here’s a fascinating insight: our emotions, feelings, and thoughts also possess vibrational qualities, influencing both our internal state and the world around us.

High vs. Low Vibrations: The Emotional Spectrum

Emotions are not just fleeting sensations; they are potent vibrations with distinct frequencies. Positive emotions such as joy, love, appreciation, and passion resonate at higher vibrational frequencies. In contrast, emotions like fear, anger, guilt, and sadness emit lower frequencies. Dr. David Hawkins’ research highlights this spectrum, revealing how emotions like shame hold the lowest energetic frequency. These findings underscore the impact our emotional state has on both our well-being and our environment.

The Heart’s Electromagnetic Symphony

Delving deeper into the science of emotions, the HeartMath Institute offers compelling insights. The heart generates the strongest electromagnetic field in our body, more influential than the brain’s. This field is intricately tied to our emotions, capable of harmonising or disrupting our internal state. Feelings of love and compassion can synchronise the heart and brain frequencies, creating a harmonious state that positively influences those around us. Conversely, emotions like anger and frustration lead to an erratic, unsynchronised pattern, impacting our surroundings negatively.

Ripples in the Collective Consciousness

Our emotions, feelings, and thought energies extend far beyond personal experience, creating ripples in the collective human consciousness. This ripple effect illustrates our intraconnectedness, where our emotional states can influence those we meet. By understanding the power of our emotional vibrations, we gain insight into living more authentically and with greater selfawareness, fostering a deeper connection with the world.

The Physics and Biology of Emotional Energy

Through the lens of physics and biology, emotional energy emerges as a fascinating aspect of human experience. The science behind these vibrations solidifies the argument that our emotions carry unique frequencies capable of shaping both individual well-being and the broader environment. As we tune in more deliberately to these vibrational frequencies, we hold the power to

consciously influence our reality, fostering a more abundant and interconnected experience of life.

Embrace a Higher Vibrational State

In the symphony of life, tuning into more positive emotional frequencies can transform our experience, helping us embrace a higher vibrational state. As we adjust our emotional dials daily, we not only enhance our own lives but also contribute positively to the collective harmony of the world. With over 27 years of teaching Reiki, I find it’s the quickest way to achieve this transformation. While receiving Reiki elevates your vibration, the attunement process brings about more immediate positive results.

To amplify these effects, I combine teaching Reiki with Mind Power techniques. Additionally, meditation and visualisation are powerful tools for raising your vibration and changing your frequency. Explore my free visualisations on my website and start sending out a different tune today! In doing so, not only will you elevate your own life journey, but you will also contribute to a vibrational uplift in the world around you.

heartbreak to happily ever after

HEALING UNHEALTHY RELATIONSHIP PATTERNS.

All my relationships ended in tears… when people I loved left me. Following a series of failed relationships and after noticing that they would all unfold in a similar way, I wanted to get to the heart of the unhealthy feelings and behaviours that kept cropping up and messing with my capacity to hold down a healthy relationship.

Things began great; I was relaxed, funny, and confident, and I saw the other person as my “perfect match.” Then, at some point, either I would realise I loved them, or they would say they loved me, and all would quickly head downhill. I would become jealous and judgmental, clingy and uneasy, and find countless convincing reasons for why they were no longer the right fit for me.

We would have drawn-out arguments over stupid stuff. Do you know the kind? Whatever was said, I would come up with a ‘smart’ reason not to accept their reassurances, and we’d go around in circles. I wasn’t intentionally behaving this way; sucked into my emotions, nothing they said would soothe how I felt, as my past trauma was speaking louder than anything else.

When the argument finally ran out of steam, I’d often be distant for days. In short, I was difficult to be around until they, quite rightly, left me. I would then be distraught over the loss; regretful for the part I played, yet strangely satisfied. My repeated relationship heartbreak, and confusing sense of satisfaction when they eventually ended things, motivated me to do some “Mind Detox” therapy to find and heal the hidden cause.

“What event in my life is the cause of this problem? What is the first event that, when resolved, will cause the problem to disappear? If I were to know, what age was I?” Age 14 came to mind.

“When I think of this time, what’s the first person, place, event, or thing that comes to mind?” I was catapulted, in my mind, back to being on my bicycle, riding toward my best friend’s house. I remembered turning into the street where

he lived and stopping outside his house. But before dropping my bike to run up and knock on his door, I noticed something strange. Looking into his front room, I saw all the furniture had vanished. The front room—no, wait, the entire house was empty. He was gone.

“What was it about what happened that was a problem for me?” I felt: “Sad and abandoned because my best friend left me.” All of a sudden, my relationship failures became clear. As long as this root cause remained unresolved, I would be incapable of enjoying any long-term relationship with anyone I loved or who loved me.

One thing the mind always wants to do is prove itself right. As long as I believed that people I love leave me, then I would feel the need to push people away, leading them to eventually leave. As long as they stayed, something wouldn’t feel right, so I would find reasons to explain the way I felt. It also clarified my tendency toward jealousy, as I was inadvertently searching for proof to support my unconscious expectation that

“Our unresolved past ‘stuff’ can keep us stuck in fear-based feelings and behaviors.”

they were going to leave me.

Why am I sharing this story? Our unresolved past ‘stuff’ can keep us stuck in fear-based feelings and behaviours, which keep us in lower-level frequencies that perpetuate negative life patterns. To the point that whenever something triggers our unresolved traumas, we are almost ‘taken over’ by our energetic ‘injury’— compromising us and making us unable to feel and behave how we want to.

Can you relate to this experience? Have you ever observed yourself feeling or acting in ways that you know aren’t aligned with your highest intentions and preferred ways to be?

I want you to know there’s light at the end of the ‘trauma tunnel’ that we can sometimes find ourselves in. I’ve seen in myself and others that by recognizing, resolving, and releasing our past mental and emotional ‘injuries,’ we can become free from these negative frequencies and, therefore, chronic negative feelings and behaviours.

One way to do this is to come to new conclusions about what happened to us in our past. For example, continuing my story from earlier, I asked: “What can I know now that, had I known it in the past, would have prevented me from feeling sad and abandoned because my best friend left me in the first place?”

My best friend was 14 years old, and it was highly unlikely that it was his choice to pick up and leave. It was safe to assume that it was likely a decision made by his parents. I had also been away at my family’s caravan in the Highlands of Scotland for the entire summer holidays. At that time, we didn’t have mobile phones, so there was no way he could let me know, even if he wanted to. Therefore, it wasn’t personal, and I wasn’t abandoned. I also made new friends and have always had great mates in my life.

After healing this traumatic event and subsequent inner injury, which I’d been carrying for a couple of decades, did I marry the next woman I met? No! However, I found that the old low-frequency feelings and behaviours that had ruined my previous relationships did not resurface, and I’m pleased to report that today I am very happily married.

tuning into the soul’s frequency

THE POWER OF LIGHT LANGUAGE.

“Light Language might be the activation your soul is calling for.”

Have you ever felt that words sometimes fall short when it comes to expressing the depths of your soul? Light Language might be the activation your soul is calling for. This ancient, energetic form of communication transcends words, unlocking frequencies and vibrations that resonate with your higher self, guiding your healing and ascension.

What is Light Language?

Light Language is a multidimensional frequency that awakens the soul’s wisdom. It speaks to our energy field, bypassing the limitations of the mind and directly activating our potential. This acts as a bridge to Source, helping us tap into the universal and galactic energies that guide our lives.

Often referred to as the “language of the stars” or “soul language,” light Language is an entirely intuitive and channelled expression that can be spoken, written, sung, or even drawn. It can also take the form of expressive movement and mudras. It could be symbols, hand movements, poetry, songs, or even a form of vibrational medicine. It holds frequencies that speak to the essence of our being, unlocking our innate potential and aiding in profound, energetic shifts. The beauty of Light Language is that you do not need to understand it intellectually for it to work. It moves beyond the conscious mind, directly communicating with your energy body, emotions, and spirit. The codes carried in Light Language help realign you with your highest purpose and guide you in remembering your soul’s true calling.

Light Language as a Catalyst

For many, the journey to discovering Light Language feels like a homecoming—a deep remembrance of something ancient and profound. It brings healing, clarity, and transformation, especially during times of awakening, spiritual growth, emotional release, and personal shifts.

If you have ever felt a pull to go beyond conventional forms of healing or self-expression, Light Language offers a unique pathway. It unlocks your intuitive gifts, helps you process trauma, and connects you to Source in ways that allow

for physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing. It acts as a channel for receiving and sharing unconditional love, pure wisdom, and cosmic energy.

My Journey with Light Language

During one of my awakenings, my Light Language began to flow through me. Over the years, it has become woven into my everyday life, grounding and guiding me as it naturally emerges, even mid-conversation. This energy connects me with Spirit, my higher council, and my soul in profound ways, allowing me to channel healing for myself, my family, and my community. With this language, I have built a sacred inner sanctuary—a deep alignment with Spirit and my higher council.

As I created this Light Language course, each step was divinely guided— downloads flowed from my higher council, aligning this mission within me. This course is everything I have longed to offer, designed to guide you through your own activation, remembrance, and ascension, empowering you to embrace and integrate Light Language deeply into your life and community.

• Heal Emotional Wounds: Light Language bypasses the mind and goes straight to the heart, helping you release deep-seated emotional pain and trauma.

• Activate Your True Potential: The vibrations in Light Language activate dormant gifts and abilities, helping you step fully into your power.

• Connect to Source: It serves as a channel to connect you with higher guidance, aligning you with the universal energies that support your spiritual path.

• Deepen Your Spiritual Practice: Whether used in meditation, healing sessions, or rituals, Light Language enriches your connection with the divine and helps you access higher states of consciousness.

