The workshop started with an activity where the students could evealute their footprints . The session covered about circular economy which is an economic system that tackles global challenges like climate change, biodiversity loss, waste, and pollution. Dr. Karishma eloborated on renewable flow management which is based on sharing, maintaining,reuse,refurbish and recycle.
The speaker of the session was Mr. Rupak Shah, a professional trainer. The session started with Mr. Shah asking students to share their current location in chat box. This was a fun filled interactive activity-oriented session. The students were introduced to brain gym exercises through couple of activities. In one of the activities the speaker asked the students to follow his hand movements on the screen and the difficulty level of the activity was increased and more constraints were added. These brain gym exercises help in mind body coordination, retention power and helps to be in the present moment.

She is more inclined towards women entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship and SDGs. Ms Olivia began her session by asking students what motivated them to take up MBA as a course and how many were interested in becoming an entrepreneur.
Ms. Dhara Mehta made students understand how to creatively communicate using movements, without uttering words. She explained and showed how students could be more responsive and agile when working with body and mind together. It was a fun filled session where students were encouraged to dance freestyle and then were divided into groups to do theatrical acts.
