The Wellness Center is located on the ground floor (across from the bowling alley). We have state-of-the-art cardiovascular machines, new pneumatic strength training equipment and an HUR balance trainer. Staffed with trained personnel Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Health Chat: Back Pain and Exercises Thursday, April 14 11 a.m. Library area

Join Jeanine to learn more about how to deal with back pain and some exercises and ways you can relieve that pain.

Wellness Walk to Harriet Wetherill Park

Monday, April 25 Bus will depart at 1:30 p.m.

Meet at the main entrance. Must be able to walk independently. Spring into Fitness with this exercise incentive program. Sign up by April 8. You must exercise or participate in a wellness activity three times a week for six weeks (earn stamp by staff member). Stop into the Wellness Center, and see Kara or Jeanine to learn more. Those who successfully complete the program will earn a prize.