• Elevate your Holistic Business: Light Language allows you to expand your offerings by channeling energies and messages from ancient Earth beings, Elements, galactic realms, and more.

Whether you are new to spirituality, have recently gone through an awakening, or have been on this journey for some time, Light Language has something to offer you. It opens the door to deeper healing, clearer intuition, and a renewed sense of purpose.

In today’s fast-paced world, where many of us feel disconnected from our true selves, Light Language offers a way to remember who we are. It’s a powerful tool for transformation, healing, and spiritual evolution. If you feel called to unlock the wisdom of Light Language, now is the time. You already have everything within you—not only to activate your Light Language but to use it to heal the Earth, heal others, activate others, and connect directly to Source.

FEEDING THE SOUL.

Frequency is a term often used in scientific contexts, but it also holds deep spiritual significance. When viewed through a spiritual lens, frequency takes on a profound meaning, pointing to the vibrational energy that underlies all of existence.

“Being stuck in negativity is caused by four things: low personal vibration, improper use of willpower, not working harmoniously with waves and cycles, and not being fully present and aware in each moment.”- Penney Peirce

I really resonate with this quote because I feel the same way about life. I would say I’m still working on this concept myself. Sometimes, I know exactly what I’m doing wrong, but it’s hard to change it. This quote perfectly captures my thoughts on what I struggle with, and maybe you can relate too.

Willpower

This is something that helps raise your frequency. I feel like it means not listening to that voice in your head that wants to keep you comfortable, whatever that comfort looks like for you. It’s a constant battle not to give in to what feels easy, but doesn’t get you to where you want to be. For me, I understand how hard it is because even the simplest things can sometimes feel like they take so much effort. I wake up a lot of the time, and my brain is telling me, ‘I don’t want to go to

work,’ and it feels so intense. But when I get there, I always get a boost of energy and feed off the energy of others. It’s a constant reminder that I’m putting myself out there, and it always ends up lifting me up. Your brain has the ability to rewire itself through neuroplasticity. By regularly engaging in tasks that require effort or push you out of your comfort zone, you can stimulate new neural connections and promote brain growth!

“It’s a constant battle not to give in to what feels easy, but doesn’t get you to where you want to be. ”

Low personal vibration

I feel like this ties into the willpower element. If you’re not constantly putting yourself out there and making yourself uncomfortable, your brain can start to generate negative thoughts about yourself. For example, if I set a goal to exercise four times a week but I’m not following it through because my willpower isn’t there, I’ll start feeling bad about myself, daily, and this will cause a low personal vibration.

Working harmoniously with waves

Everyone has a personal vibration, and it is important to keep developing the skill of understanding and seeing people as they are. I feel like I’ve learned a lot over the past few months. I’ve recently moved to Canada and now work as a waitress in a restaurant, which has made it essential to develop people skills. I’ve met many people I don’t connect with on a vibrational level, but I’ve had to learn how to work with them. It takes a lot of kindness and patience, but also learning to disconnect from their problems so they don’t weigh on you.

Awareness

Something that I believe helps improve your frequency is analyzing your actions and not moving forward without being aware of why you do things. Sometimes, people go through the day without being intentional—it’s more about just ‘getting through the day’ rather than asking, ‘What can I do to make today better for myself?’ I like to ask myself, ‘Is this good for me?’ If the answer is no, I won’t do it. If it’s a yes, then I will. It’s such a simple question that gives you direction throughout the day.

A SPIRITUAL AWAKENING IN PITTENWEEM.

“Are you listening the journey to be truly human. Is to do with vibrating at a certain level and to hold a certain light. That light is to communicate with the unseen and seen worlds and as you let light in you will emanate and grow. The world’s greatest teachings are wasted until you are vibrating at a certain level. As knowledge is a rumour until it is truly in your being. As there are frequencies attached to the words.” – Gabriel

Michael: Coming out of the Shadows

In the idyllic fishing village of Pittenweem, on the east coast of Scotland, I found myself on a journey that felt like stepping back in time. At 5:00 am, the village’s quiet beauty unveiled its secrets, taking me on an unexpected spiritual adventure that ignited my creative spirit.

For seven years, a sketch of angel wings had lingered on my desk - a constant reminder of a dream yet to be realized. Each time I glanced at it, I felt a pang of unfinished business. Little did I know that my move to Pittenweem would catalyze this long-awaited creation.

While exploring the historical landmarks of my new home, I discovered Witchy Wynd; a narrow, winding street at the harbour’s far end. As I walked up its curling path, my senses heightened and I felt an extraordinary connection, as if tapping into a hidden essence or memory. It was an intense, familiar sensation, a clear sign of the spirit world reaching out to communicate.

That night, I returned home with my soul ablaze and the next morning, the feeling persisted. Compelled by an unseen force, I headed to my workshop at Dundee College where I had lectured for 21 years. In the workshop, the energy from Witchy Wynd burst forth. I began crafting shapes, polishing, and tarnishing with fire, creating what would become feathers and wings. My emotions surged, and tears flowed as I worked - each movement guided by a divine presence. The creation process felt unstoppable, as if I were a vessel for the angel Gabriel’s birth.

Curious about Witchy Wynd’s significance, I consulted a local historian. His revelations were astounding. In 1704, the very street where I lived was part of a tragic history. Five women of influence and wealth, along with three conspirators, were accused of witchcraft. They were tortured, chained and marched down Witchy Wynd to their grim fate. I have come to believe they left a hidden marker, waiting to be discovered.

I realized that I had found this marker. The intense spiritual activation I experienced was a connection to these women’s souls. Their story, interwoven with Pittenweem’s fabric, had reached across time to inspire my artistic creation.

From this profound experience, two pieces of metal sculpture were born to honour the Pittenweem witches. These sculptures stand as a testament to their story, a reminder of the hidden markers in our world waiting to be discovered and the unseen forces that guide us.

In this serene village, I discovered not only a connection to the past but also a profound sense of purpose. The spirit world

communicates in mysterious ways and, sometimes, we are chosen as vessels to bring forth its messages. My journey in Pittenweem has been one of wonderment, creativity and spiritual awakening, reminding us all to remain open to the hidden wonders that lie just beneath the surface of our everyday lives.

the frequency of connection

FEEL THE RHYTHM.

What do whale songs, planets, stars, moons and storms all have in common?

Each has its own signature frequency. Its own unique vibration.

And so do you.

The Earth has a resonance frequency of 7.83 Hz.

Blue Whale songs, 10 to 40 Hz.

The human body, 9 to 16 Hz.

The human heartbeat, 1 Hz.

The sun, 340,000,000,000 Hz.

The universe is filled with rhythmic cosmic pulsation.

What Is Hertz?

In 1864, Scottish physicist James Clerk Maxwell shook the scientific world when he proposed a relationship between electricity, magnetism and light — a prediction that would change the way we relate and interact with our world.

Maxwell discovered that electricity and magnetism are two aspects of the same force, traveling through space as waves of energy. These electromagnetic waveswhich include visible light, radio waves, and X-rays - move by oscillating as they travel through space, much like the way ripples move across water. The number

of times these waves oscillate per second gives us their frequency. The higher the frequency, the more energy the wave carries.

Maxwell’s prediction was tested and proven by Heinrich Rudolph Hertz in 1887. Hertz demonstrated that these electromagnetic waves were real and measurable.

Hertz’s work was so fundamental to our understanding of frequency, we now measure these cosmic pulses in hertz (Hz)one hertz equals one cycle per second.

Frequencies In Nature

Maxwell and Hertz’s discoveries opened our eyes to the invisible rhythms all around us, a revelation that led to the exploration of frequencies in nature and how they affect us. Without realizing it, we often feel drawn to the elements and frequencies in nature that balance us.

Earth

The Earth has a resonant frequency of 7.83 Hz, known as the Schumann Resonance, an atmospheric heartbeat created when lightning strikes send electromagnetic

waves bouncing between the Earth’s surface and the ionosphere.

This frequency is particularly remarkable because it falls within the same range as our brain’s alpha waves (8-13 Hz) — the brain state associated with calm alertness, meditation, and creativity. This may help explain why spending time in nature feels so restorative: our brains are literally “tuning in” to Earth’s natural rhythm.

Trees synchronize their growth patterns with the Schumann Resonance, animals align their biological rhythms with it — it is a planetary pulse that has been quietly influencing life on Earth for millions of years.

Air

Air carries sound and supports several complex frequency patterns you might not have imagined — did you know flocks of birds synchronize their wing beats (typically 3-13 Hz), creating spiraling air patterns called vortices? And that other birds, following behind, position themselves precisely in these upwardflowing vortices to catch a lift? The V-formation we often see in migrating

“We are frequency. Waves rippling out in every direction. ”

geese and other birds is an intricate relational choreography of frequency.

Even the gentlest rustle of leaves in a forest (around 2-4 Hz) creates a frequency pattern our bodies naturally recognize and respond to.

Water

Water, because we see, hear and feel its movement, is one of the most tangible ways we experience frequency. Ocean waves teach us entrainment - the natural tendency of rhythms to synchronize — waves gradually aligning their patterns until small ripples match larger swells, creating mesmerizing rhythmic patterns.

Entrainment is something that happens for us, too. When we’re near the ocean, our brainwaves synchronize with the rhythm of the sea (typically 0.1 Hz).

Fire

Fire flickers at a mesmerizing 7-10 Hz, remarkably close to our alpha brainwave frequency, the frequency associated with creativity and flow states. Like all flames, candlelight has a frequency, and when there are several candles near one another, their flames begin to synchronize in

coupled oscillation.

The crackling of a campfire follows distinct patterns, creating infrasonic frequencies (below 20 Hz) that research suggests may have helped our ancestors relax and bond.

What Is The Frequency Of Connection?

We are frequency. Waves rippling out in every direction. Forming alliances, telling our stories, creating our future. Frequency, by its very definition, is relationship. Two or more waves interacting to produce something greater than one wave alone.

Some frequencies appear within our perception, others exist beyond it. Yet, as fluid beings, we are awake, on some level, to them all.

The question, then, isn’t — what is the frequency of connection? The question is — what is connection?

Nature has given us the answer. Connection is . . . resonance . . . synchronization . . . entrainment . . . and coupled oscillation.

Try This

Invite a friend or lover to sit facing you.

Place your right hand on your partner’s heart.

Your partner places their right hand on your heart, too.

Your left hand melts on top of your partner’s hand resting on your heart. Your partner’s left hand melts on top of your hand on their heart.

Feel the waves of breath rise and fall in your bodies.

Connection, the mystery of frequency, was always here.

And now, you are too.

your patterns awareness of

ALIGN YOUR ENERGY, TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE.

In the world of metaphysics, a fundamental principle suggests that the frequency we tune into determines the reality we experience. This concept, bridging quantum physics, spirituality, and ancient wisdom, proposes that everything in the universe—including our thoughts, emotions, and even physical matter—vibrates at a unique frequency. By aligning with specific energies, we influence the events, relationships, and circumstances that unfold in our lives.

To put it simply, frequencies are patterns of energy. Just as radio waves operate on different frequencies, our thoughts and emotions emit their own energetic vibrations. Positive feelings like love, gratitude, and joy resonate at higher frequencies, while states like fear, anger, and resentment vibrate at lower frequencies. According to this principle, the vibrational state we hold most often acts as the lens through which we perceive and interact with the world.

At the heart of this idea is the concept of “like attracts like,” commonly known as the Law of Attraction. This means that by aligning with a particular frequency, we attract experiences and circumstances that match it. If a person consistently dwells in a state of gratitude and abundance, they are said to attract

more situations that reinforce those feelings. Conversely, those who habitually focus on scarcity, anger, or fear might find themselves encountering more experiences that mirror these lower vibrational states.

This vibrational dynamic can also be observed in human relationships. We are naturally drawn to people whose energy matches or complements our own. For example, a person with a positive outlook on life will tend to attract similarly optimistic and supportive individuals, while those harboring negativity may find themselves surrounded by others who reflect that same frequency. Our energy not only influences who we interact with but also how those interactions unfold.

“The frequency we attune to acts as a filter through which we engage with the world.”

Another dimension of how frequency shapes our reality lies in our perception. Two individuals can experience the same event yet interpret it in completely different ways, depending on the frequency to which they are attuned. A person vibrating at a higher frequency

may perceive challenges as opportunities for growth, while someone in a lower vibrational state might view the same situation as a setback or threat. Our frequency influences the way we perceive the world and shapes the narrative we create around our experiences.

To consciously shape our reality, we can work on raising our vibration through mindfulness, meditation, positive thinking, and emotional self-regulation. By becoming aware of our emotional and mental patterns, we can shift our internal state and begin to attract experiences that align with higher frequencies. Cultivating gratitude, love, and compassion, for instance, can help elevate our vibrational frequency and lead to a more fulfilling and harmonious reality.

In essence, the frequency we attune to acts as a filter through which we engage with the world. By consciously raising our vibration, we can influence not only our inner state but also the external reality we experience, manifesting a life that is aligned with our values and higher aspirations.

Our Energy Shapes Our Lives

life full of intention

HARNESSING THE POWER WITHIN.

Every day, we are surrounded by energies and vibrations that shape how we feel, think, and act. Frequency is the underlying force that connects everything in our world, from the hum of a city to the peaceful flow of a river. Just like a tuning fork, each of us is constantly “tuning” ourselves through our thoughts, actions, and the energy we embody. Understanding frequency isn’t just a concept; it’s a way of tuning into a higher consciousness that opens us to a more fulfilling, authentic life. As Nikola Tesla once said:

“If you want to know the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.”

When we talk about frequency, we are really talking about the level of energy we radiate and absorb. Everything, from our emotions to our thoughts, carries a frequency, and the vibration we hold affects what we attract. It’s one of the reasons why you might feel “off” around certain people or “lit up” around others. The frequency you carry will either resonate with or repel the people, experiences, and environments around you. This is why awareness of frequency is such a powerful tool for transformation. When we make a conscious choice to raise our frequency, we shift into a state of greater possibility, compassion, and ease.

Raising your frequency starts with self-awareness. Begin by observing your inner dialogue: Is it one of criticism or compassion? Do you hold space for love and gratitude? The more you focus on high-frequency emotions like gratitude, love, and peace, the more you raise your own vibration. It’s essential to understand that low-frequency states like anger, guilt, and shame, while natural at times, keep us locked in loops that don’t serve our highest purpose. By recognizing these states without judgment and choosing to work through and release them, you make space for higher, more empowering frequencies to enter your life.

Practical steps can help you tune into a higher frequency each day. Meditation is one of the simplest ways to connect with your inner energy, realigning your mind, body, and spirit to a place of peace. I always remind people that the breath itself is a powerful frequency tool. Taking deep, conscious breaths resets your system, calms your nervous system, and anchors you in the present. Gratitude practices are also immensely powerful; they help you step into a vibration of abundance and appreciation, naturally elevating your frequency.

Surrounding yourself with positive environments and people who uplift you is another critical element. Just as you would be selective about what you eat to nourish your body, it’s equally important to be

intentional about the energies you allow into your life.

People can be either radiators or drains, and I suggest staying away from the drains. Spend time in nature, create spaces that feel inspiring, and connect with people who help you grow and challenge you in meaningful ways.

Remember, frequency is not just a fleeting state; it’s a continuous practice. Every moment is an opportunity to tune in, recalibrate, and choose a frequency that aligns with your highest good. As you raise your frequency, you not only transform your own life but also contribute to a higher collective energy, creating a ripple effect of positivity that can inspire others.

So, as you go about your day, check in with yourself. Notice your energy, become aware of your thoughts, and consciously raise your frequency through love, kindness, and gratitude. This practice doesn’t just make life more joyful; it connects you to a field of infinite possibilities. Embrace the power of frequency, and watch how it shapes a life filled with purpose, peace, and profound connection.

It’s been 16 years now since I began practising and sharing The Work of Byron Katie—first as a seeker and inquirer, and since 2012, as a Certified Facilitator. Sometimes referred to as inquiry-based stress reduction practice or simply The Work, it remains the most incredible way to cut straight to the core of who I am—my true nature. It helps me to identify the stories and beliefs I hold onto that cause suffering, and it guides me into a healthy relationship with my thoughts. It’s a practice of deep awareness and meditation.

I love how Eckhart Tolle and Byron Katie, when asked in an interview to describe their approaches, put it: Eckhart is the What, and Katie is the How.

For me, this journey began on the evening my ex-husband left the house, at the start of our separation and divorce. With two small children, my world fell apart—everything I had held dear and dreamed of was destroyed. He had fallen in love with another woman. Thoughts and beliefs such as ‘This shouldn’t have

happened,’ ‘He betrayed me,’ ‘My family is destroyed,’ ‘I am a failure,’ ‘People think I am a failure,’—and that ever-so-powerful core belief, ‘I am unlovable,’—plagued my mind.

I began using the four questions of The Work to question every single stressful belief that arose, like ‘This shouldn’t have happened.’ 1) Is it true? 2) Can I absolutely know that this is true? 3) How do I react, and what happens, when I believe the thought ‘This shouldn’t have happened’? I feel sad, lonely, worthless, and hopeless. I retreat from life, make myself small, obsess over all the things I did or didn’t do to cause this, and feel angry and full of rage towards him. 4) Who would I be without the thought? Calmer, present, connected to myself, free.

Then there’s the last part of The Work, the turnarounds, which help us to see the same situation from different perspectives. For example, ‘This should have happened.’ Well, it did—reality is clear. He didn’t keep me trapped in a

“When you do The Work, you see who you are by seeing who you think other people are. Eventually you come to see that everything outside you is a reflection of your own thinking. You are the storyteller, the projector of all stories, and the world is the projected image of your thoughts.” Byron Katie

marriage he didn’t want to be in; he let me go. If I love him (and I still do), then I want him to be happy and free.

As the years have gone on, I revisit this turnaround almost every time I give a workshop or work with a client, and I continue to find examples of why it should have happened. I got to return to Ireland, and my children grew up surrounded by their extended family. I had to completely rediscover who I was and learn to stand on my own two feet. Through my own experience of self-stigma in divorce, I set up a non-profit organisation, Beyond Stigma, which supports people living with HIV, sex workers, women who have experienced violence, and others in moving from self-stigma to self-worth.

‘It should have happened’—the reasons are endless at this point, and I am left with enormous gratitude for having moved through a divorce with love.

The Work, these four questions, and turnarounds can be used for all stressful thoughts, whatever the situation. For years, I have hosted retreats and workshops and worked with people on communication and leadership in organisations and companies, as well as on issues around relationships, day-to-day stressors, child abuse, cancer, overweight, shame, stigma, rejection, death, war, and many more. To this day, there is no thought or belief that cannot be met with The Work. Byron Katie calls it “checkmate for the mind.”

A beautiful way I can support myself in this practice is to ask, when I encounter pain and suffering: do I want to be right, or do I want to be free?

THE BIG LOVE TOUR.

“A smile can shift your energy and open your heart, uplifting both you and others.”
Interviewed by Paul Congdon
Text Aiste S.Gram

It was a pleasure to sit down with Lee Harris, a globally acclaimed energy intuitive, channeler, author, and musician. We discussed frequency, awakening, and his upcoming The Big Love Tour—his first European tour, which kicks off in Dublin on January 3rd. Excitement is already building around this unique event, promising a transformative journey through guided meditations, channelling, and live music.

Frequency and Awareness

In alignment with this issue’s theme, we first asked Lee to share his insights on frequency. According to him, frequency is the rate at which we vibrate, influencing not only how we feel internally but also how others perceive us. “If you’re irritated or angry about something, you’re in a frequency of irritation,” Lee explained. “That energy can be felt by those around you. But when you’re open-hearted and loving, that’s your frequency, and others feel that too.”

He emphasizes that we all have the power to shift our frequency, and in doing so, we can influence the collective energy around us. However, this shift requires awareness—recognizing when we’re in a wounded or contracted state and when we’re in a more expansive, open state. By tuning into these shifts, Lee believes, we can contribute to healing and transformation, both for ourselves and for the world.

Path of Awakening

Lee believes that our transformation as humans happens in layers. “Awakening, at first, brings things you’ll love and things you might feel confused or in conflict with,” he explains. “But there will be enough moments of joy and discovery that make the journey worth it.” As you continue on the path, he says, more and more is revealed. “It’s like cleaning out all the closets inside you and letting them rebirth energetically.

You become a more receptive vessel, and as a result, you’re able to transform not only some of your relationship dynamics but also open yourself up to deeper levels of consciousness, presence, intuition, creativity, and gifts.” However, to tap into these gifts, Lee

emphasizes the importance of doing the inner work. “We have to clear out layers of societal programming and conditioning— the voices from our childhood and beyond—before we can fully open ourselves to what’s possible,” he shares.

Living in the Light

For those committed to brightening rather than darkening the world, Lee believes the mission is clear—and more important than ever. “Whether you’re someone who does this publicly, like we do, or within your community or on your street, the work remains the same.” For Lee, his work, which reaches many, isn’t confined to large audiences or events. It’s also about how he shows up in everyday situations—whether with his mother, in a taxi, at the store, or at a dinner party with strangers. “The question is: How are you contributing to illumination? Are you creating it? Are you magnetizing it?”

Of course, there will be days when we don’t feel illuminated, Lee acknowledges, as we all face personal challenges. “And that’s okay,” he adds. “On those days, take care of yourself, heal, work on what you need to reset, and when you’re ready, you’ll be able to continue your path.”

The Z’s, the guides Lee channels, refer to those on the path of illumination as “Bridges to Consciousness.” However, this doesn’t mean we are always in that state—because, as humans, we have our own lessons and struggles to navigate. But ultimately, that is our mission. Whether you’re walking a path of love, forgiveness, compassion, or uplifting others, your purpose lies within this greater sphere. Reconnecting with and engaging in that purpose is how so many of us find a deep sense of fulfillment and connection.

Small Acts, Big Impact

One simple way to shift our frequency, Lee suggests, is through something as simple as a smile. “The act of smiling can shift your own energy and open your heart,” he explains. “Even when we invite ourselves to smile, it not only lifts others, but it also uplifts us.” A smile, he believes, is a simple yet profound way to alter our frequency and invite more positivity into our lives. And there’s more. “Let’s say we’re not having the best day. I’ve experienced

this myself many times—you’re at the checkout in a store, and the person serving you is unexpectedly kind and friendly. Suddenly, everything shifts. The energy around you changes, and it can even affect the person standing behind you.”

The Big Love Tour

Lee describes the Big Love Tour experience as a “spiritual variety show,” though he prefers the term “experience” because of the deep, transformative energy it provides. Over the course of the evening, Lee channels guidance from the Z’s, answers questions, shares stories, and leads the audience through guided meditations. Almost everything is improvised. Days or hours before each show, Lee channels the theme for the night—something specific to that city, group, and moment. This theme often reflects the collective energy in the room, guiding the evening’s flow.

Throughout the night, the energy is further enhanced by music, which adds depth and resonance to the experience. Davor Bozic, composer, musician, and Lee’s longtime collaborator, provides a live musical soundtrack that intuitively responds to the evening’s energy. In addition to this, there are about 11 prearranged songs throughout the night, a few of which invite the audience to sing along. “These simple, beautiful songs allow people to integrate the teachings, weaving an additional layer of healing into the experience,” Lee explains.

Lee believes that the mixture of humor, energy teachings, channeled information, and music helps create a multi-dimensional experience that leaves attendees feeling uplifted and connected. It truly sounds like a one-of-a-kind experience, and we can’t wait to see Lee in Dublin. Will you be joining us?

living thefrequency of love

WELCOME IN THE NEW EARTH.

It was a pleasure to sit down with Ella Ringrose on the 18th of October at the United Arts Club. Ella spoke to us about her ever-evolving journey of living a heart-centred life and shared her eight guiding principles for navigating this time of transition to the New Earth. Her insights are perfectly aligned with our theme of Frequency.

Ella is a Physic, Healer, and Thought Leader from Ireland. Her mission is to awaken humanity to its multidimensional power and help usher in a New Paradigm to Earth.

When asked how her journey began, Ella shared that she had always been highly sensitive, even as a child, though at the time she didn’t fully understand what was happening. She struggled at school, was diagnosed with dyslexia and dyspraxia, and often felt out of place. Then one day, and she believes it was the first time she heard Spirit talk to her, she received guidance to drop out of school. And so, she did. It was an unsettling period, but her brother filled her bookshelf with hundreds of self-development and spiritual books. One of them, Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway by Susan Jeffers, had a profound impact on her and inspired her to finally start making YouTube videos - something she had always wanted to do.

But it wasn’t until her twenties that everything finally clicked into place for Ella. She was living in Canada at the time, still feeling lost. Despite considering herself an atheist back then, she humbly said a prayer and asked for help. The very next day, she was guided to a bookstore, where she discovered Super Attractor by Gabrielle Bernstein, and experienced her first shift and a beautiful vision of

glowing light. She bought the book, read it immediately, and that’s when everything truly began. ‘It all happened overnight,’ Ella laughs. The angels, the guides—everything started pouring in, and she believes that’s when her awakening took place. From that point onward, she began exploring and practising her psychic gifts. To date, she’s done over a thousand readings, along with numerous videos and interviews, sharing her light and wisdom with the world.

When asked about her view on the differences between the Guides and the Angels, Ella shared that Angels feel lighter to her, almost like a warm embrace. She believes they come from a higher realm, embodying a more nurturing and supportive energy. In contrast, Guides are more grounded to the Earth plane and are there to encourage you to get down to business. So if you need some softening, turn to the Angels; but if you require direct advice on action, seek out the Guides. Even if both are a little different, at the end of the day, it’s all for the Highest Good.

The eight principles Ella shared with the audience came to her as downloads during her time living in ten different countries. She explained that she was absorbing codes or lessons in each location, and it was through this process that she received the gift she now shares with others.

Paul asked how much attention we should pay to what’s happening in the world right now, and Ella responded that it’s about being conscious without feeding into it. Her guides always tell her, ‘When you have the information, you are in the light.’ She illustrated this by describing a scenario in a dark room where you hear

something frightening; when you turn on the light, you see it’s just a bird that’s gotten into the room and is flapping its wings. Awareness can ease some of our fear.

There’s a lot of talk in the spiritual community about the New Earth and the date it will fully manifest, making it easy to fall into a pattern of waiting for good times to come. Instead, Ella suggests that we can choose to live in the frequency of the New Earth now, becoming the ones who help usher it in. The journey to the New Earth is an inside journey; it’s an individual shift. This is happening every day as people begin to question and awaken to their own divinity.

Ella reminds us once again that the outside is a mirror of the inside. You can choose to “inhibit joy or create your own vortex, your own matrix, your own system of love and light within your being, and let that ripple out.” Let love be your greatest guiding force.

To Ella, 5D energy appears as a massive ball of orange light, which she describes as vibrant and joyous. She reminds us that spirituality doesn’t always have to be so serious—connecting to Source can also be playful and light. And so watching a good comedy can sometimes be just as impactful as meditating. Ella believes that children naturally embody this higher frequency and encourages us to follow their example.

Let us not forget that living in Love is also living in Joy. May our embodiment of the New Earth pave the way for others.

Ella Ringrose interviewed by Paul Congdon.

8 principles to embody the New Earth

1. Abundance is your natural state of being. When you are contracted or in scarcity, remember your true nature of infinite light; contraction is our default, not our natural state of being. Continue to expand your light, even when it challenges you.

2. Oneness in everything. The dark, the bad, the ugly, the light, the love—it is all one and stems from the One. See oneself in every person you cross and remember that oneness is our primordial state. We are connected to everything. In this understanding, we stop fighting, and we remember.

3. Be like God. Remember God as a powerful source that floods within you. You too are God.

4. Let life show you the way by going within yourself. Let life be your compass and symbol for what needs tweaking and shifting within.

5. Everything, absolutely everything, is a choice. You can choose a high-achieving path or a slow, encompassing path. Neither is easier or harder, as all holds the power of your choice. Choose the reality you wish to live in.

6. Life is for LOVE, simple as that.

7. To be grateful is to know this experience is a blessing of creation.

8. You are a creational being and create all through your thought, word, and focus.

ROBERT SHEEHAN PLAYS DEAD & COMES BACK TO LIFE.

Interviewed by Paul Congdon
Text by Alison McEvoy

“The true meditative journey really only starts once you put the books down and everything else, all the instruction manuals and stuff.” (Rob Sheehan)

To put the book down you must have picked the book up and, furthermore, to have read the book. So, let’s rewind.

Robert Sheehan, Irish actor and author spoke to us recently about his meditative memoir ‘Playing Dead’;

“The mission is about having a laugh while talking about meditation at the same time...this subject can get very heavy and the mission of the book was to avoid that and have chats about it like it was just some friends down the pub or around the campfire.”

THE PROMISE OF MATERIALISM

It is tempting to think that more money, more material resources, would bring us peace and happiness. Some of us fall out of love with that dream and some of us never truly do. When we do, the simple pleasures of life start to shine as the gold dust they really are. Rob’s story shows how he fell out of love with the promise of success and wealth by climbing right to it’s pinnacle;

“I was working away quite a lot in my late twenties and my life was, materially, going well on the surface. I was achieving the things that I set out to achieve..I told myself, unconsciously, that these things would make me whole...happy in the eyes of other people and in myself. So all of that was happening...and it was making me really miserable.”

RECONNECT WITH SELF

When you’ve achieved what you’re striving for, whatever that may be, only to find that it does not deliver beyond it-in-itself, you are left with your self. The self that started dreaming, hoping, wishing and wanting.

We all wish and want our way away from ourselves for various reasons. It can, as Rob says, be “so difficult to be with myself.”

“I thought, if there’s some sort of brokenness here...then there must be a benefit to sitting down...taking a look and seeing what’s going on and make more sense of it.”

We might see the brokenness and the broken connection to the self, of the Self. When they reconnect, and we are our Self looking at our self, we may experience reconnection and a sense of wholeness.

As lovely as that sounds and is, it’s not all that easy. That’s where we might find ourselves picking up the books and manuals

- helping us to reorient, console and bolster ourselves.

SLOW + STEADY

“I thought, this is a deep set problem, so I’m going to give it 6 months to a year…. About a year in, I’d gotten used to inwardness and found there to be massive, unfolding, interesting benefits to turning my focus inwards and discerning more and more about the thing we call the Self.”

“The experience of the Self will unfold...but that does take time because we’ve been conditioned for life and it takes a while to dismantle that conditioning.”

SIFTING THROUGH THE ‘MENTAL TALK’

One thing we often get bombarded with when we stop to sit and be, or meditate, is “mental talk”.

“Don’t demonize the mental talk. That’s a pitfall of meditation practice, one that happens early on.”

“Try the labelling technique. So a mental form comes into your mind and you’re relaxed enough to notice it...a surface mind thought...and then slap a little post-it note label on it. An imaginary post-it note is a great technique for learning the themes of the mental forms that are popping up in your head.”

“When you realize how basic they are...it sort of undermines the former authority that your surface mind, that you gave so much of your energy to, used to have.”

When you are relaxed enough to notice your thought forms, and prepared enough to label them for what they are ex. future worry, past annoyance, wishful thought etc. then eventually you start to notice the space between the coming and going of those thought forms. In this space between you begin to explore the realm of the Self;

“The post-it note pops onto the thought and then it disappears and what you’re left with is the great, infinite, perceptual newness. So it words in two ways; it helps you to see those thoughts for what they are...but it also points your focus down into the eternal ocean that is you, and all of the endless potential for exploration deep into that and all of the wonderful layers you can embody not just the frequency that allows for these thoughts, but there are lower and lower and lower frequencies that you can tune into, like a radio.”

EXPLORE YOUR ENTIRE HUMAN BEINGNESS

“A human is like a reality radio and there are all these different stations with different insights, inspiration...and it’s about learning how to tune, naturally, lovingly, out of one and into another.”

“That’s the potential of meditation. You learn so much more about how this human being thing works. You enrich human beings by teaching them human beingness, along with teaching them facts about stuff. The facts mean nothing unless there’s personal development, emotional maturity and dare I say spiritual maturity.”

Ultimately, achieving in the world is not the cake, but the cherry on top of sweet comfort of living close to one’s true Self. We can weather the thought forms, or actual storms, with so much more grace and steadiness when we know ourselves, where our real value and truth lies – within.

GIVE IT TIME

“I don’t think there is a great deal of complexity to what we’re talking about, I think the complexity comes in the practice of it… The difficulty is in actually sitting down and making time for oneself...and giving it time.”

So if you’d like to sit down and give yourself a head-start, Rob’s book is available in bookstores now.

@rozzymikes

how often do you feed your sourdough

FOLLOWING TRADITION.

“It’s important to feed it every day. If you skip a day it will be okay, but not any longer than that”, says Beoreg to Lois handing over the sourdough starter, she must “keep alive, play it music and learn to bake with”. (From Sourdough – A Novel by Robin Sloane, a highly entertaining read!)

This is miles away from the conversation of the ‘social media sourdough community’ with varying degrees from the sometimes gibberish to the obsessive. If you google ‘How often should you feed your sourdough starter?’ the advice is from once a day to once a week, once every two weeks, two feedings a day at 12-hour intervals, to specific ratios from 1:1:1, even up to 1:5:5. Compared to today’s world of sourdough baking, my sourdough world as a young boy was quite a simple one. Growing up in Germany in the 50’s, in a small village with two grain mills and two bakeries, and being told by our parents that eating “Schwarzbrot macht die Wangen rot” (“eating brown bread gives you rosy cheeks”) I am naturally immune to the sourdough hype, and I confess that I’m highly biased when it comes to sourdough bread.

Bread culture is based on fermentation

Bread is ingrained in German culture and in every traditional bakery. The oldest bakery in Germany still trading was founded in 1573 and has its own ‘secret’ sourdough recipe. Sourdough fermentation is the foundation of German bread making and even as baker’s yeast became popular for all other types of breads at the end of the 19th century, sourdough continued to be used for rye breads.

Rye grain and sourdough

I learned that to ‘unlock’ all the nutrients from rye grain it needs to undergo a long fermentation with sourdough which develops natural lactic acid bacteria and yeast. Yeast alone is not enough to fully release the rye nutrients and flavour. Rye flour contains less gluten than wheat, which is why rye bread is denser and doesn’t rise as high as wheat bread. This is where sourdough comes into the picture. The long fermentation process

(anything from 12 – 48 hours) promotes the acidification of the dough, which allows the dough to rise properly and to obtain a good crumbly structure, leading to a much longer shelf life and the unique tangy flavour

Of all grains rye has the highest content of dietary fibre. In addition, rye is rich in minerals, vitamins and other micronutrients, which are located mainly in the outer layers of the grain, which is why whole grain breads (‘Vollkornbrot’) are very popular. Research shows sourdough breads cause fewer spikes in blood sugar and improve absorption of minerals

The dilution of the meaning of sourdough

Working with sourdough is very different than working with yeast dough. Apart from flour, water, starter and salt, sourdough needs time. This is probably the reason that baking with sourdough became “a thing” during the pandemic, when everybody had time. At present the real meaning of sourdough (four basic ingredients plus time) has often been diluted in such a way, that all there is left is the “fashion of sourdough”, culminating in menu descriptions like “scrambled egg on sourdough”, when in fact you get a slice of white bread which has many more ingredients, prominent amongst them being white wheaten flour and yeast. Using baker’s yeast to produce a loaf of sourdough bread is like doping the starter, thus reducing time and increasing profit. I am not against bread produced with yeast, I enjoy it, what I don’t enjoy is the inflationary use of the word sourdough without any real meaning. Just read the label or ask your bakery what is in the bread and you will see.

20 loaves and a sourdough starter

When we arrived in our camper-van in 1985 to settle in Ireland we brought along twenty loaves of rye sourdough, a big jar with a sourdough starter, 25 kilos of rye grain and a hand operated grain mill (the legendary Green Diamant, the grain mill for a lifetime) and more or less from day one we did bake our bread daily. The recipe we used at the time is still much the same we use today, nearly 40 years later. And yes we still bake our 100 per cent organic whole meal rye bread, albeit using an electrical grain mill, an electrical dough mixer and electrical bread baking oven.

Baking at Neantog

We always start the process early in the morning, mixing freshly milled flour with water and our starter. In the evening (about 12 hours later) we add more flour, water, salt and traditional spices like caraway and coriander, sometimes we add also seeds. We let it ferment for an hour or so, knock it back and fill the dough into tins and let ferment again until it has risen sufficiently. Then we bake at an initial temperature of 250° C for 15 mins, reduce the temperature to 180° C and bake for another 50 mins or so.

We bake a monthly supply and freeze the loaves, therefore our starter will be kept in the fridge for up to four weeks. Coming back to our initial question: How often do you feed your sourdough? We take the starter out of the fridge and refresh over a two day period, feeding the starter with freshly milled flour and water.

Our recipe for making a starter and baking sourdough bread is in “Neantog Cookbook – Gaby’s favourite recipes” now in its 7th edition.

“ At present the real meaning of sourdough (four basic ingredients plus time) has often been diluted...”

NUTRITIOUS WINTER RECIPES.

BEETROOT CARPACCIO WITH FETA CHEESE, ROCKET AND SUNFLOWER SEEDS

Serves 6.

Ingredients:

• 5 - 6 cooked beetroot, large (approx. 500 g), peeled

• 180 g rocket leaves

• 200g feta cheese

• 1 Tbsp walnut or olive oil, plus extra for drizzling

• Drizzle of white or dark balsamic or wine vinegar

• Toasted sunflower seeds

• 2 pinches, fine sea salt

Optional extra:

• 50g walnut halves

Method;

1 Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

2 Wash the beets then trim off all but about 1 inch of the beet greens. Leaving on the stem helps keep the beets from “bleeding out” too much red juice.

3 Once the water is boiling, add the beets. Boil 20-50 minutes. Smaller beets take about 20 minutes until tender when pierced with a knife. Larger ones can take up to 50 minutes.

4 Allow the beets to cool for a few minutes, then rub or peel off the skin.

5 Slice the beets into thin rounds and display them on a big plate or on smaller individual plates.

6 Crumble the feta cheese over the beets.

7 Put a good heap of the rocket leaves in the middle and season with a pinch of sea salt and a good drizzle of olive or walnut oil and balsamic or wine vinegar.

8 Sprinkle the toasted sunflower seeds over the dish.

CELERIAC SCHNITZEL

Celeriac, also called celery root, is perfect for recreating a schnitzel, a famous dish of Austria and very popular in Germany. It is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and simply delicious! You can pre-cook the celeriac slices for a few minutes, if you like it soft, but there is no real need to precook the celeriac root, just peel, slice and batter! It has a soft, tender texture with a great bite to it.

Serves 2-4 depending on size of celeriac

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup or more if needed spelt or gluten-free flour

• 1 egg, whisked (vegan egg replacement below)

• Bread crumbs

• Salt and pepper, to taste

• 1 Celeriac

• Olive, avocado or coconut oil

Method;

1 Prepare three plates – one with the flour, one with the whisked egg and one with a thick layer of bread crumbs. I season all of them with a little salt and pepper.

2 Peel celeriac and slice into thin cutlets (around 2.5-5mm thick).

3 Coat each piece in the flour, then dip in the whisked egg, and then cover with bread crumbs.

4 Heat oil in a pan; then fry the celeriac schnitzels on each side until golden. Transfer to absorbent paper to drain.

Serving options:

- 2 slices of lemon

- Potato salad or mash, potato chips or wedges

- Mushroom sauce

- Green salad

- Kimchi

Note To make your own breadcrumbs, I usually toast the cornbread we get in Lyon’s bakery and pulse it in a food processor until it reaches a fine consistency - but you can use any bread for this. Make the bread crumbs whenever you’ve got excess bread, pop them in a jar and store them in the freezer until you are ready to use them! Alternatively, use shop bought ones.

Vegan egg replacement - Combine ¼ cup gram flour, ¼ cup water,

1 tbsp tamari sauce and a pinch pepper into a smooth batter.

Celeriac Health Properties - Celeriac is high in fiber and a good source of vitamins B6, C and K. It also contains important minerals such as phosphorus, potassium and manganese. What’s more, it’s low in fat and calories.

There may be an initial stressful event that precedes Insomnia. There was a moment when you slept little, your brain took notice and perceived it as a threat. Insomnia is the fear of not sleeping. The fear occurs when your brain determines that not sleeping is a threat to our safety and survival.

Essentially, it’s a survival mechanism expressed in the form of fear.

After a few nights of lying awake in bed, feeling the torture of being wide awake while everyone else is sleeping, the brain interprets it as a threat and goes into a heightened state of alertness often referred to as hyper-arousal.

Hyper-arousal interrupts our natural sleep drive, your brain files not sleeping into the Hard-drive of your survival system, now anything that threatens sleep will set off a cycle of fear that triggers Insomnia.

Hyper-arousal can present in many ways—rapid heart rate, difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, panic. Remember sleep is a passive process, so any attempt to control it will backfire. Sleep happens in the absence of effort, when were not trying, this is why sleep hygiene is not really successful. Its really an effort to control sleep.

Insomnia thrives on anything we do with the intention of producing sleep. Sleep efforts include black out blinds, melatonin, sleep aids, medication, relaxation exercises, wind down rituals, baths, soothing sounds. Lavender and on and on. These all have one thing in common they tell the brain there is a problem and I need to control sleep. This further heightens the hyper-arousal. This fuels Insomnia because the intention is to produce sleep. Now that we know what keeps the struggle going its time to move in the opposite direction.

Stopping the cycle

While we cannot actively control the passive process of sleep - we can control our response to it, and that’s where our power lies.

Be kind and compassionate to yourself because when you are hard on yourself it keeps you stuck in the negative loop. So, kindness to yourself helps gets you unstuck.

1. Let go of struggling during the day and especially at night.

2. Release all your attention and focus away from Insomnia.

3. Let go of all the sleep efforts that are fuelling it.

4. Befriend wakefulness. Make a friend out of a foe, because when you befriend wakefulness, you tell the brain there is nothing to fear.

5. Notice and observe the thoughts and emotions that are fuelling it e.g., what if I

never sleep again? How will I get through tomorrow? What effect is this having on my health. I need eight hours of sleep, my Insomnia is worse than other people, there must be something wrong with me.

6. Remember, thoughts create feelings, which in turn create emotions. Insomnia is fueled by negative emotions such as fear, frustration, hopelessness, and isolation.

7. Getting eight hours of sleep is a common misconception. There is no ideal amount of sleep, and this belief only adds more pressure.

8. Understand that waking up is considered normal a few times a night for everyone. It is not a threat.

9. Look at unhelpful habits like I didn’t sleep last night so I’m going to bed at eight tonight. This has a negative effect on your sleep drive and usually you lie awake in bed. Rather than waiting until you’re tired.

There is nothing broken in you and underneath the fear and hyper-arousal your sleep system is still in tact and it knows exactly what to do given the right circumstances i.e., when the fear and hyper arousal are reduced.

Regaining trust in your own ability to sleep opens life up again; it feels expansive – it feels like freedom.

TREAT YOUR SKIN RIGHT.

“The skin is a barrier that can allow things to move into the body… What I am putting on my skin right now - is this something I would put into my mouth?” (Dr Ben Bikman)

This quote describes exactly how I feel about skincare. I got used to reading ingredient lists from having a severe food intolerance. I was horrified at the ingredients in skincare and make up products. I decided to make a skincare range that would combine herbs and carrier oils to benefit the skin.

Drawing on my herbal knowledge, I use herbs such as Dang Gui (Angelica sinensis) and Mai Men Dong (Ophiopogonis) for their actions to nourish and invigorate blood, nourish body fluids along with carrier oils such as rice bran oIl (oryza sativa) - rich in fatty acids, vitamins and antioxidants for the skin - sesame seed oil (sesamum indicum) which provides moisturization and conditioning whilst also pulling the cream down into the deeper layers of the skin. We do have to use emulsifiers and a preservative but have kept those as natural as possible.

The Angelica Range, contains a Night Cream, a Day Cream and a Face Oil, and is formulated to suit mature or dry skin. The Night Cream is a denser cream, formulated for night time use. Our Day Cream is lighter, absorbs easily and sits well under make-up. Our Face Oil is a touch of luxury! Some use it on its own and others use it with the Night Cream. The same oils are present in all three products at varying levels.

Product development has taken about 30 months - making batches, getting feedback and adjusting the formulation. Our products are laboratory tested, paraben free and are not tested on animals. They are also suitable for vegans.

We will soon be releasing our cleanser to the market and, next year, will release our Revitalize Range which I am very excited about!

Your Bliss Bubble STAY CONNECTED

I’m sure Pam Gregory needs no introduction. A master astrologer and thought leader, she inspires thousands every day through her YouTube channel. As we transition through turbulent times, she continually invites us to stay grounded and connected in love and peace. One of her key teachings is the importance of spending daily time in our own personal “Bliss Bubbles.”

Inspired by this concept, I’ve gathered some simple tools and ideas to help you ground yourself and stay connected. Even just a few minutes a day can have a profound effect on one’s state of being and the levels of peace we experience.

1. Engage Your Senses

Take a moment to taste or smell something you absolutely love. Really indulge in it. Think about the foods from your childhood that bring comfort (and especially those that bring joy!). Allow yourself to buy and enjoy them—savor the taste and fully immerse yourself in the experience.

Listen closely to music or the sounds of nature. Try listening without multitasking—focus entirely on the sound. Notice the subtle nuances, the layers, and textures. At first, this may feel challenging, but conscious listening can reveal the magic hidden within the sound. Lately, I’ve been enjoying Franco Bochicchio’s music on InsightTimer, and I find it wonderfully uplifting. Observe the small details in the world around you. When I was at drama

“Time can stop when we are immersed in joy, in gratitude, and in peace.”

school, our teacher would ask us to simply observe an object from nature. It could be anything that caught our attention: a leaf, a small stalk of a plant, or a pebble. The goal was to take it all in without adding any story—just being with it, exactly as it is. There is real magic in this practice; sometimes, simply stopping and observing something consciously can bring us a deep sense of wonder.

2. Centre with Breath

Try the Yogic Baby Belly Breath or another method that focuses on lengthening your exhale, such as the 4-7-8 breathing technique. Don’t forget to include gaps after your exhale. Pam Gregory wonderfully likens this gap to reaching a “zero point”—a peaceful space from which we can create. This place of calm helps us connect with ourselves, and from there, we can ripple that peace outward into our reality.

3. Energize Your Body

Whether it’s a gym session, a dance in the kitchen, or a quick yoga practice, movement generates endorphins and boosts one’s energy. Set a timer for 5 minutes, pick your favorite upbeat song, and let your body move freely. You’ll truly feel the difference.

4. Imagine

Imagination is our greatest tool. Try recalling a happy memory or thinking about someone you love unconditionally. Visualize them clearly in your mind’s eye— really see and sense the details—and allow

yourself to feel the love and joy.

5. Gather In Joy

Sometimes, we refresh ourselves simply by being around like-minded people. If possible, connect with others and share joy. Dancing together, sharing a song, or just being in the same space can lift your spirits. Collective joy has a powerful manifesting energy, and when we come together in happiness, it amplifies the positive energy we send out into the world. On time

I know our lives can be busy, and I’m guilty of feeling pressed for time too. But time is also a matter of perception. I invite you to experiment—set a timer for just 15 minutes today and engage in any of the activities mentioned above, or create your own way to experience bliss. You might be surprised at how expansive those 15 minutes can feel. Time can stop when we are immersed in joy, in gratitude, and in peace.

And if you really find it hard to carve out those moments, Pam Gregory suggests at least setting an intention. One powerful affirmation to carry with you each day is: “I am welcoming in an expanded consciousness of Love.”

Let’s all commit to moments of bliss each day and send positive ripple effects to those around us, starting from within.

A Hug In A Mug

GENUINE

One of my most recent intuitive whispers led me to making my own chai. I bring it everywhere, it soothes and invigorates me in any given moment. The action of grinding with a pestle and mortar also connects me to something grounding and ancient.

When I learned that Chai crew had a stall near near my office I felt chai synchronicity at work! In Eimear, the woman at the helm of Chai crew, I discovered a passion for chai which far surpasses my own;

“My love affair with chai began in 2019 when I embarked on my solo travels to India. I was waiting for my taxi at Delhi airport to drive me to Rishikesh, a seven hour journey to the bottom of the Himalayas. The yoga school had prewarned me in a rather foreboding email ‘Your taxi driver will be Mr Tayal. Beware other taxi drivers pretending to be Mr Tayal. Do not take any other taxi’.

It was dark as I stepped outside the terminal building and Delhi was covered in a dense fog. A man appeared promptly at 04:30 holding a page with my name handwritten and misspelled. Are you Mr Tayal? I asked. He nodded yes and pointed

for me to follow him. I did, but I was like Sheldon asking over and over ‘Are you Mr Tayal? So you are Mr Tayal? Again he nodded.

After driving in silence through Delhi in the darkness he stopped under a motorway underpass. He tapped on my passenger window and asked Chai? Oh ok I said, never having tasted chai before. He locked the car doors and walked off into the darkness. Reappearing after what seemed like ages, he tapped on my window and handed me a plastic cup of steaming chai. I sipped and oh the taste, it was delicious, my fear melted away in the sweet spicy flavour. My first chai, my first day in India. I loved it. I settled back in the seat and fell promptly asleep. I realise now that I was in serious fright or flight mode. Mr Tayal sensed it and knew the chai would calm me. I knew I was hooked - on India and on Chai.

The practice of brewing chai is steeped in ancient ayurvedic tradition. The warm aromatic spices are naturally beneficial, and can induce a feeling of peace and calm. That’s why chai is compared as ‘a soothing hug in a mug’.

Masala chai is a sensory journey, each sip is a celebration of flavour, warmth and

togetherness. Brewing masala chai is like alchemy, it has to be the perfect symphony of spicy and sweet. Health claims? I don’t make any but I can tell when people drink my masala chai that they feel connected to nature because of the warmth and flavours of the aromatic spices.

It was my longing for a decent chai and the lack thereof in Dublin that led me to start Chai Crew. I come from a family of avid cyclists so it had to be on a bicycle. The bicycle or rickshaw is also the norm in India where the beloved Chai Wallahs (roadside tea vendors) are on every street corner. So, I became a Chai Wallah.

We are now trading weekly at markets and our customer base is growing steadily. Once the brewing starts the air is perfumed with the sweet heady scent of spices. In India the Chai Wallah stand is part of the ebb and flow of daily life, and everyone is made to feel welcome and equal. I brew the chai over my gas stove in a large pot, then I strain into my kettles and pour, from a height. Its pure theatre and customers love it.

Developing Consciousness with the Matrix Drops Computer

THE FUTURE OF INFORMATION HEALING

The world-famous healer András Kovács-Magyar’s Hungarian invention, the Matrix Drops Computer (MDC), is a revolutionary tool in the field of quantum healing. Known as the “soul scanner,” the MDC is capable of reading the human informational field and detecting disturbances before they manifest physically. While an ordinary mirror reflects our outer appearance, the MDC reveals our inner world, translating hidden messages from our consciousness. Any problems we may be suppressing or hiding appear on its screen, giving us a clear picture of our emotional and mental state.

The Matrix Drops Computer is not a medical device. Instead, it is a quantum computer with several technologies working together in a pioneering way, like the Tesla coil, palm sensors, etc., and scanning the subtle informational field through the palm of your hand. In just 30 seconds, the MDC asks over 8 million questions about your body, energies, thoughts, emotions, relationships, soul, and spirit. By focusing on the root causes, it helps you identify problems and guides you toward holistic solutions. It reveals your current emotional and physical struggles and identifies possible imbalances in amino acids, vitamin deficiencies, and the presence of viruses, bacteria, or fungi in your body. It also uncovers deep-rooted traumas, unresolved memories, and relationship problems that affect physical or emotional wellbeing. Capable to detect heavy metal accumulation and the possible side effects of vaccinations within the body. The MD

remedies help cleanse these disturbances, supporting the body in eliminating heavy metals and neutralizing any other hidden toxins within the body. This holistic view of the individual allows the MDC to not only detect physical problems, often before they manifest as physical issues but also uncover the emotional and mental burdens that contribute to poor health.

Matrix Drops Quintessence: Rewiring Body and Soul

The MDC recommends personalized Matrix Drops Quintessence (MD) offers healing and transformation. These remedies are not medicines, but pure water programmed with creative information, produced by applying a unique quantum method. Without containing physical ingredients or homeopathic potentization, these quintessences promote self-healing by delivering perfect creative information patterns to the individual’s system, returning it to a balanced state or to the ‘Zero Point’.

The MDC selects from over 3,000 different MDs to recommend the most perfectly composed set to each individual. These remedies work by helping the body and soul realign with their original state, providing the perfect pattern for the body’s natural healing mechanisms to restore harmony.

By using specific MD, these imbalances can be reversed, allowing the body and soul to naturally heal themselves. For instance, if someone is experiencing iron imbalances, the MD remedy doesn’t address whether iron is too

high or low. Instead, it provides the correct informational pattern, allowing the body’s self-healing system to adjust the iron levels back to their ideal state.

Unique Functions of the MDC

The MDC can detect and assess a person’s informational field from miles away. By tuning into their frequency, the MDC can identify disturbances no matter the distance. This ability extends to animals, plants, and even natural environments like soil, offering an organic approach to healing that recovering all living beings.

This versatility allows the MDC to promote well-being not just for humans but also for animals and nature, creating a truly holistic healing approach.

Reawakening Spiritual SelfAwareness

In today’s fast-paced world, spiritual self-awareness is essential for overall well-being. The MDC, combined with the Matrix Drops Protocol, provides a pathway to a higher quality of life - one that is more conscious, fearless, and aligned with our true nature.

This new form of quantum healing empowers individuals to reconnect with their inner selves, addressing hidden disturbances before they manifest as physical issues, and which may prevent them from achieving optimal health. The MDC offers not just healing but also a journey toward greater self-awareness and spiritual growth.

Spinology and the Power of Frequency

OPTIMAL HEALTH.

Definition of Frequency: The number of times something occurs within a specific period or the extent to which something happens frequently or repeatedly.

Definition of Spinal Occlusion: A condition where a vertebra has lost its natural position and dynamics.

Spinal occlusions interfere with the innate wisdom of the body by disrupting nerve impulses. To ensure this innate wisdom functions without limitations, we must avoid living with spinal occlusions. The solution is straightforward: regular spinal checks. In simpler terms, if we want to prevent interference with nerve impulses, we eliminate the cause—spinal occlusions. Conversely, if we aim to achieve optimal nerve function, we must actively support it by having our spine checked regularly.

All processes, including strengthening and maintenance, take time. However, time is finite for us as human beings. To maximize our well-being, we

“Affordable Sustainable Housing and Climate Action are key to addressing current challenges.”

must minimize the unnecessary limitations imposed on our bodies. The longer spinal occlusions persist, the less opportunity and time the body has to repair the resulting damage. Based on universal laws of time and matter, it becomes imperative for every individual—man, woman, and child, regardless of their current health status—to have their spine checked frequently.

In spinology, frequency plays a crucial role in maintaining an optimal communication network within the body, free from spinal distortions. By committing to regular spinal checks, we empower our body’s innate intelligence to function optimally, helping us achieve our best selves.

“By committing to regular spinal checks, we empower our body’s innate intelligence to function optimally”

Building Change in Architecture

Climate change and the housing crisis are big challenges in Ireland and abroad. A new initiative is bringing together the six architecture schools in the Republic of Ireland to radically change the way that new architects are trained.

I refer to the Building Change programme, a promising collaboration bringing together academics, professionals, and communities. The goal is to address the fact that the construction industry is responsible for much of global greenhouse gas emissions.

I had several opportunities for engaging with this ambitious programme as a team from The Hollies Centre for Sustainability was asked to work together with the Cork Centre for Architectural Education and contribute our 25-yearexperience with natural materials, notably earth, straw, and timber. We had 40 students visiting our cob buildings in March and taught hands-on workshops for students this November introducing them to two techniques: clay straw and wattle and daub. We are hoping to further develop this cooperation.

Natural methods have much to offer in our current crises. Locally available materials with minimal processing reduce the environmental impact. They also create a healthy internal environment and are non-toxic during construction and at the end of their life cycle – long lasting and fully compostable.

The Building Change project gives me hope that things are shifting beyond ‘green wash’. The reference to UN Sustainable Development Goals ‘Climate Action’ and ‘Affordable Sustainable Housing’ and to current Irish government policy – Housing for All and the Climate Action Plan will hopefully mean that resources are being put behind the muchneeded change.

healing from the energyheart

REBALANCE & RELEASE.

Helen O’Flinn is managing director and lead lecturer with the Bio Energy Academy of Dublin. She is also a support committee member of the Bio Energy Therapists Association. She has qualifications as a practitioner and teacher in Bio Energy Healing, the Dawson Program Corrective Sounds, Theta Healing, Emotional Freedom Technique, Mindfulness, and is a practitioner of Access bars and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. She is also chairperson of the Dawson Program education, development and training support network for Ireland and the UK.

HEAL FROM THE HEART

“This is heart-centred, soul-led work,” Helen begins, speaking of her work as managing director and lead teacher at the Bio Energy Academy of Dublin.

I recall Anne, as we speak. Anne minded me after school as a child. She was the kindest woman I had ever encountered – warm and abundantly compassionate. She had retired and was training in Bio Energy. She had turned her spare room into a treatment space and often treated my mother and I. She had found a way to channel the energy that oozed around her, into the food she made and hugs she gave, into a focussed work of energetic re-attunement of the human body. Her gift was now officially in use!

Helen’s father used a variety of complimentary therapies as support for his MS. As a child, Helen regularly accompanied and saw him receive acupuncture sessions, attending healing events with laying of hands and all kinds of alternative healing treatments. These experiences rushed into the foreground for Helen when, fast forward years later while working in the corporate sector, alopecia struck. She was advised by a healer to see a Bio Energy therapist and, within four sessions, the alopecia had resolved.

Having always had an interest in energy work, it was then that she decided to “dive in” to the world of energy healing that had been waiting for her all these years;

“It was always knocking on the door and I finally opened it and walked in.”

After crossing paths with the founder of the Bio Energy Academy, she eventually took over as managing director of this centre for education in energy work.

WHAT IS BIO ENERGY

Bio Energy is a gentle yet powerful form of re-balancing the body’s energy system (aka the chakras, meridians and auric fields);

“The therapist is a facilitator for the individual to bring forward from their subconscious the information as to why their system is not in balance.” The therapist, along with the permission and willingness of the individual, facilitates the release of the blocked or stagnant

“It was always knocking on the door and I finally opened it and walked in.”

energy and the replenishment of the energy body. This can be felt as relaxation, pain release or tension relief. It is a palpable experience of release.

BIO ENERGY ACADEMY

The Academy leads courses in Bio Energy, the Dawson Program and Theta healing of various levels and paces. There is something for everyone looking to develop their healing abilities.

The training courses are as holistic as the therapy itself. There is a self-care element to the teaching to ensure that the givers cup remains full. Entering the Academy is also entering a community where there is practical support and encouragement on offer during training and beyond as one becomes a graduate. There is business training given so that graduates emerge confident in their ability to practice and share what they have learned. Most valuable of all, one emerges with a feeling of empowerment that only multiplies when it is shared;

“We can have so much more control over our health and well-being than we realize,” says Helen.

If you feel the call to receive or perhaps learn to share the gift of energy healing this season you can find all the details below.

sauna wisdom: a timeless ritual

EMBRACE NATURE.

It was a pleasure to speak with Shirley, the heart and mind behind Bosca Beatha, a mobile sauna currently set in the Glenmalure Valley in the Wicklow Hills.

I grew up in Lithuania, where saunas are deeply woven into the culture, and I vividly remember experiencing them as a young adult. It was lovely to hear that Shirley draws much of her inspiration from people running saunas around the world, including Lithuania. She mentioned that ancient saunas still exist in Ireland today, though our knowledge of how to use them has become a bit blurred. Now, both in Ireland and across Northern Europe, people are coming together to share and revive this beautiful ritual.

When Shirley started out, she was somewhat of a pioneer. She built a sauna and began traveling around Ireland with it, embracing the lifestyle of a nomad. She didn’t overthink it; instead, she simply went with the flow, moving from one invitation to the next, setting up the sauna in different locations and planting the seeds for the thriving sauna community we see today. Shirley has earned her name in the sauna world—she comes highly recommended, and word of her sauna spreads naturally.

Perhaps it’s her immense passion for it. Talking to Shirley, you can sense her deep dedication and wealth of knowledge. For her, the experience of sauna is primarily about connecting to nature, gathering in community, and offering a

space for cleansing on every level. Over the years, she has observed individuals and groups embracing this ancient yet timeless ritual. Though she can’t cite scientific facts, she recalls countless transformative experiences—including her own, when she first discovered sauna.

It’s hard to put the sauna experience into words—you really have to try it to understand. In my opinion, though, it’s best enjoyed the ‘proper way.’ While hotand-cold immersion has become a bit of a trend, the true sauna experience goes far beyond temperature shifts and sweating.

For example, if you book an individual session at Bosca Beatha, your experience will be uniquely tailored to you. While there’s a common structure, with tools like honey or salt for scrubs and massages, and the touch of tree branches, each session is personal, as people come with different intentions and needs.

Whether you’re looking for a beautifully visceral experience, a touch of pampering, a session of release and profound healing, or just some time in nature, head to Bosca Beatha to embrace the depth of Shirley’s passion and knowledge. Our ancestors knew the value of these rituals—let’s welcome them back in.

biogaia prodentis

THE PROBIOTIC REVOLUTION FOR ORAL HEALTH.

Oral health plays a crucial role in overall wellbeing, and the importance of maintaining a balanced oral microbiome is becoming increasingly evident. One innovative product that has garnered attention recently is BioGaia Prodentis, a probiotic supplement specifically designed to promote oral health. This product is not just a passing trend—it’s backed by substantial clinical research and has proven benefits that make it a compelling addition to everyone’s daily routine.

What is BioGaia Prodentis?

BioGaia Prodentis is a probiotic supplement developed by the Swedish company BioGaia. It contains two strains of the beneficial bacterium Lactobacillus reuteri, namely Lactobacillus reuteri DSM 17938 and Lactobacillus reuteri ATCC PTA 5289. These strains have been carefully selected for their ability to naturally inhabit the human oral cavity, making them ideal for restoring balance to the oral microbiome.

While most probiotics target gut health, BioGaia Prodentis is uniquely formulated for oral care, addressing issues such as gum disease, bad breath, and overall oral hygiene. The supplement comes in the form of lozenge, which dissolve in the mouth, ensuring direct delivery of the probiotic strains to the oral cavity.

BioGaia Prodentis is not just another probiotic on the market; it’s supported by extensive clinical research that underscores its effectiveness. Numerous studies have demonstrated that the Lactobacillus

reuteri strains in BioGaia Prodentis have a significant impact on oral health.

Gum Health and Periodontal Disease

Periodontitis, or gum disease, is one of the most common oral health issues affecting adults worldwide. It’s caused by the build-up of harmful bacteria that inflame the gums, leading to bleeding, receding gums, and, in severe cases, tooth loss. Clinical studies have shown that daily use of BioGaia Prodentis can help reduce inflammation and bleeding of the gums in individuals with mild to moderate periodontal disease. In a doubleblind, placebo-controlled trial, participants who used BioGaia Prodentis showed a significant reduction in gum inflammation and a decrease in the number of harmful bacteria in the mouth compared to those who did not use the supplement.

Plaque Reduction

Plaque build-up is another leading cause of oral health problems, contributing to tooth decay and gum disease. Research has found that Lactobacillus reuteri in BioGaia Prodentis can reduce plaque levels and limit the growth of pathogenic bacteria. By restoring a healthy balance of microorganisms in the mouth, BioGaia Prodentis can help reduce the formation of plaque and improve overall oral hygiene.

Bad Breath

Halitosis, or bad breath, is often caused by an overgrowth of certain bacteria in the mouth that produce foul-smelling sulfur compounds. Studies have indicated that the probiotic strains in BioGaia Prodentis can significantly reduce bad breath by

competing with these odor-causing bacteria and creating a more balanced oral environment. This makes BioGaia Prodentis an excellent choice for individuals struggling with chronic bad breath.

Support for Oral Infections

The two strains of Lactobacillus reuteri found in BioGaia Prodentis have been shown to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria like Streptococcus mutans, which is a key player in tooth decay. By promoting the growth of beneficial bacteria, this probiotic supplement helps protect against common oral infections, making it a valuable preventive tool.

Make BioGaia Prodentis a part of Your Daily

Routine

Given the research-backed benefits of BioGaia Prodentis, it’s clear that incorporating this probiotic into your daily routine can have a positive impact on your oral health. Traditional oral care practices like brushing and flossing, while essential, may not be enough to maintain optimal oral health. BioGaia Prodentis goes a step further by targeting the root cause of many oral health problems—an imbalanced oral microbiome.

With consistent use, this probiotic supplement helps promote healthy gums, reduce plaque build-up, and improve breath quality. Furthermore, it’s easy to use—simply dissolve one lozenge in your mouth daily after brushing for lasting results.

Why is Mars’s retrograde more significant this time around? The second part of 2024 is a pivotal and transitional period ushering in the dawn of a new era. Mars’s retrogradation between December 2024 and February 2025 brings us inwards into a reflective mode while we ride the wave of change.

Mars’s retrograde through Leo will last from December 6, 2024, to January 6, 2025, and then its time moving backward in Cancer lasts from January 6 to February 23, 2025. Mars will spend most of its retrograde in the sign of Cancer.

What does Mars represent, what does it mean for Mars to go retrograde, and how might this affect you?

This period may also surface power issues, urging us to reassess our relationship with power and authority.

We may notice a slowing down or a change in how we use our power. We might feel that we lack the agency or influence we desire. For some, however, the effect can be the opposite: those who have always struggled with assertiveness may regain their power during Mars retrograde and stand up for themselves.
